Hey echo!! Iā€™ve been following you for a while on my old tumblr account and even bought your book and toolkit which has been a game changer! Was wondering if you have some tips on looksmaxxing for black women- I do agree that looking the prettiest does get you far in life. Also where can I preorder your book? Thank you for the advice you post- I love how you keep it real! I used to be one of the girls that believed in manifestation, affirmations and subs, but you brought me back to reality!

Hey! Aw you donā€™t have to be anon šŸ¤ thank you so much for your support!! Like truly that was very nice and Iā€™m happy youā€™re still around after my hiatus. First things first, this post is going to get me in trouble butā€¦ Iā€™ll do it lol. Remember that time I was cancelled for saying we should be shaving our underarms?
YOUR BODY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR FACE
You know itā€™s true. You know when you look like you take care of yourself, people treat you better. Yes, you NEED to make sure youā€™re at a healthy weight. Your face can be absolutely busted, but if you have a nice body, you get a pass. Iā€™m half Hispanic, and my background and your background tends to get on the heavier side pretty quickly. There is so many scientific research about how we develop Type 2 Diabetes quicker and weā€™re globally at a higher weight. So this is the part when Iā€™m gonna get cancelled: you have to be fit. You have to be in shape. You have to have muscle. You have to be tight and toned.
ā€”ā€”ā€”- WORKOUTS I RECOMMEND
1. Pilates $$-$$$
2. Barre $$-$$$
3. Running/Sprinting/Walking/Stairmaster $-$$
4. Kickboxing $-$$
5. Solid Core, Barryā€™s, SoulCycle, Pelaton, etc. $$-$$$

ā€”ā€”ā€” MY DIET TIPS
1. I eat whatever I want, but I eat so in moderation. Itā€™s so important that you donā€™t deprive yourself because this should be a lifestyle. I get lunch portions, kids meals, the smallest size of unhealthy foods (like I would get a small fry for example), etc. Ben & Jerryā€™s has the really tiny ice cream cups that Iā€™ll get if I want something sweet. But food known to cause weight gain, Iā€™ll still eat them but I wonā€™t have normal portions of it because normal portions of those kinds of foods are literally 1,000+ calories.
2. Iā€™m against drinking my calories unless itā€™s a meal replacement (like a smoothie)
3. I practice intermittent fasting. Iā€™ve done 18:6, 16:8, 20:4, and 23:1. They are all great. I think itā€™s healthy to give your body a rest from eating throughout the day to allow it to digest. I eat from 12pm-6pm some days, but some days if Iā€™m going out to dinner, I push it back to maybe 4pm-10pm. So many benefits to this, do your research.
4. I donā€™t eat carbs for dinner. Carbs are essential for energy. Why do I need energy at night? Protein, healthy fats, and veggies is what I stick to. I limit carbs to my smoothie and lunch. But my main dish is never a carb; I like fat and protein as my main dish with a SIDE of carbs like rice or a side pasta dish.
I donā€™t recommend Ozempic or other alternatives! Youā€™ll get the Ariana Grande sunken in face and look absolutely insane. Thatā€™s the side effect that scares me the most, and it usually happens later on after being on Ozempic for it to take affect. I want to keep my face plump.
DONā€™T TOUCH YOUR FACE SURGICALLY
Iā€™m always a fan of a good rhinoplasty, but make sure you come to LA for one. NYC has really good doctors too. Never, EVER get your surgeries done in Miami. Business is so shady in Miami that I donā€™t trust it. Iā€™m not telling you to get a nose jobā€” Iā€™m saying thatā€™s the only procedure Iā€™m actually for and not against.
I used to get Botox and I stopped. The problem with Botox is that is prevents muscle movement, which will develop muscle atrophy. Meaning, your face muscles will lose shape and strength sooner than normal, and your face will start to sag. My credentials is that I have a nursing degree and I dated a plastic surgeon over the last year.
Iā€™m sure you donā€™t need lip filler, but a little (like half a syringe) to make your lips go out further is a GAME CHANGER. Just make sure you dissolve filler each time you decide you want a touch-up.
Another trend is buccal fat removalā€” I donā€™t know WHY people are wanting the snatched face because it makes you look so horse-like and old. Iā€™m only talking to those who donā€™t naturally have a snatched face. Thereā€™s a difference between looking puffy, and having face fat. Face fat is good, it keeps you looking youthful! So donā€™t get that done.
Stay away from all other fillers.
COME TO LA FOR BODY PLASTIC SURGERY
Iā€™m the biggest advocate for breast augmentations. I got my boobs done because I wanted them to look more perfect. You just have to make sure you go to a good doctor. Donā€™t be cheap with it. But getting your boobs done just elevates your look but donā€™t get crazy. A perky C cup is fine, even a perfect D cup is fine. Get the boobies up and perky. Push-ups and other chest workouts are good to start doing but theyā€™re not going to be total game-changers. If you like your boobs, great. But if you want that perfect body inside and outside of clothes, get the girls up. Give them some volume.
If you have extra flab or skin, go for the non surgical procedures!! I got Morpheus8 done on my inner thighs because I had a bit of loose skin from weight loss (it was like 50lb weight loss and I lost it fast) and my thighs are sucked in and cute now). But it depends on what they have but go to a medical spa ran by a plastic surgeon. Donā€™t go to the commercial med spas or anything.
Body Gua-Sha is really good to do as well to help shape you up a little. I do this after every morning shower.
GET A SPRAY TAN
Yes, you should get a spray tan. I know you donā€™t need one, but your skin tone would pop so much more if you got one and they hide so many imperfections on your skin. Everyone looks better tanā€” everyone. Itā€™s giving summer vibes all year round and Iā€™m here for it. My black friends get spray tans and Iā€™ve seen the difference in real time. Skin just looks so much healthier and younger with a spray tan. But it has to be a spray tan, it has to be a little artificial to look good lol. I know people swear the sun is the best but when I go out in the sun, I turn grey!!!! I turn such a weird color but because I fake tan, I keep my golden color without looking moldy lol. Itā€™s giving that SpongeBob episode when he had the suds. Try it once and tell me how it goes lol. I swear youā€™ll be obsessed. I actually want you to message me and lmk.
MAKEUP, LASH EXTENSIONS, MICROBLADING
Your lashes should be undetectable. Classic natural set with a wispy and individual mix ONLY. Lashes should only be used for a thicker lash line, NOT for length. If you get strip lashes, make sure theyā€™re natural and WISPY. The more natural and effortless the better. You also look younger and classier too. Iā€™m a fan of a natural looking micro blade, but keep your brows natural. Donā€™t fan them out or fluff them, but donā€™t have IG brows. You want to fool people into thinking youā€™re just naturally like this. Obviously when you go out, do the brows or lashes, but on a normal Wednesday 2pm, itā€™s not necessary. Makeup should always be glowing. Matte makes you look like a grandma. A subtle glow in the cheeks or nose just gives healthy. Matte gives chalky.
HAIR
Keep it SAFE with hair. Natural color, natural length, healthy hair. How you style it is up to you but make sure it goes with your face shape. Hair thatā€™s too long can be too much and hair thatā€™s too short can make you look a little older. I donā€™t know if you wear your natural hair or if you install, but if you install keep it at an appropriate length. Think VS model. If your hair is natural and you wear it out, scratch everything I just said :) but keep colors natural and your hair healthy!

