And I really suggest trying black currant. Itâs a tiny bit sour but I like it, and it makes me feel very full!(perfect for when you feel like binging.)

-Fase de adaptação-đœ
Muitos que começam a tentar fazer nf prolongado, jĂĄ comecam com a meta de um nf de 48 horas ou mais, sem ter muita experiĂȘncia, e Ă© ai que tĂĄ o erro. Começar sem paciĂȘncia e experiĂȘncia Ă© abrir portas para crises compulsivas.
o seu corpo nĂŁo estĂĄ acostumado a ficar tanto tempo sem alimentos, por isso vocĂȘ tem muito mais chance de se descontrolar, e acabar comendo mais doq deveria. por isso apesar de muitas pessoa nĂŁo gostarem dessa ideia pela impaciĂȘncia, minha primeira dica Ă©, comece com nfs curtos (12-16 horas). e voce vai aumentando gradualmente o tempo. e nesse ritmo, seu corpo vai se acostumando naturalmente com os intervalos de tempo entre as refeiçÔes sem vocĂȘ nem perceber.
o objetivo do jejum vai muito alĂ©m de perder peso, mas ele tambem te faz dominar seu prĂłprio autocontrole. por isso Ă© importante que vocĂȘ mantenha o foco e a paciĂȘncia, nĂŁo haja feito uma gorda impaciente e desesperada.
-Durante o nf-đ
evite estar em ambientes rodeado de alimentos. Ă© importante que vocĂȘ mantenha o foco e fique sem distraçÔes e tentaçÔes. se vocĂȘ nĂŁo conseguir evitar estar em um ambiente que tenha comida ou besteira, se tranque em algum cĂŽmodo ou tente sair de casa para distrair a mente. pare de ocupar a mente com imagens de comida, e passe o tempo lendo e consumindo os conteĂșdos da comunidade:
assim como vocĂȘ nĂŁo deve se manter perto de comida, tambĂ©m evite olhar para comida. eu digo isso porque por incrĂvel que pareça muita gente da comunidade assiste a muckbangs pra ter aquela sensação de "saciedade" digamos assim... e eu jĂĄ fui uma dessas pessoas, mas isso atrapalhou mto meu progresso. isso porque quando vocĂȘ assiste a vĂdeos ou fotos de comida, vocĂȘ associa aquilo a algo gostoso e reconfortante, e as vezes isso te faz a imaginar o sabor da comida novamente. quando na verdade era pra ser exatamente o contrĂĄrio. vocĂȘ deve associar a comida a algo nojento! algo que te faz mal, e mal para seu corpo. nĂŁo importa o quĂŁo gostoso aquele alimento aparente ser, sempre coloque na sua cabeça, ou afirme consigo mesma que aquilo Ă© nojento! eu costumo fazer afirmaçÔes como:
"eu nĂŁo como comida de gorda."
"comida de gorda Ă© nojenta."
"ainda bem eu sou magra, e nĂŁo consumo essas comidas de gorda."
eu costumo repetir isso diversas vezes atĂ© minha mente me convencer disso, e foi assim que conseguir me conter plenamente perto de doces, salgadinhos, e qualquer outro tipo de alimento que antigamente eu achava "saboroso." đ”âđ«

Faça da ĂĄgua sua melhor amiga. desde que eu comecei a me dedicar nos nfs, eu nĂŁo vivo mais sem ĂĄgua! enquanto vocĂȘ estiver sem alimentos, seu corpo irĂĄ funcionar a base de ĂĄgua, por isso Ă© importante que vocĂȘ se mantenha hidratado.đ©”
BenefĂcios da ĂĄgua durante um nf:
1° a ågua preenche o estÎmago: ela ocupa espaço no estÎmago reduzindo a sensação de fome.
2° regula a fome: ela ajuda a regular os hormÎnios da fome (ghrelina e leptina).
3° reduz ansiedade: ela pode ajudar a reduzir ansiedade e estresse, fazendo a vontade de descontar na comida diminuir.
4° melhora o sono: a ågua pode te ajudar a regular o ciclo de sono. no jejum o sono é muito beneficente também, além de te distrair da fome.
5° aumenta a energia: durante o nf prolongado Ă© normal que vocĂȘ fique mais "fraca", ou com a pressĂŁo baixa, e a ĂĄgua ajuda a transportar nutrientes e oxigĂȘnio para as cĂ©lulas, consequentemente te dando mais energia.

