Okay, so breaking my silence on my shift.
All I can literally say is that there's no right or wrong way to shift. it's just whatever you feel comfortable with doing. Whatever you think will work for you, it will trust me.
I genuinely felt like I couldn't shift, like everyone else could, that there was something about me that just wasn't letting me do so, and boy, was i wrong. That night, I said to myself, "Whatever happens, happens." And gave it one last go.
When you shift, you don't feel the shift. You feel nothing (unless you scripted something else, idk). It feels like waking up literally anywhere else, like you're at a sleepover or something.
You don't get overwhelmed with joy because you were already there anyway. I was shaken up for a bit, I can't lie. I was confused a lot because I just wasn't used to the area. Like I would like because it is weird just to wake up in a completely different place. And I will shaken up the whole day about it. I was like. I won't say I was freaking out, but I was zoning out like every 5 minutes. It's just like, what? like I was looking at my hands. I was in awe, but I wasn't at the same time.
The funniest thing is that it all felt natural. I didn't say affirmations. I didn't do a lot of things that usually help people. I just let it happen as I was going to sleep.

Shifting is easy. If you believe otherwise you're not educated enough on it.
You don't need a method to shift.
You are pure consciousness regardless of what you're doing.
You don't even need an intention to shift.
Physical symptoms have nothing to do with shifting.
Consciousness is not in you, you are in consciousness.
You can still shift if you're lazy, effort is not required.
Only you can shift yourself, stop depending on others.
Attempts don't exist. You're always shifting. There's no failed shifting 'attempt'.
You can still shift with self-doubt.
Shifting is not a process.
Shifting is instant, your cr is your past.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP SAYING YOU'RE SABOTAGING YOURSELF!!! It's manifesting because you're letting it.
There is no such term as minishifted, a shift is a shift.
You don't have an OR (original reality) you're shifting every second you're not bound here.
CR=DR they're the same, the only thing that separates you is the mindset.
You don't need to affirm 24/7.
It's not necessary to reprogram your subconscious.
You can shift for whatever reason it's your reality.
You don't have to feel it real you'll get it anyways. But if it helps congratulations.
Feeling your feels no matter how 'negative' won't stop you from shifting.
Yes you can script ANYTHING.
"but I've tried everything" have you tried letting it go?
Shifting is a decision not magic.
Dreaming and Lucid dreaming are a part of shifting.
You shift even when you're sleeping there's no exception to shifting.
DRs already exist. People didn't create them, they chose them.

a lot of people back out if they’re scared. use your fear as an affirmation of you actually being there, use it to ground yourself. you are perfectly capable of shifting, despite the feeling of fear. you will shift and it may be scary, use it as a tool to keep you there

in my experience, i’ve felt things when i shift. i also have not felt anything change and still shifted. it can be both. yes you don’t need “symptoms”, but you can still feel things.
 that being said, you don’t need to feel anything or everything to shift.

if you believe something, it will happen. if you think something won’t work, it won’t work!
shifting is instant, you can be in any reality at any moment! time is fake!!

using methods is not completely useless, they may not work for you and you should do things that feel right for you but being completely against tools that can help is like going backwards instead of forward.

nobody can make you shift but yourself, and there are a bunch of tools out there for you to use. the best and the biggest tool is you.

Exactly! Religious freedom until it's not mainstream beliefs. 🙄
If shifting was a huge inside joke it would've died by now. Idk why it's so hard for anti shifters to be open minded and realise this is real. Like i respect that u don't believe in it but no need to make 393939392 videos about it. 😐 this is a religious practice that has been practiced in many tribes and religions. Plus many including I, have shifted.