Iā€™m running out of space to type, but Iā€™ll say this. Your BEST template is a Victoriaā€™s Secret Angel. Not the new ones lol that show was embarrassing. Iā€™m talking about the OG VS. Thatā€™s if you want to be universally stunning. Everyone will turn heads at a VS Angel. You want to give classy, but you also want to give youthful and sexy. Look at paparazzi photos of them being off-duty. Gain style and look inspiration off of them. They got CANCELLED for not being inclusive and it hurt feelings. Now they arenā€™t making nearly as much money before and the brand is tainted because a few insecure women decided to be all emotional. See what happens when you listen to insecure toads?
I didnā€™t want this post to be something you can find on the internet because thereā€™s so much about this on the internet, but I gave you some opinions based off things I see that I agree/donā€™t agree with.

snack: an apple and a tangerine
lunch: chicken soup, carrots, 3 slices of apple pie
dinner: an apple, some coconut, togurt and apple pie
Water intake: 2 liters
Sleep: 8h 15 minutes
Screen time: 3.5 hours (high)
Studying:
2 hours of english tutoring (for the final exam)
Finished the analisis for the Shakespeare play
Did some of the homework for maths tutoring
Self care:
Tired and i'm really running low on time but I always make time for my skincare
Emotion of the day:
Happiness, I laughed a lot and had a really good day!!!
Thoughts for tomorrow:
I hope I'll be able to complete tomorrow all the assignaments that stress me out so much right now
Should eat more balanced meals and get my protein in right
Should REALLY stop leaving everything last minute because it's STRESSING AF.

