Sat 19th April

Much needed lie in this morning for all of us. I was having wild dreams all night so I didn't feel very well rested and took all morning to find any motivation to do much. But I eventually did some laundry and housework and made Matt's birthday cake - he wanted sticky ginger cake. It tastes pretty good even if it is all cracked

It has lemon icing on it now but I forgot to take a pic. Mags was thoroughly enjoying herself just relaxing out in the garden moat of the day

And we went out for dinner with Matt's family tonight to a Korean place. It was really good! And Matt finally got some really good kimchi ramen which he's been on the hunt for for months. He looked so happy 😂

Now home, in bed, having period pains 🤘 as usual. But at least I managed to get into a pair of tights to wear a dress bc I was worried I was going to have to wear sweats or like my baggiest work trousers bc I couldn't get into any pants I was so bloated 😭