Combined like 3 methods and got results like instantly + some tips.
its not my first time getting in the void state so i’ll just tell you the methods i used
distraction technique
lullaby method
my own little method called the subway surfers method
you already know what to do with the distraction method since its made by @luckykiwiii101 the lullaby method was created by divineangelbee but her account has been deactivated for a LONGGG time but its on my page, i have a link to it (just go look at my page) and my subway surfers method is just me visualizing myself in subway surfers and instead of grabbing coins i would grab gift boxes that held all my desires and then after grabbing all the gifts of everything i wanted i would eventually run into a black void (aka the void state and then i would induce it)
but i’ll get to my desires i manifested TRUST just let me tell you how i combined these methods PUHLEASE?!
okay so we all know that the infamous distraction technique involves you having to be DISTRACTED right? and that the lullaby method slightly requires you to be in a sleepy state right..?????? RIGHT??? well all i simply did was get into a sleepy state which was like 20 minutes ago when i wanted to take a nap and i used the distraction technique and combined it with my subway surfers method. after vividly imagining myself in subway surfers and collecting all the gifts and stuff and running into my void thats when i felt my body float. because i would just imagine myself free falling after running into the void.
(i assumed for all of this to happen btw!!! and guess what it happened! *i say loudly for the people in the back who are insufferably dense*)
okayyy so whatever now i’ll get to what i manifested since you’re rushing me..

the super cool reverse technique from life is strange
flowers blooming everywhere i walk + nature loving my presence
not being allergic to absolutely anything
my hair now reaching my knees
my life being similar to multiple shows (Tvd, when i fly towards you, alice in borderland) + guys i know it may sound a bit crazy but i added safety precautions before hand
better photographer
fluent in a few languages (italian, french, japanese, vietnamese, arabic and haitian)
better climate
being better at volleyball and badminton
MORREEEEE flexible (i do a bit of gymnastics and ballet)
knowing how to figure skate
and i manifested like a trillion other things but i DONTTT have time to type that all since im gonna go back to sleep and you’re probably wondering “who goes back to sleep after manifesting so much stuff?” me. because manifesting is like a fling to me + i embrace lazy manifesting so every time i manifest something i don’t shoot glitter out of my eyes. i give myself a little applaud and go on with my day.

okay that was a bit far, but let me explain.
it still baffles me that some people still have the mindset that the people in their drs are not sentient. the people in your drs are not just ��background characters’ they’re REAL LIFE PEOPLE just like you, me, and everyone else. they’re not some kind of NPCs that you can interact with in a video game.
yeah, anyone can have their own drs for anything they please, but morally, kill drs are actually disgusting. no matter what reality, you are still killing someone. it’s just as worse as killing someone in this reality.
if you agree with kill drs, or any other dr that people make to do horrific things to people, block me.

hey guys so hmm.... i shifted.
for maybe 2 minutes, but i did. and yesterday i went to sleep crying because i just wanted to see my s/o so bad and boom, i took a nap today and woke up there.
As i told my best friend, i could spend the next hour explaining everything i saw and felt in such a short period of time, but i rather just assure you guys how REAL it is, how natural and easy it was to get there and how much it's worthy, the earning, the frustration and the ups and dows of the journey, it's worthy.
Keep believing in yourselves, no one else can do that for you, you got this, happy shifting ♡

No because when I think of the moment I will finally shift I imagine me coming back and being like HOLY SHIIIIT but ?? I don't know I've been trying for so long and at this point I shouldn't be surprised it's like being surprised at a party that you've been planning for 3 years
yall let's stop overglorifying shifting please !! i shifted a week ago and before that i thought i'd be actually freaking out over it but when i came back i was just like oh cool that happened. i genuinely just got excited that it happened but?? like it felt so normal??
shifting is a NATURAL 👏🏼 PROCESS 👏🏼 so don't act like it's this insane thing bro cause it's not🙏🏼 i literally did it by accident you don't need methods or meditation (it helps tho i will admit) or subliminals or ten gallons of waterrrrr JUST DO IT !!

