for so long i always felt a sense of struggle when it came to my achievements. i could reach my goals but it always felt so hard, and it usually came paired with periods of burn out and malaise. then i found out why: i was often neglecting foundational needs, living in chaos and not taking proper care of myself, and trying to zoom straight to big-picture achievements.
below is my ultimate guide to 'the good life'. the more balance you can achieve in each category, the easier and more pleasurable it becomes to reach your goals. you will still have to stretch yourself and explore beyond your limits... but it should feel relatively nice because you are supported by a nourishing lifestyle.
you deserve a beautiful, healthy, passion-filled life. here's how you get it:
01. your foundation: the essentials
physical health: create nourishing routines for sleep, exercise, and nutrition. your literal energy starts here, so if you’re trying to bring positive energy to your life and achieve success, you need foundational energy.
mental and emotional health: build resilience and develop strategies for coping with pressure and stress. take care of your mental health always, not just when you’re already spinning out.
financial stability: learn to manage your money wisely. budgeting, saving, and debt management are a must.
02. your core: connections + fulfilment
your home: whether you have just a bed, a room, an apartment, or a whole house, create a safe, comforting space to recharge and feel grounded.
strong relationships: surround yourself with supportive and meaningful connections - so much about ourselves is defined by those we are close with so choose wisely.

Rarely ever be emotional. Your default is under emotional. Always observing, looking at how you can turn certain events to have a favorable outcome for you and where you can benefit from. Save your emotions for your children or your pets or for when you write or paint or express yourself. Save it for your journal to put them all down in and sort through them. Process your emotions in private, with someone you trust, or with a therapist. Practice mental hygiene every night where you put them down on paper or say them out loud. But your emotions are a currency.
Say you only have so much currency to spend every day. Would you be giving them out as freely as you do and to people who didn’t even ask for it?

1 -Plan the order for what you will be studying first ᡣ𐭩 •。ꪆৎ ˚⋅
Plan what you need most help with, eg.) a topic you don’t understand at all
Always start with whatever doesn’t click for you so you can get a better understanding and then progress to something you have a better understanding of so you don’t waste your time on one topic, and end up covering more work
2-Feynman technique ᡣ𐭩 •。ꪆৎ ˚⋅
Pretend your the teacher and your explaining the topic to someone with no understanding of it whatsoever, break down the topic and use simple words and examples, if your struggle explaining the topic then go over it again
3 -Start as early as you possibly can ᡣ𐭩 •。ꪆৎ ˚⋅
If your exhausted, take a 30 minute nap and then immediately start studying, don’t tire yourself out but still start as early as you possibly can because revision and repetition will lead to memorisation, remember it’s about studying smarter, so use your time wisely

in this post im gonna talk about how i deal with my periods, some tips and hopefully helpful information on how to manage urself while ur on ur period cuz it can be rly difficult sometimes…💬🎀

DEALING WITH CRAMPS ;
so cramps are like the main thing i struggle with on my period, along with like, majority of women and here are some ways that i appease my cramps ->
♡ pain killers
okay so this is like a last resort for me cuz i always opt for more natural options such as teas and essential oils but sometimes the pain is just so much in that moment and i dont wanna let myself suffer…💬🎀
♡ rubbing my tummy with essential oils
♡ heating pads and hot water bottles

♡ ginger tea or raspberry leaf tea
CAN I BE PRODUCTIVE ON MY PERIOD? ;
a misconception that i see a lot is that u can't be productive on ur period which isnt entirely true. if u feel like your able to get some things done then by all means do that, but if u feel tired or if ur in pain dont force urself to do something unless its absolutely necessary. listen to your body!!
and if there is something that u absolutely have to do while on ur period i recommend breaking it down a LOT. like bite sized…💬🎀
STAYING HEALTHY ;
when im on my period i find it rly difficult to get up and stay active but its important to stay healthy and moving. today i had a high intensity workout planned out for myself, but because i got my period i simply changed the workout instead of cutting it out completely. when on my period i like to focus on yoga and pilates.
MORE TIPS ;
get plenty of rest
stay hydrated
keep ur feet and tummy warm and covered
avoid cold drinks
when u feel unmotivated make a list of the bare minimum and make sure that ur doing at least that ♡
SHOPPING LIST ;
♡ pads or tampons
♡ ginger root
♡ raspberry leaf tea
♡ fluffy socks
♡ whatever u might be craving
remember to be nice to yourself and your body and if u have any other tips feel free to share…💬🎀
