Grrr I wanna make merengue soooo bad but I'll eat it all after I make it so guess what? I'm gonna make it on Halloween!
I'll have someone take me to the store, get some trick or treat candies in case anyone comes to the door, maybe some small costume accessories, a pumpkin or two, and the cream of tartar/lemon juice for the merengue cookies

Some examples of negative calorie foods are: grapefruit, oranges, lemons, limes, apples, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, watermelon, tomatoes, and cucumbers. There are many more as well.
Most Fruits and vegetables that contain a high amount of water are negative calorie foods.

if you guys haven't tried eating tofu yet you're seriously missing out.
I air fry mine(no oil😎) and an entire, huge package is only 400 cals. Just half or a quarter package is super filling though. Especially with veggies. You literally can put anything on it and it will taste amazing.
I'm in love with tofu🫶

I wanna talk to my moots so bad then I immediately back track because I lack social skills. I wouldn't even be like a real buddy or a coach because I do my best not to push others too much (idk, I know we're all already sick but it feels icky for me to endorce it (unless i know them and they ask for my advice)) I'd just be like... an accountability person? Idk, I'm either very very dry in my texts, or I'm oversharing. I absolutely cannot grasp the concept of a normal human conversation but there's so many of my mutuals that I would just love to talk with because they're struggling or they want a buddy or just because I wanna know what they're up to. Also calorie counting is the only thing on my mind most days so I really have a hard time making normal friends anymore, not like I ever had normal friends in the first place
So maybe talk to me if you wanna ramble about your diet or make a meal plan together or talk about how ridiculously high in calories everything is or literally just send me a long ass vent idc, I might be dry but I'm very interested!

My gosh, I found a new motivation to lose weight.
It’s like a game. 👾
You have to take your clothes and sort them in different categories:
The clothes that you like but if you didn’t find them in your closet you wouldn’t be sad.
The clothes that you LOVE and that fit you right.
The clothes that doesn’t fit you but will if you lose some weight.
At the start of your diet, you will only wear the clothes of the first category.
Then, you will create different goals weight (like levels), depends on how much clothes you LOVE. The goals weight have to be equivalent. If you want to lose 20pounds, create a “level” every 4 or 5 pounds. You should put your FAVORITE top, pant, accessories… on the last level.
Then you will only have a few pounds to lose to wear the clothes of the last category.
Don’t know if this “game” makes sense to you but I thought it would be cool for me to share it with you.

I've made progress since January but I still have way more to go (first four)189 lbs-> 133/136 lbs
Ive been plateauing and have only lost 3 lbs (133 lbs on an empty stomach) I do 10k + steps and burn around 300 cals on avg and have around 1k-1.2k cals and 16:8 fasts , what should I do now?
