Vishuddha Chakra
The Vishuddha Chakra is located in the throat. Its mantra is "हं ", "Hum". The color of Vishuddha Chakra is purple. In this cycle our consciousness reaches the fifth level. Its equivalent element is akasha (space). We can also translate it as 'Ishvara' (Lokottara), meaning that this place should be full of energy. Vishuddha Chakra is the starting point of Udana Prana. It is the process of this prana to purify the toxic substances of the body at the time of respiration. It is because of this main function that the name of this chakra is derived. Purification is not only done at the physical level but also at the level of emotion and mind. The problems and sad experiences we have 'swallowed' and buried inside in life remain in our subconscious mind until we face them and resolve them intelligently.

The characteristics of Vishuddha Chakra
The element of the Vishuddha chakra is related to the sky or space. This cycle opens up for us the possibility of expanding the space perspective. It symbolizes the energy to seek and speak the truth. It also governs our inner communication with our true self. When this chakra is balanced, we are able to listen to the guidance of pure energy. We are able to understand others deeply and effectively. The blue color element of the fifth of the seven chakras in our body explores all levels of self-expression. Blue is the color of communication, which gives us the power to speak the truth. Blue is also located on the cooler end of the color spectrum. The color blue allows the body and mind to feel at peace. It also represents a pure mind, which is necessary to be free from any negative thoughts.

Tazercraft mental link but make it a lil bit weird, they’ll have a conversation mostly in their heads but partially out loud which from an outside perspective is just fragments of words and half sentences, they go dead silent for hours at a time only for them to suddenly start shouting out loud, very clearly mid-argument, Pac says something but it comes out of Mike’s mouth, Mike starts speaking with his mouth and finishes speaking with Pac’s, sometimes their thoughts become so tangled that they’re unsure who a thought belongs to so they both express it at the same time like horror movie twins, do you see my vision

Arrows

Arrows from bright, unbroken skies
are falling down into the eyes
of a man who is searching, yearning to find
fantastical vistas inside of his mind.
The warming rays illuminate for him
branching paths from which to choose again–
one that's been taken, one yet to be tread,
but both wild new worlds inside of his head.
This time his inspiration can be found
in gentle giants rooted deep in the ground;
how they sway and creak and seem to speak
to all those venturing outside to seek
a piece of peace amidst their stoic presence
or words of wisdom in their silent essence.
For some small creatures, they can be a stage
on which to sing or dance or at times engage
with the birds and the bees in a compilation,
played in a theater with living foundations.
More wonders walk under that green ceiling
seeking its cover to avoid revealing
themselves to any from the world outside,
wary of the dangers when worlds collide.
These are the stewards of this grand old hall
where, when no one’s watching, silent things fall
to the ground, decay, and become the soil
that all things need and in which men toil.
Yet these men who venture out to work and play
within this world–this great green bouquet–
struggle to stop for, much less ever smell,
the wonders, like roses, wherever they dwell.
Wonders like giants growing so tall and so green
that they create, in morning sun, a scene
of arrows from bright, unbroken skies 
falling down into my eyes.

I am having a photography exhibition at the Levi Heywood Memorial Library, 55 West Lynde St., Gardner, MA. The exhibition will run from March 1st until March 29, 2024.

Mary Oliver “Sometimes”
Mary Oliver’s instructions above have become the guiding principles for my photography. Photography has gained importance in my life since it has become a spiritual practice. I try to spend time in nature on a regular basis. It is a time for meditation and a time to clear my thoughts. With a quiet mind I wait to see what calls to me, what “shimmers”. Then I try to capture the subject in a personal, intimate, and emotional way. I am not interested in simply documenting the world, but trying to reveal something essential about myself and the world around me.
If I have been successful, some of these images will touch you, make you feel something of the beauty, astonishment, and wonder I felt during the time I spent creating them.
Each image is accompanied by a Haiku poem, written to express in a few simple words the connection and feelings that I experienced at the time I made the photograph.
I hope you enjoy the time you spend with these images and their invitation to journey inward, enjoy some serenity, and see the world with fresh eyes.

Focused Mediation
Focused meditation is a form of mindfulness meditation in which you focus your attention on a specific object, thought, or activity. The goal of focused meditation is to improve your concentration and focus while also reducing your stress and anxiety levels. There are many different ways to practice focused meditation, but the basic principle is always the same: you focus your attention on a single point of reference, and you do your best to keep your mind from wandering. One of the most important things to remember about focused meditation is that it is not about trying to clear your mind of all thoughts. In fact, it is perfectly normal for your mind to wander during meditation. The key is to simply notice when your mind has wandered, and then gently bring your attention back to your point of focus. If you're new to meditation, it can be helpful to start with some simple focused meditation exercises. Below are two exercises that you can try:
The Candle Exercise This exercise is a great way to improve your concentration and focus. To do this exercise, you will need a candle and a dark room. Sit in a comfortable position, and light the candle. Then, focus your attention on the flame of the candle. Try to keep your mind from wandering, and simply focus on the flame. If your mind wanders, that's okay. Just gently bring your attention back to your body.
The Body Scan Exercise This exercise is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. To do this exercise, find a comfortable place to lie down. Then, simply focus your attention on your body, and scan from head to toe. As you scan your body, pay attention to any areas of tension or pain. Try to relax these areas of your body as you focus on them.
There are many other focused meditation exercises that you can try. Experiment and find the exercises that work best for you. The important thing to remember is that focused meditation is a tool that you can use to improve your concentration, focus, and reduce stress and anxiety.
