So I started back in March at about 153lbs, and I weighed in at 145.8lbs this morning.
I’m trying to get down to around 130lbs by early June and it just feels so impossible but I HAVE TO GET THERE.
I gotta be able to wear a bikini and not be so sweaty and hot cause of all this fat.
Of course I’m not stopping at 130lbs, but I just gotta be there by early June…
Do you guys think I can do it?

Random tips for the pookies
- embrace delusion u r 40kg and 40kg girls don’t eat like p1gs do they u need to embody the person u want to be
- make mood boards, playlists whatever u want that keeps u distracted from e@ting but still focused on w3ighoss
- start becoming an actual good cook like u do not need to make this more miserable for urself its so easy to cook low c@l alternatives when u know the swaps and bonus ull get more vitamins
- take ur vitamins everybody says it but it’s true I didn’t do it until recently bc I was a lazy bitch but now that I do I can literally tell the difference
- become crunchy af again this is all about being delulu like yes I would genuinely prefer a healthy meal over fast food tihi
- start being really picky not only will it make it easier to not e@t around other people but also now u can’t ever e@t in front of people bc ur not supposed to like it right so it’ll prevent u from b1nging in public
- invest in a blender u can make sm things
- start viewing tea as a snack I put a bunch of 0 c@l seeetner and i jsut treat it as a sweet treat
- go stand in the sun ull literally feel better and more motivated
- set a routine, discipline makes life sm easier
- whenever u want to b1nge play with ur f@t rolls for a sec it’ll take the urge right away
- strive for consistency not perfection tracking c@l is always somewhat unreliable anyways just pick up where u left off
- fully get ready everyday even if ur doing nothing so ull feel less disgusting and thus less likely to b1nge
- take measurements and progress pics to look back on for inspo
- never drink ur c@ls
- ur meals should be majority veggies some protein and a little bit of carbs
- don’t be afraid of carbs ull end up b1nging on them anyways and u need it to function
- start ur day with something that makes u feel sk1nny for example i love to stand on my tiny balcony in the morning and watch people while i sm0ke a c1g and drink my tea
- if ur a st0ner do not e@t high i know the temptation but the urge to b1nge can also get crazy and also u burn more c@ls when ur hungry and h1gh
- always put down ur fork in between bites
- get into sewing will save u money and distract u
- whenever u go anywhere walk at least part of the way
- deep clean ur room often it’ll make u feel less stressed
- invest in a foot stool for ur toilet
- do a de bloating routine every night
- become very studious and don’t e@t until ur done studying
- if u feel like b1nging have a diet soda first to fill u up
- invest into non f0od rewards like makeup clothes accessories whatever u want
- get on sk1nnytok
- don’t chew and spit just don’t
- try to avoid purg1ng but if u can’t wait a little before u do so that ur body can absorb some of the nutrients
- do YouTube low intensity workouts there’s no excuse to skip u can literally do it in ur bed
- u don’t need to reach 10k steps and stop feeling bad if u don’t do it everyday its literally a random number that was used to advertise a step counting thing in the 70s any steps is great
- if u v@pe get strong flavours and
- do arts and crafts
- go on a walk with ur friends instead of always going out to e@t
- always w3ight urself in the morning after going number 2
- w3ight urself in the morning after drinking alcohol the night before it’ll give u a motivation boost since alcohol dehydrates u
