So basically if I just do my diet and not mess up for two months I could be at my dream weight. Only two months! That's such a short amount of time. I just need to keep telling myself I need to stop eating for two months, then i can start eating more and being happy.

I love when people see me eat and they call me heathy. For breakfast I had grapes and crackers and someone said I was so healthy, that I should be a nutritionist. I love denying fatty foods, and when I eat at fast food, I love stripping them of their oils and fatty layers. I love drinking my water and low calorie greens. I love reading my nutrition books and explaining to people that fish and olive oils are some of the best fats out there, that not all calories are created equal. I love being the girl that offers you a healthy snack instead of candy. I get almond milk instead of regular milk and I only get half of the syrup, sugar free style. I love how it makes me feel. I feel so whole. I love that I can hide my disorder under a guise of healthy eating. I am a role model to the girls who wish they could do that. People ask how I do it, and i lie. I love saying I started reading about it and I became obsessed instead of saying that I am sick.

A dozen tips and reassurances
1- take yourself seriously. respect the effort you put in and don't fuck it up
2- don't night-eat, lay down
3- tea. tea tea tea tea
4- coffee, protein shakes, broths, and unsweetened almond milk can all suppress hunger (for me at least, it's worth a shot!)
5- fasting isn't for everyone! if it's not for you, that's ok. do what works for you
6- when struggling with a food choice, do what tomorrow you will feel good about
7- if you're gaining or have gained as I have, remember; it could be a lot worse. don't let it get there
8- pick up hobbies! try something new, return to a childhood dream or passion, commit yourself to something that isn't food related
9- if you're out of school, give yourself some kind of assignment to do. write a paper, read a book, etc
10- just fill. your. time. nothing makes you more likely to binge than an empty day (besides maybe huge emotions or such but whatever)
11- clean your room
12- don't think "I don't deserve food" as if it's a gift. think "I don't deserve to gain weight" because you deserve better