HOW TO CHANNEL SOMEONE
{or channel memories from your dr/people/higher self}

Channeling is connecting with someone’s energy or consciousness, allowing you to receive memories, messages, or answers.
There's a lot of ways to channel someone but I'm going to go through couple of them;
Methods: meditation and visualization/automatic writing/channeling through dreams/using a necklace or a pendulum
{a little tip}
Relax and trust the process. Often, memories and answers will come to you naturally when you're not actively trying to force them. Pay attention to sudden thoughts, feelings, or deja vu moments—they might be glimpses from your DR. Be patient.
1. MEDITATION AND VISUALIZATION
Sit or lie down in a quiet space.
Close your eyes and visualize any place you want.
Picture the person from your DR you want to connect with. Imagine their presence vividly, including their voice, appearance, and energy. Or if you want to channel your higher self you can simple ask.
In your mind or outloud, ask them to share a memory or whatever you want.
2. AUTOMATIC WRITING
Grab a pen and notebook or you can use your phone/anything you can write on.
Quiet your mind and think of the person you want to channel.
Set the intention: “I invite [Name] to share their memories with me/answer my questions”
Begin writing whatever comes to mind, without overthinking.
3. CHANNELING THROUGH DREAMS
Before bed, set the intention to meet the person in your dreams and ask for whatever you want.
Visualize the person clearly as you fall asleep, focusing on their energy and presence. Or ask a question for specific person/higher self.
{tip; set the intention to remember the dream vividly or keep something you can write it in as soon as you wake up}
4. CHANNELING WITH NECKLACE OR PENDULUM
{remember: necklace must have some kind of pendant on it}
Cleanse the tool: Run it under water, pass it through incense smoke, or visualize white light surrounding it {OPTIONAL}
Sit in a quiet space and relax. Set your intention: Hold the necklace or pendulum and say, “I call [Name] to connect with me”
Determined the movements example: back and fourth=yes. Side to side=no. Circle= maybe.
{you can write it on a paper and put it under it as your channel}
Begin channeling, and if you want to make sure it your person ask questions they will know to answer to.
You can even put a keyboard under it and have it move towards the letters as it makes a sentence.
At the end you can say goodbye.
LITTLE ADD: HOW I PERSONALLY CHANNEL AND CONNECT TO PEOPLE FROM MY DR EVERYDAY
{tips; you can make sure the pendant on your necklace is heavy enough/be in a room with no wind/ put your elbows on a hard surface as you do this to keep your hand steady/trust that connection will guide your hand.}
SOME AFFIRMATIONS YOU CAN SAY:
SAFETY
1. My boundaries are strong, and only safe connections are allowed in my space.
2. The universe (God or whoever you believe in) supports and protects me at all times.
3. Only energies that align with my highest good can reach me.
4. I am grounded, centered, and completely safe.
CHANNELLING
1. I easily connect with [Name] from and receive.
2. I am open to communication with [Name], and it flows effortlessly.
3. I am fully aligned with [Name] and those within it.
4. Memories from my DR flow to me naturally and effortlessly.
Focus on the people you want; their energy, your relationship, scenarios... and basically relax and set the intention or ask them to be present in your cr by sending your messages/signs or whatever you want. I keep this connection open and they are welcomed every day to send me messages.
A little warning:
Don't let this take over your shifting journey; remember shifting and experiencing it first hand is much better then just having memories or talking to people from your dr. Yes this can be great motivation but don't let it take over.
This is not to scare you but to warn you and remind you of what can you really have:)

