✨how to actually glow up✨
1. drink water
First step to it ALL.
You think you’re drinking enough? Drink more. Water will clear your skin, prevent headaches and improve your health in general.
Your body can’t tell the difference between hunger and thirst, so make sure to drink water.
2. move more
Include simple movements, walks or workouts into your routine.
You don’t necessarily need those 10k steps but MOVE throughout the day. It’ll keep you fit and healthy.
Don’t overdo it and let your body REST. It needs it as well.
3. watch what you’re eating
Fast food, sweets, sugary drinks and else are not it.
I love having my zero drinks but again, NOT TOO MANY.
Actually have food that’s worth your time and energy. Don’t have those empty calories all the time. They won’t fulfill you nor help achieve your goals.
They’ll help you feel good for the moment but not longterm.
Don’t ruin your body’s health BUT make sure to listen to your cravings from time to time.
DONT CUT ''BAD FOOD'' OUT ENTIRELY!!!!!
If you do, I’ll come after you.
4. mindset
Im not a big fan of the ‚idgaf-mindset‘ but at some point I’ll defend it to my death.
You DO NOT give a fuck about others opinions.
BUILD YOUR OWN OPINION, THINK FOR YOURSELF.
BUT you can definitely listen to your closest friends and families opinion. It’s worth it and helpful when they can be more realistic or objective than you can.
Still, at the end of the day, you will pay for your decisions if you just let yourself be manipulated.
It’s your life you’re living and no one will care if it goes downhill.
BE MINDFUL AND CAREFUL.
SET PRIORITIES AND USE YOUR BRAIN
5. you’re a god/goddess
Best thing ever.
What’s the highest version of yourself like? What would she do, how would she react, what or who does she like, would she accept your behavior right now??????
LOVE AND WORSHIP YOURSELF.
You are worth it!
6. your environment
Cut out toxic people.
Dump them.
Get rid of them.
End of story.
7. narcissism can be good. protect your energy
Put yourself first. Always. High above.
Make sure your energy is full and protected. Don’t waste it or loose it on people that don’t deserve it.
The right people will value it and don’t drain your energy.
You are your biggest treasure. Don’t waste a thing on others if they are not worth it.
PUT YOURSELF FIRST.

A little about me: My name is Steph. I am a nature lover, herbal enthusiast, 25 year old mom of one who traded the everyday hustle of being an Entrepreneur boss woman in the busy city of Durham NC for a slower pace rooted in authenticity. My journey into clean organic living started when I was 10 years old. My mom was what you call an "almond mom" always fit, always eating a handful of almonds, fruit, or vegetables. She had my sisters and I scheduled for monthly meetings with a nutritionist to make sure we were 'eating well balanced diets' according to the old school outdated food pyramid. We grew up eating whole nutritious foods and that got me started of reding books and seeking knowledge of actual wellness and the consumption of organic foods. When I turned 17 I transitioned into veganism, at 19 I transitioned to fruitarian, and at 20 I adapted a plant based lifestyle. It's been a wonderful ride of wellness and health ever since. I am not perfect (who is?), but I'm passionate about learning, growing, and sharing what I discover along the way.

ׂ╰┈➤ Clear out your wardrobe! Find your desired style and get some cute key pieces that go well with anything. Donate old clothes that you aren't wearing anymore!
ׂ╰┈➤ Of course, looks ARE NOT everything in life, but you should try to look as put together as possible in every situation. Use clothes and hairstyles that fit you well, wear perfume, jewelery and accessories, try to have well maintained nails and skin
ׂ╰┈➤ Become well organised by always preparing for a situation ahead of time
ׂ╰┈➤ Always experiment with cooking or baking, with your make up/hairstyle, and try out new places or hobbies too!
ׂ╰┈➤ Stop worrying about other people and their opinions. Cut out all the negativity in your life, they might be ruining your progress!
