january - march: building your foundation

build up workout routine and clean up eating habits

begin and stick to skincare routine

schedule events to build social habits

april - june: growth & consistency

increase exercise intensity, frequency, and variety

begin consistent journaling for gratitude and positivity

volunteer and participate in some group activities

commit to daily reading ; add some variety in subject matter and genre

begin second degree ; prioritize consistent studying and focusing on my career

july - september: refining & expanding

experiment with hair, clothes, and makeup

focus in hydration goals and experiment with new foods and recipes

expand social circle

prepare for fall semester

october - december: completion & reflection

adjust fitness goals based on progress

evaluate style and beauty regimen

make any necessary changes to adjust to schooling

start to make goals for the new year
