Soooo relieved. I had to go out to eat for dinner last night bc of my sisters birthday. I had seared tuna and some avocado. That’s all yesterday. I was so scared the scale would stay the same or god forbid go up. But down it went!!!!

I started December 13, 2024. I eat 500-600 calories a day or less (if I workout) if I don’t workout I eat less or 500. I exercise 4-5x a week burning ~600-700 calories. I drink 80+ fluid oz of water to keep off water retention. I take CLA 1250 every morning. My TDEE is around 2,300 calories.
I do not fast besides from 5pm-10amish (when sleeping and wait until chores and workout in the am to eat). I do not eat bread and keep carbs below 25g a day. Keto diet

Anyone else have nightmares about being fat? I just woke up again drenched in sweat bc I dreamt of crowds of people calling me fat and obese. They had my baby girl and were dangling her over a balcony saying I was too fat to save her.

Today’s workout. 30 min cardio + 30 min weight lifting @ Orange Theory. I don’t even run on the treadmill. I walk at 3.6mph at 5%+ incline (I never go below 5% but will do intervals between 6-12% incline) I stay at the same speed the whole time. I fucking hate running and this is so much better on the body.

In DEEP ketosis! Which means my body is burning fat stores instead of carbohydrates. I only eat 25g or less of carbs a day. I’m not having any symptoms TFG. But I did get the keto flu in the beginning for two days. Worth it!

I was so scared I wouldn’t lose bc I had a whole avocado yesterday in addition to my regular intake of 500 cals. So I had ~700ish. Thank god I worked out immediately after.