Sintomas comuns durante o nf,
e soluçÔes:
1° Dor de cabeça: ĂĄgua, chĂĄ ou cafĂ© sem açĂșcar.
2° Fadiga: descanso, alongamento.
3° Fome: ĂĄgua, chĂĄ ou cafĂ© sem açĂșcar.
4° Nåusea: ågua com limão.
5° Dificuldade de concentração: atividades mentais, ou jogos que necessitem de concentração. (como baralho por exemplo. isso vai te ajudar a tomar o controle novamente.)

se vocĂȘ quiser acrescentar exercĂcios fĂsicos vai ser ainda melhor, apesar de ser opcional. alĂ©m de colaborar para queima de gordura vocĂȘ ainda consegue afastar os pensamentos de comida! por isso que sempre quando puder, busque se exercitar, ou dançar coreografias! đ

o perĂodo do pĂłs nf pode ser considerado atĂ© mais difĂcil doq durante... isso porque quando vocĂȘ finalmente finaliza um nf prolongado, fica difĂcil se conter para nĂŁo comer tudo que vĂȘ pela frente, por isso muitas pessoas acabam tendo o efeito "rebote" e engordando tudo de novo. por isso antes de comecar o nf, vocĂȘ tem que estar ciente de que vai ter que mudar drasticamente seus hĂĄbitos alimentares.
nada de doces, salgadinhos, fast foods, ou refeiçÔes muito pesadas(como uma lasanha por exemplo). considere consumir apenas alimentos abaixo de 500 kcal. eu recomendo alimentos como frutas, ovos, e legumes. eu adoro consumir frutas porque a grande maioria vocĂȘ pode consumir porçÔes grandes normalmente, que ainda sim nĂŁo passarĂĄ de 100 kcal. como morangos por exemplo.
Agora se vocĂȘ quiser fazer uma refeiçao mais completa, vocĂȘ terĂĄ que ser mais atenciosa com suas porçÔes. eu recomendo pratos como:
1. arroz com ovo cozido
2. ovo cozido
3. omelete
4. arroz com frango e salada
5. salada de legumes
6. e salada de frutas.
-đ„đ„đ§đđ„Šđ„đ„đđ-
(nĂŁo se esqueça de prestar atenção nas porçÔes. se as opçÔes sugeridas nĂŁo foram do seu agrado, vocĂȘ pode pesquisar na internet receitas -500 kcal, ou atĂ© menos. eu por exemplo prefiro receitas -200 kcal, mas isso vai de pessoa para pessoa, e da dificuldade que seu corpo tem para queimar tudo que vocĂȘ consome. por isso eu recomendo que nĂŁo passe de 500kcal se vocĂȘ quer emagrecer mais rĂĄpido. quanto menos melhor, porque ai o corpo nĂŁo terĂĄ outra opção senĂŁo queimar a gordura armazenada.) âšđ„_________________________________________
se vocĂȘ mantiver esse mesmo padrĂŁo de nfs cada dia mais prolongados, vocĂȘ irĂĄ se acostumar com a sensação de estĂŽmago vazio. consequentemente nĂŁo farĂĄ diferença se oque vocĂȘ comeu durante o dia foi mto pouco, ou se foi ou nĂŁo do seu agrado.

Essas sĂŁo as dicas que eu mais acho essenciais se vocĂȘ quiser realmente focar nos nfs prolongados. lembre-se de que descontroles acontecem, o importante Ă© nĂŁo chutar o balde e a cada falha ficar cada vez mais determinada a mudar. sĂł com essa rotina que eu passei pra vocĂȘs, eu consegui perder 8kg em menos de 5 semanas. (Fui de 55kg a 47kg) emagrecer Ă© um processo lento, mas nĂŁo impossĂvel. bj manas, espero que consigam ter progresso. đ©·