In today's world, being labeled delusional may often be seen as a negative insult, usually implying someone is out of touch with reality, which isn't wrong i mean.. ,but what if i told you embracing a form of delusion could actually be a powerful tool for manifesting your goals and changing your life?
Being delusional, in a positive sense, means creating a new belief or fantasy in your mind and living as if that is your reality. Over the years, Iā€™ve realized that this type of thinkingā€”where you treat the fantasy you create as your true realityā€”can lead to life-changing transformation.
View life as a gameā€”one where you can choose who you want to be, like changing a character in a video game. I was fat and I didn't like that so, I decided to see myself as a "skinny girl" and live out that reality. I programmed my mind to believe this new identity, and my actions followed. The mind drives our actions; once I embraced my new self-image, my choices and behaviors naturally aligned with it. Eventually, I lost the weight, and that once ā€œdelusionalā€ thought became my reality.
The key is to truly believe in the version of yourself that you want to become. By continuously reinforcing that belief, your mind will start sending signals that influence your actions to match this new identity. Whether you aspire to be wealthy, successful, or fit, the process remains the same. Create the fantasy, immerse yourself in it, and allow it to guide your actions until it becomes your truth.
So yes, being delusional is the solution. Itā€™s about harnessing the power of your mind to reprogram your reality. By deluding yourself into the person you want to be, your actions will start molding you into that person, whether itā€™s the fit version of yourself, the wealthy version, or whatever else you desire. When used intentionally, delusion isnā€™t madnessā€”itā€™s manifestation.

ā€¢ Good posture. It is scientifically proven that having good posture will make a person feel more powerful, calm, and confident.
ā€¢Eye contact. I donā€™t think I need to explain this one too much. Eye contact is extremely powerful. Practicing eye contact in conversations will help you feel more confident, simple as that.
ā€¢Speak slowly and thoughtfully. This is actually something I am currently working on. Be mindful of what you are saying, and speak calmly. Donā€™t worry about needing to rush and spit out your words.
ā€¢Embrace and accept yourself. Many people think confidence is about changing everything about yourself until you finally like yourself. NO. Confidence is about loving and trusting yourself, realizing that you are enough.

why reset?
To start a new chapter in your life you need to get rid of things that harm you or don't benefit you. So clean out everything starting from physical things like your phone to mental things.
phone reset
-delete old messages and contacts of toxic people
-go through your following on social media
-delete apps and pictures you don't need
-go through your playlists and remove/add songs
-redesign your phone: new phonecase, wallpaper, widgets
room reset
-deep clean your room: vacuum, mop the floor, through away things you don't need anymore
-donate old clothes
-change your bedsheets (at least every 2 weeks)
-open the windows and let fresh air in
physical reset
-eat clean
-do an everything shower: exfoliate, shave, scalp scrub, hair mask...
-oil your hair
-get a haircut and try out something new
-get your mani and pedi done
-try a new workout routine
-do a full skincare routine: oilcleansing, foamcleasing, exfoliating, facemask...
mental reset
-catch up with school
-challenge your mind: puzzle, quiz, a new language or skill
-try journaling
-meditate or pray
-try yoga
-read a new book
-set a screentime limit

So theres really nothing that makes me special. I hate talking this way about myself but Im a realist and theres really nothing. I wanna focus on believing in myself to gain self-love back, but I have nothing to say Im proud of myself for. I know youve talked about celebrating small wins, but what small wins can I focus on to strengthen my belief in myself if I don't have any???
Celebrating the Small Wins (When you Feel like you Donā€™t Have Any)

Maybe you can't find something to be proud of yourself for. Oops, I'm going to get unfollowed by a few for saying that; but if you truly think there's nothing to celebrate yourself about (for now), then I'm not going to argue with that.
But there are things you can applaud yourself for during the day that doesn't have anything to do with you/accomplishments; things that aren't necessarily "accomplishments" but little "hell yeah's" throughout the day.
But realize this: One day you'll find things to be proud of yourself for... but you gotta continue working on yourself. But I applaud you for actually recognizing that you need to start celebrating yourself more. That's the first small win right there :)
Anyway, here are some ideas that can be small wins throughout the day that might help with your confidence.
Did you wake up this morning with a positive thought? Good. Small win.
Were you patient when something didn't go your way? Good. Small win.
Did you think of that challenge as an opportunity? Good. Small win.
Were you able to celebrate that person's success or accomplishment without comparing yourself? Good. Small win.
Did you recognize one thing that you've improved on recently? Good. Small win.
Did you avoid procrastinating on that one task? Good. Small win.
Did you give yourself credit for trying? Good. Small win.
Did you ask someone for advice on self-improvement? Yes you did!!!! Small win!
Did you wake up when your alarm went off this morning? Good. Small win.
Were you finally able to complete that task you've been avoiding? Good. Small win.
I can go on and on, but there are so many little details throughout the day that you can reflect on and congratulate yourself for; they don't always have to be you finding the cure for cancer.
