Co dzisiaj zjadłam 🪽
w szkole zjadłam wafle ryżowe w polewie malinowej-99kcal, dam zdj z neta bo to moja mega polecajka

jak wrocilam do domu to zrobiłam sobie bulion cielecy z marchewka (20kcal) nie wyglada najlepiej… ale mnie zapchało na jakiś czas wiec mega polecam, ale lepiej dać pol bulionu bo ja dałam cały i było mega mega słone

następnie trochę poćwiczyłam z filmików na yt (nie wiem ile spaliłam) potem drzemka i myslalam ze już nic nie zjem ale jak się obudziłam to zjadłam milky way i kajzere….
