WARNING !! ANOREXIA IS A VERY DEADLY DISORDER AND THE ONLY REASON I POST THESE IS BECAUSE IF YOU'RE GONNA SUFFER AT LEAST FEEL A LITTLE GOOD ABOUT IT. RECOVERY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BUT NOT ALWAYS A VIABLE OPTION.
Break your exercise up into smaller 5-15 minute blocks. It's easier to stomach that way.
If you keep doing the same exercise day in and day out, your body will get used to it.
If you keep consuming the same number of calories per day, your body gets used to that too. Your metabolism goes down.
Diet pills can sometimes give you heart damage if you use too many or for too long.
Splenda with fiber is better than sweetener or fiber by itself. Add it to everything you need to make sweeter and you will get more fiber too.

Grrr I wanna make merengue soooo bad but I'll eat it all after I make it so guess what? I'm gonna make it on Halloween!
I'll have someone take me to the store, get some trick or treat candies in case anyone comes to the door, maybe some small costume accessories, a pumpkin or two, and the cream of tartar/lemon juice for the merengue cookies

if you guys haven't tried eating tofu yet you're seriously missing out.
I air fry mine(no oil😎) and an entire, huge package is only 400 cals. Just half or a quarter package is super filling though. Especially with veggies. You literally can put anything on it and it will taste amazing.
I'm in love with tofu🫶

My gosh, I found a new motivation to lose weight.
It’s like a game. 👾
You have to take your clothes and sort them in different categories:
The clothes that you like but if you didn’t find them in your closet you wouldn’t be sad.
The clothes that you LOVE and that fit you right.
The clothes that doesn’t fit you but will if you lose some weight.
At the start of your diet, you will only wear the clothes of the first category.
Then, you will create different goals weight (like levels), depends on how much clothes you LOVE. The goals weight have to be equivalent. If you want to lose 20pounds, create a “level” every 4 or 5 pounds. You should put your FAVORITE top, pant, accessories… on the last level.
Then you will only have a few pounds to lose to wear the clothes of the last category.
Don’t know if this “game” makes sense to you but I thought it would be cool for me to share it with you.

Negative calorie foods are foods that ur body has to use more energy to digest therefore u lose more calories than u gain by eating negative calorie foods
Some examples of negative calorie foods are: grapefruit, oranges, lemons, limes, apples, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, watermelon, tomatoes, and cucumbers. There are many more as well.
Most Fruits and vegetables that contain a high amount of water are negative calorie foods.

how to incorporate more exercise into your day !!
Take Active Breaks: Set a timer every hour to stretch, do a few squats, or walk around for a few minutes.
Walk More: Try parking farther away, taking the stairs, or walking part of your commute if possible.
Use Commercial Breaks: If you watch TV, do jumping jacks, lunges, or planks during commercials or between episodes. Or, you know, just do sit-ups or planks all throughout your show binge.
Housework as a Workout: Cleaning, gardening, or even washing the car can be surprisingly active! Try to do these tasks with some vigor to get your heart rate up. Burning c4ls is also great motivation to get shit done when your body is screaming at you to rest because you don't have enough energy.
Stand Whenever Possible: Standing burns more calories than sitting, so consider standing while on the phone, during meals, or working at a standing desk.
All that being said, don't be afraid to rest every now and then. Please.

I've made progress since January but I still have way more to go (first four)189 lbs-> 133/136 lbs
Ive been plateauing and have only lost 3 lbs (133 lbs on an empty stomach) I do 10k + steps and burn around 300 cals on avg and have around 1k-1.2k cals and 16:8 fasts , what should I do now?
