Eating:
breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, a cucumber + a starbucks caramel frappucino with way too much whipped cream (SO GOOD AAAAAA)
snack: 3 tangerines
dinner: a boiled egg, 2 avocado rice cakes, a lot of sweet pasta, 3 chocolate brownies and 1 choc chip cookie :33
Water intake: 2.5 liters
Sleep: 8 hours
Studying:
read 30 pages
did some really hard math exercises
Screen time: 1h 30 mins
Self care:
(mental care) Allowed myself to eat all the carbs I wanted to today
FINALLY washed my hair the 2nd time in a week after MONTHS of not being able to

Happy but not too happy and somewhat stressed ab how much school work I always have left TwT

Hi loves!
Ahh I'm so happy!! Thank you sm for the activity under my last glow up diaries post! <3 I'm coming to you with my plans for this week, and tomorrow (20.11) I'll be posting another glow up tips post.
MY GOALS FOR THIS WEEK:
getting 10k steps everyday
focusing on my studies, especially maths
finish No longer human & Crime and Punishment (i'm struggling really 😭)
reduce my screen time by 30 minutes
get back to learning languages!!
LIFE UPDATES:
I decided to add a section about my life updates, in case you're interested^^ Yesterday I went to the hair salon. I did my highlights and I feel so so much better, my head feels lighter and freshened up. I'm also having a show this weekend where I'll be performing so I am really excited for that! Lasty, and I probably the most exciting news is...
I bought an Ipad! My wallet hurts, but OMG I AM SO HAPPY! I'm planning to take my notes there, and to use it for content creation for my other socials. I also got the apple pencil pro with that. If you've got any recommendations on cases or apps i'm waiting for them in the comment section 🤍 Also you may noticed that I wrote I want to get back to learning languages, so I can't wait to use my new ipad for this^

10 of my favorite easy glow up tips! 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅
get a gua sha!! not expensive at all and made such a difference in my face shape and carving out my cheek bones and jawline. there’s lots of good tutorials on tiktok or youtube!
tea in the morning/night! there’s so many teas to help with different things but my favorite’s are spearmint tea for clearing skin and green tea for reducing bloating.
ice your face! helps SO much with de-puffing and closing up your pores! dipping your face in a bowl with ice water can reduce inflammation, help with acne and reduce oily skin!
make sure to get enough sleep! It’s so easy to stay up scrolling on tumblr until the sun comes up but getting enough sleep is so important mentally and physically!
find a skincare routine that works for you and remember too much skincare can be bad for your skin! my skin was breaking out the worst when i was using a bunch of skincare and It’s cleared so much since i simplified my routine.
use a lash/brow serum! my favorite brand is grande lash and it’s a little pricey but using castor oil works as well and it’s super affordable.
going on walks! I’ve never been a fan of intense exercises and I’m a chronic bed rotter but putting on my favorite hot girl playlist and strutting on the treadmill/sidewalk is genuinely so fun!
rosemary oil for hair growth! my holy grail of hair growth products along with a scalp massager. my whole life my hair grew so slow and since using rosemary oil i have to trim my bangs twice a month sometimes!
i cannot stress this one enough..wear what YOU want! don’t let new trends or judgment from others stop you from embracing your true style. we look our best when we feel most confident!
most importantly ~ take care of yourself! make sure you’re eating enough, drinking water, listening to your body and being gentle with yourself always. improving ourselves can be so fun but make sure it’s not at the expense of your mental health <3

breakfast: yogurt bowl with chia seeds, tangerine, pomegranate and almomds
snack: an apple and a tangerine
lunch: chicken soup, carrots, 3 slices of apple pie
dinner: an apple, some coconut, togurt and apple pie
Water intake: 2 liters
Sleep: 8h 15 minutes
Screen time: 3.5 hours (high)
Studying:
2 hours of english tutoring (for the final exam)
Finished the analisis for the Shakespeare play
Did some of the homework for maths tutoring
Self care:
Tired and i'm really running low on time but I always make time for my skincare
Emotion of the day:
Happiness, I laughed a lot and had a really good day!!!
Thoughts for tomorrow:
I hope I'll be able to complete tomorrow all the assignaments that stress me out so much right now
Should eat more balanced meals and get my protein in right
Should REALLY stop leaving everything last minute because it's STRESSING AF.
