The past few months have been somewhat of a dumpster fire 🔥 It has been stressful and emotional as hell, especially for us empaths. And with stress/being stuck at home comes a lot more indulging and less movement. I started this boxing program at the beginning of the lockdown, and it was honestly SO out of my comfort zone. But it has helped me soooo much mentally and physically through this crazy time. 🙌🥊🥊 ⁣

If you aren’t feeling your best right now, please know that it is 1000000% OKAY. I’m not coming on here to say I am a better person on the right than I am on the left. I know starting the year with the same old “I’m going to get fit and healthy this year can be (insert what you describe it as here!)”

To some that may seem like a low weight but I have a very small frame. Most of my life I was healthy size 2.
I have dropped 7 pounds in the last three weeks. I have not been working out enough I need to tone.
This is my progress photo so far. As you can see I am not tone and I need to do way more weight training!

Okej jest źle.. bardzo źle. Mam 157cm i waze ponad 65kg. Za miesiąc moj chlopak ma urodziny i pewnie będę wyglądać jak gowno, jeszcze nigdy nie byłam tak ciężka 😳 najgorsze w tym wszystkim jest to ze pomimo mojej wagi i mysli i tak nie potrafię przestać jeść.. ciągle tylko chrupki, cukierki, batoniki, czekolada i cale tony slonecznika 🐖 mam dość tego błędnego koła, musze na nowo odnaleźć w sobie sile do walki o siebie, o moja sylwetkę. Od poniedziałku w końcu zaczynam pracować na magazynie. Jest to ciężka praca, ktora spala bardzo dużo kalorii, więc jeśli się przyłożę moze zdążę zrzucić cos przed jego urodzinami. Mam nadzieję..🤞 na ten moment nienawidzę swojego ciała, jest mi ciężko spojrzeć w lustro nie wspominając już o ćwiczeniach, bo kiedyś uwielbiałam to robić a teraz czuje tylko trzęsący się tluszcz i ocierające się o sobie grube uda. Czuje się strasznie z tym, ze się tak zapuściłam. Tak czy siak życzę sobie i wam powodzenia w naszej drodze do pięknego szczupłego ciała 🦋💙

Wow, 693 people are interested in little ole me and my fitness! 😱 Thank you all for the love you constantly show!
I know I keep saying I’m going to be consistent but quite honestly, I haven’t been consistent with myself. I’ve been on track and then want to go next door to my job (there’s a bar and food) and drink and get food. Then I’ll push it off to the next day.
I signed up for the gym (mind you I told myself if I pay for it then I have to be consistent) and I find EVERY excuse to not go.
I’m not exactly sure what’s going on. My best friend believes I burnt myself out from the year and a half going hard. So I’m struggling to get back on track. In which I can see that being a possibility. The motivation left. It’s just like I don’t care anymore.
So I decided to detox myself from social media. I tend to keep my blog just because it helps me. I’m going to get back intune with myself. Self-love is important. So maybe that will give me the boost.
Today, I’ll be getting more leggings to workout in. I have enough shirts from different events. So I don’t really worry about workout shirts. I’ll be meal prepping soup for the week.
Hopefully, that will help ease me back in.