I probably would have cried from joy 😭
My NON shifter friend shifted and she's in shock
I've openly talked to my friends about shifting for the 4 years I've been in the community, and they've always been skeptical but respectful about it, so it shocks me how my friend just told me she shifted the other day.
She says she woke up at 4 a.m and couldn't fall asleep back again, so she just went on tiktok and scrolled for hours, apparently listening to paranormal stories and that kind of stuff that only pops up on your fyp at 4 a.m (nothing about shifting btw). Without realizing it, she fell asleep, and she says she woke up in a place that looked nothing like her place.
She immediately thought "Am I in a sleepover?" "Whose house is this??", but the room she was in didn't look familiar AT ALL.
She says the walls were paper white, and there wasn't much furniture except for the bed she was in, a nightstand next to her, and a closet in front of her. The closet had a mirror, so she saw her reflection and noticed she was wearing her usual pijamas.
In that moment, she proceeded to touch everything and freak out about how unbelievably real everything felt. She touched her hands, her face, got on her feet and stomped on the floor... Every single thing she did just felt WAY. TOO. REAL. Her surroundings, her own body...
Guys she swears with her life it wasn't a dream.
The realization hit her, and she came by with the idea that she might have shifted. Out of her mind, she got out of the room and explored a little bit of the house. She says the house was huge and felt really modern and expensive.
As she was traveling through the corridors and getting down the stairs she couldn't help but freak out again and again. She couldn't believe it. And to make things worse, when she reached the ground floor, a group of people approached her and greeted her as if they knew her.
"Hey, did you sleep well?"
"Look who just woke up!!"
And she was like "Excuse me, who are you?". (She just thought it, she didn't say it)
Suddenly, a guy came by and KISSED HER, a guy she hadn't seen in her entire life, and he said:
"Darling, are you okay? What's wrong?"
That shocked her, but she just told him she was fine and says she got away from there as quick as possible.
In the living room, one of the walls was completely made out of glass, so she could perfectly see that they were in the middle of the forest and it was nighttime.
Since she didn't know where the hell she was and the situation was just TOO MUCH to handle, she proceeded to walk around the house in awe, and she says she did that for about FOUR HOURS.
Four freaking hours just staring at everything in denial and avoiding everyone.
At some point, she could't stand it anymore and layed in a couch with her eyes closed to try and shift back, but no matter how hard she tried to visualize her room and this reality, she kept opening her eyes to that damn house.
About to cry, se got up, went to the kitchen and sat down, she stayed there for a good hour just zoning out, and at some point, she says she heard her alarm (her CR alarm, cause she had to go to uni).
She claims she didn't even realize how or when it happened: in the blink of an eye, she was back at her CR, sitting down in her bed with her eyes WIDE OPEN and her heart racing.
And that's her storytime...
I feel sorry for the stress she went through, but this just proves to me everything that needed to be proved as my friend was the number one person to believe shifting's just lucid dreaming.

things i realised after shifting

— There was no “oh my god i shifted” moment. it all felt very natural to me. You’ve existed in your dr since forever, your ‘cr’ mind doesn’t take over when you shift, hence why it’s so natural when you shift.
— There’s no right way to shift. I’ve shifted in different ways (sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, just simply thinking about being there etc). You can shift in any way you like. my last shift i simply went to bed and it happened! Don’t get caught up with worrying if you’re doing the right thing and go with the flow.
— You most likely shift by allowing yourself to do it and not forcing it. That’s why people are more likely to shift on accident and not when they’re forcing it because there’s no pressure. You have either shifted or not. Decide you have and trust yourself.
— It’s the easiest thing in the world because you do it all the time. When you shift back it’s like “wait it’s that easy?”. Yes, you don’t need to affirm 500 times, visualise, meditate. It’s simply just deciding you are there and trusting yourself.

How to Shift: Simplified
This is is what I did the time when I was closer to shifting (I'm currently in a break, since like a week after that attempt), and it's also how many people shift.

It's actually pretty simple. I'm going to explain it in steps to make it even easier to understand, although it's not supposed to be a step by step method.
LAY DOWN AND RELAX: Breath deeply, meditate, count your heartbeats... do whatever it works for you. take a few minutes, till your mind is as calm as possible.
IMAGINE: Start imagining the exact place where you'll wake up. It's not necessary to visualise, I personally don't do it. I just imagine everything in first person as I were there. If you feel like it, try adding more and more details, like the breathing of your roomies, the texture of your clothes, etc. However, this is optional.
THINK AS YOUR DR SELF: What are you doing tomorrow? What's that thing you can't forget to do? Do you have to finish your homework? Think in first person, as you were you other self. Daily basic things. Think what s normal person would think before going to sleep.
ENJOY BEING THERE IN IMAGINATION: Once you've imagined it, you're there. So, go on, enjoy it.
That's basically all. It's not a method. You don't have to do it in order. You don't have to remember the steps. Do it naturally, enjoy the process. Do what you feel like to do.
I'm going to tell you the KEY to this.
FORGET YOU'RE TRYING TO SHIFT. Focus on the 4d (imagination) to the point you don't remember you're not there, but attempting to shift there.
And remember, it's not a step by step method (it's like the fourth time i say it i know), but more of a "do what you feel" method. So do it in the order you like the most. If you rather first start thinking as your DR self, do it. If you rather mix imaginacion and thoughts, you're free to do it. The important thing, is that you feel there, and forget you are (not) there, but you are attempting to shift to that place.
