The easiest way to ⭐ is just to stop making it a bigger deal than it is. (This is a reminder to myself lol <3)
Stop thinking about food constantly, about what your next meal should be. Stop watching mukbangs and wl videos and thinspo. Stop reminding your brain that food exists, instead shut out any thoughts about food/ed. Just replace it immediately, don't even let your brain process the fact that it needs food.
Stop going to places that have food, stop going to stores, stop going to buy "just one thing" and then walking back with that one thing and two packs of chips and instant noodles. Stop using food as an excuse to hangout/justifying eating food to talk with your friends, you can talk to them after they finish eating.
Food will always exist, it will never suddenly disappear. If you truly feel like you're starving, you're dizzy and have bad headaches then get yourself some food. But not the low quality shit that won't fill you up, eat a proper healthy meal at these times even if it's slightly higher in calories. Food is fuel, nothing more nothing less.

Hey. I know you really want to eat that, but you don’t need it. You’re probably bored, or upset. Take a minute to drink some water, and maybe take a shower. You don’t need that food. And you’ll get to have some later, when you’re done with your fast. You won’t remember the taste as much as your body remembers the calories. You can make it through today, you’re in control.

When lowering c4l0r13s...
When lowering your c4l0r13 intake (slash your goal intake), you have to take it slow. What I mean with that is: don't go directly from 1000 c4ls to 300 (for example). Instead, drop it down slowly. If you're current intake is 1000, make it 800 first. Then 500. Is your body taking that change well? Good! Then you can go lower, to 300 a day.
This is so your body can adjust to the change, otherwise it might protest (n start hurting).
But what about the opposite?
The same "rule" stands for when your increasing your intake. You shouldn't go from 300 to 1000 directly. Build up slowly, from 300 to 500. To 800 if your body is handling it well, n then to 1000.
(Also important when fasting!!!)
Do not start fasting out of nowhere while you've been eating a handful the days before. Your body could react really badly to the change. Start eating less over the days before you start fasting (especially if you're planning on fasting for more than 15 hours).

Something I learned the hard way:
“Motivation” and “discipline” isn’t enough sometimes. You’re resisting the natural human urge to feed yourself. And occasionally natural instincts are going to win. It’s life, and it’s good.
What will get you to that last little edge of success is one thing: fear.
Fear will suppress any instinct you still have.
Being scared…is unlike anything else when it comes to getting things done.
I hate being scared. Scared of c4lor1es. Scared of processed food and snacks. Scared of sugar. Scared of anything I don’t make 100% from scratch. Scared of seeing the number climb. It’s completely horrible. Once you’re afraid, everything changes. Suddenly it’s not so hard anymore. Resisting is easy because you know the fear you’ll feel afterwards isn’t worth it.
I hope no one reaches the point of fear. Because it’s much harder to recover from fear than it is from bad habits.
If anyone finds themselves starting to get afraid…watch yourself.

tips to suppress your appetite(TW)
before i start, i just wanna say that some of these may not work as well for you as they do for me. another thing, some might be really dangerous so please, please, please be careful.
drink water!! ik everyone says this but it really does help. chug a bunch of water before you start eating a meal to control your hunger
when you feel like binging, remind yourself of how you feel after you do. maybe record a message or write it down
this is one of the ones that i said might be extremely dangerous, so if you don't want to do it or you haven't already done stuff like this, please don't feel like you have to, but $H. i'm not supporting this or saying that this is a good option, but for me personally i noticed that it makes me feel really full for some reason. if you decide to do this, then don't go overboard. stop when you need to
scroll on some type of social media that will help you stay distracted or maybe trigger you. i recommend Tumblr(ofc), Pinterest, and YouTube. if any of you want, i can make another post about what to search on YouTube and Pinterest to find thinsp0 and things like that
talk to someone about it! it can be anyone that you trust will help you through it and motivate you to keep going<3
staying distracted is very very important. some things i like to do is plan meals for later, do schoolwork, write, draw, read and workout. i'll probably make another post soon about what workouts keep me busy
if you have any, then spend some time with your pets! they'll probably like it, and so will you!
brush your teeth. you won't want to eat if you already have clean teeth
that's all i have for now. i'll add to this more if i find more ideas. stay safe & be careful!
