Just added two scoops of preworkout and creatine to my protein smoothie where I also blended up the vitamins I missed yesterday, which is very Bruce Wayne core.
But it does make me think — I’ve seen debate on here about how someone with Bruce’s physique could survive on just smoothies/juices, so I’m here to tell you.
-fruits/vegetables for micronutrients and fiber are blended up
-anywhere from 60-100g of protein in each serving (there’s some debate as to how much the body can actually absorb in one sitting)
-two scoops creatine / other supplements (these are a fine powder and disappear into whatever you mix them in)
-multiple scoops of whey based protein powder (optimal type for muscle recovery)
-full fat Greek yogurt for protein and live cultures, and for calories
-liquid or powdered multivitamins
-liquid or powdered greens, other medications, more caffeine powder if needed
Between the massive protein load, caffeine from the preworkout, and nutrients from the other items, you’re looking at a 1) high calorie 2) nutritionally optimized 3) shake/smoothie that can be consumed in one sitting. It might even taste good, too.
I imagine you could make this anywhere from 600-1000 calories, depending on which ingredients you use. So yes, theoretically someone of Bruce’s bulk and activity level could survive on a few of these a day.

I don't usually post tips, but there's something I do that might help someone else, so I'll post it.
Whenever you're eating and you have like, different things on your plate, always start with the one that has fewer calories. I do this, so if I choose to let something out, it'll always be the one that has less calories, the one that I've left for the last part of my meal. Plus, you'll never regret eating something with low calories over one with high cals.
Idk if it's understandable, so I'll put an example.
Assume that you have to eat with your parents or that you are not that motivated to plan an all low cal meal so you end up with many things on your plate. You might have something like this(I did all 100gr so I wouldn't have to do the math, lol)
100gr of tomato - 18
100gr of white rice(no oil/seasoning) - 129
100gr of chicken nuggets(my absolute biggest fear food istg) - 297
The thing that I do is starting by the tomato, which is the one with fewer cals. Then I'll move on to the rice and, if I'm feeling freaky, I'll end with the nuggets. It's not that deep of a tip, but maybe it could help someone. Plus, you will always regret of eating the highest calorie one, and keep eating something healthy won't change the way you feel about that, but rejecting that highest one and only eating the lower ones will give you such a confidence and control boost!!!

Kurwa moja WYCHOWAWCZYNI która generalnie ma wszystko w dupie dziś zaczęła się mnie dopytywać czy wszystko w porządku bo niknę w oczach i że zaraz mnie zabraknie…Wtf co ja mam jej odpowiedzieć na to?!? A nie no chillera to tylko zaburzenie odżywiania🤪 Na szczęście wierdoliłam z 4 cukierki przy mojej koleżance rano a później jeszcze dwie kostki czekolady (od chłopaków w ramach dnia kobiet) więc miałam argument że przecież jem normalnie.
Potem jeszcze moje dwie koleżanki zaczęły się mnie wypytywać czy na pewno wszystko ok bo wystają mi kości… :)))
To jest zabawne jak dziwnie się czuję słysząc te rzeczy niby powinnam się cieszyć ale szczerze zaczęło to po mnie spływać. Teraz to już nie jest tylko kwestia jedzenia ale testowania mojej kontroli nad sobą.
