okay so probably unpopular opinion amongst the ana community... I still eat food!! Woah crazy. But I only allow less than hundred calls, and not every day of the week. Here's what I got
1. Monster- Zero sugar only, 10 calories, yummy
2. MISO MISO SOUPPPP- I just have 1 cup, 40 calories
3. Rice cake- Not my favorite, I'm pretty sure 1 is like 35 calories. I usually only have half
4. Diet Coke- I can not stop sipping on ts bruh 🤑🤑🤑 0 calories, I'm scared to ask my parents for them so I only ever have it for fountain drinks
5. Kiwi- 1 kiwi is 40 cals
6. Cucumber- 1 cup of cucumbers are like 15 cals, not my favorite tho
7. Strawberries- 1 cup is like 50 cals, I love strawberries but I always crave more
8. ZUCCHINI NOODLES- 1 cup is 20 calories!

We really have to start facing food as a drug. We need to recover from it. We dream with food, but it is bad for us. We should start treating ourselves as we are addicts in recover, because that is what we are. Some people even think about food 24/7. Food makes us high for a few minutes, but then we really feel like shit afterwards. What is the point? We feel like we can not live without a burger, or a pizza, or a good greasy food, but we absolutely can. Food is one of the worst drugs ever. Don’t let it take you to your downfall.

someone please help…
i was doing so well at eating less then 300 cals a day (or maybe more like 500) and i had lost like 6 pounds, but then i had to eat over my limit (which actually didn’t do much) and told myself i’d just start again but then i had another day like that and although it made me lose weight even quicker (metabolism days i guess), now ive gained all the weight back and i can’t stop eating…
idk what to do anymore. i don’t know how to just fast because im scared id pass out and i hate feeling dizzy cuz i used to always be dizzy due to a heart condition which ive mostly “recovered” from, and idk what to do with my parents around because i dont always have the opportunity to put stuff in the garbage disposal.
i really wanna fast and/or barely eat but i can’t feel dizzy because i have tennis tryouts in less then a week and if i pass out i might not play as well as i could. and yeah, my coach already knows about my condition and says i can sit out, but last year i felt so small (not size wise..) and i hated having to sit out.
idk maybe if anyone wanted to do a diet together or a fast? so if you do lmk i guess!
and plz guys help ur girl out and gimme some tips!! ���🏻😭
