I’m back in a binge circle, Im gaining again… I’m in a such bad mood. 🥀🥀🦋
My legs are more than big all my body measures increased even my lil arms 😢😢( my mom said I’m still skinny gosh I can’t hear that ) 🐋🐋
I have to binge and binge and binge … okay. But why not in huge quantities of very low cal?
My safe list :
-tomato sauce/puree 27cal/100g or 200cal/pot max
-yogurt 0% 50cal/pot
-protein yogurt 130-200cal max( if big run during the day only)
-chicken/ jam slices 120/220cal /pack
-zucchini 17cal/100g
-tomato 20cal/100g
-cucumber 15cal/100g
-konjac noodle/rice max 20cal/portion
-lettuce 18cal/100g
-carrot 40cal/100g
- apple ( eventually) 55cal/100g
-soup ( eventually) dépend but 150cal max
My body often will be in big pain but math don’t fail: 360cal=100g cheese=900g carrots
What do you think ? Do you think it will help me ? I need to lose weigh even if I’m mentally destroyed and binge-girl ( I don’t l@xs anymore just run)
