Treino cardio 500 calorias | 14 minutos
antes do treino tenha em mente que você precisará de energia, caso estiver em nf tome pelo menos alguma bebida que dê a energia que gastará, se não estiver coma algo leve e espere pelo menos meia hora (vale para os dois).
todos exercícios são 45segundos e descanso 15segundos.

Polichinelo
Calcanhar no glúten
Simulação de corda
Joelhada dupla
Polichinelo palma frontal
Corrida no lugar
Soco alternado
Chute alto alternado
Salto 45 graus
Joelhada alta (direita e esquerda).

Just added two scoops of preworkout and creatine to my protein smoothie where I also blended up the vitamins I missed yesterday, which is very Bruce Wayne core.
But it does make me think — I’ve seen debate on here about how someone with Bruce’s physique could survive on just smoothies/juices, so I’m here to tell you.
-fruits/vegetables for micronutrients and fiber are blended up
-anywhere from 60-100g of protein in each serving (there’s some debate as to how much the body can actually absorb in one sitting)
-two scoops creatine / other supplements (these are a fine powder and disappear into whatever you mix them in)
-multiple scoops of whey based protein powder (optimal type for muscle recovery)
-full fat Greek yogurt for protein and live cultures, and for calories
-liquid or powdered multivitamins
-liquid or powdered greens, other medications, more caffeine powder if needed
Between the massive protein load, caffeine from the preworkout, and nutrients from the other items, you’re looking at a 1) high calorie 2) nutritionally optimized 3) shake/smoothie that can be consumed in one sitting. It might even taste good, too.
I imagine you could make this anywhere from 600-1000 calories, depending on which ingredients you use. So yes, theoretically someone of Bruce’s bulk and activity level could survive on a few of these a day.

Scout the type of merc to skip breakfast and drink nothing but bonk till after battle and then complain he has a tummy ache. Bro would just whine louder if anyone thinks about mentioning "well maybe if you drank some water and had a sandwich".
It's ok Heavy makes him a sandwich without saying a word and the world is fixed <3
Also sniper the type of mfer to eat 3000 calories of random shit for breakfast, light up a joint and complain that he's tired when it's time to work.

The flash asking Marvel for money is funny, but I can't help but think "Flash could ask Captain to take/fly him home or bring a bag of chips or something so then he'll have energy to get back" lol
I headcanon that the JL are a bunch of super powerful idiots. Even Batman lol. They have their moments of greatness but when they’re out of view of a camera and the world isn’t in danger? All the brain cells dissapear. If they ever seem to do something dumb or miss something obvious that’s probably because they burnt up all their calories on fighting people and building muscle and didn’t have any left for brain function lol. Eat lots so you don’t end up like them!
Seriously though, no one’s perfect and I like to capture their more ‘human’ moments which means they’re gonna be a little silly sometimes hehe. Sometimes it’s just cuz I’m a little silly too but a lot of the time it’s international! I swear!

Would highest TDEE not be Cass or Dick? Maybe Damian as he’s going thru puberty
Not likely, in my mind. Cass is probably burning crazy energy but she's only 5'5. She's looking at a TDEE (total daily energy expenditure -- calories burned) of anywhere from 2000 - 3000 calories a day (I'm being very generous there -- I'm the same height maintaining a healthy weight w/muscle and I'm hanging out around 1900 - 2400). Conservative estimates put Bruce at anywhere from 3000-6000 calories a day to maintain his weight/activities.
Dick is shorter than Bruce and carrying way less muscle mass so he's faster and more agile. He's probably still burning crazy calories, like Cass, but nothing near what Bruce is taking in to maintain all of that muscle. I put him anywhere between 3000 - 3500, maybe more if he's bulking to be Batman briefly.
Damian won't get anywhere near these numbers for a while. While puberty costs extra calorically-speaking, height and muscle mass more than make up for any difference in energy expenditure there. If he stays shorter than Bruce as an adult, it'll be hard for him to reach Bruce's TDEE, ever. Jason probably has the best chance of rivaling Bruce for that number, but he doesn't train the same way Bruce does, so I'd be curious to see how those numbers match up.
