i need ur guys help.

how do yall stay motivated?? or discipline urselves?? i've been doing so bad that i was planning on jus giving up- weekends never end well, i always eat too much for my omad days, i can't seem to say no to literally anything, and it feels like my own mind is haunting me. i constantly see the issues im doing- but i can't stop it. i cant control myself. but i need control.

motivation it's working anymore, i need something sustainable, not temporary. if ANYONE has any tips, can be my coach, or hell even just a motivational speech, plsplspls lmk. im so tired of being in this cycle. i need smth in my life to be constant.
