Hey angel what's up huh? Struggling to induce void? Not anymore lovely.
Wanna induce void? Then surrender. Yep surrender to void state.
What's surrendering to void?
Surrendering doesn't not means giving up. Surrendering means let go of the control your expectations, curiosity, thoughts, doubts, ego and allowing yourself to induce void state with full trust.
How to surrender?
Letting go of the moment. Trusting that you gonna end up in void. Not focusing on any feelings or any block(anything that inrupt from inducing void)just trust the process. Don't argue back with those clingy thought that screams in your mind "Does it even working?", "I can't see any movements". Don't fight them. Don't try to get rid of them. Just be relaxed and unbothered about anything. Don't expect anything to happen. Allow yourself to induce void. No bs just allow. No affriming or visualizing needed just focus on your awarness. Now you gonna ask me how to focus on your awareness? I gotcha ya.
What's awarness?
Awareness is noticing without thinking. You gonna be aware of a thought if they pop up. You gonna focus on that awareness.
You're not the thoughts, Not the body,Not the ego. You are the one aware of them. Ask yourself "who is notcing the thoughts?" Don't answer with your words. Answer it by observing the Noticing/awarness.
Whenever you get hurt, you notice the pain. Whenever you eat something sweet, you notice the sweetness. The same way notice the one who notice. If not then notice your thoughts that passing by. Soon you'll catch up with silence.

☛Focus on awareness=Noticing the Notice

Lay down. Relax. Focus on awareness. Surrender. Boom

No. Your subconscious? It's gullible. Like—literally. It doesn't analyze. It doesn’t fact-check. It believes whatever you tell it and feel as true. Simply tell it that you're already a master manifestor, step in that feeling and it'd be like, “Oh word? Bet.”

Meanwhile, if you start affirming the shit you want and step into your "self", “Everything always works in my favor” or “I’m living my dream life,” it's gonna be like, “Okay queen, setting that up right now.”

Not your fave manifestation coach, not your astrology mutual, not the girl on TikTok with the aesthetic affirmations, not the blogger who is giving you reality shifting advice, not the void success story post you reblogged twelve times. Just you. You are the operant power. You are the one choosing the assumptions. So if you’re not deciding the story you want, you’re just letting your subconscious run wild off old patterns and nonsense.

how to get better at not caring abt doubting thoughts? bcs yes, you should ignore and observe, but how do you get to that point, especially when they’re very obsessive thoughts?
what always works for me is just really go over everything i know abt non dualism and manifestation. like REALLY get it. i reread my fav blog posts ive written, go through all the posts ive liked, think about all i’ve manifested, and keep going through it until i truly understand. then i respond to all the doubting thoughts with the facts.
this isn’t really made to convince ego or try to quiet it, more so to keep me on the right track. to keep me from identifying with it again. some examples:
“what if it doesn’t work?” thats impossible, i create my reality. when i decide, it is done. why would i decide that it wont work??
“what if you don’t see it?” idc why should i? im not a physical being, im consciousness. idc what ego sees with its human eyes. i know i have it and thats that. ego has no choice but to recognize that anyways.
“well, you’re not doing enough. you need to affirm more.” why? everything that i’m aware of, is. i’m only aware of me having it, so i have it. period. i don’t need to think, i know.
“well what if you don’t rlly know, what if you secretly have doubts so it won’t work?” again, im only aware of me having it. im not aware or claiming any doubting thoughts? only what im aware of, is. i’m not aware of it, so it isn’t.
stuff like this!! i always like to start my day thinking like this, just to get my head on straight. i just bash it into my head as if im learning it for the first time. then im like a fortress, im so strong. the thoughts mean nothing to me at that point. i truly don’t care cause i KNOWWW none of it matters!
(again you don’t have to do this!! but it always helps me. when i feel myself sliding, i don’t just affirm like crazy. i go back to the core concepts to understand why. why it doesn’t matter. why i’m actually doing everything right. and it makes me feel so much better)

꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 trust myself. I never outsource my trust. I'm not scrolling around finding more and more information on the internet about manifestation nor am I constantly checking if my manifestations are already there.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 only put the effort I want to put in, in my manifestations. If I only want to affirm that I have it for 5 minutes, it is done. If I want to mind saturate or visualize in the shower for 30 minutes, it is done. If I want to do SATs then it is done. because manifestation is not a chore, it is something you can actually enjoy.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 don't force my thoughts, emotions and affirmations. affs are not supposed to be boring, I create comedy and movies in my head about it. or I don't, who cares, I already have it.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 don't attach myself to desires because I am not soul bound to scarcity. listen, girls. if you assert your boundaries and are clear of how you want to be treated because you are unavailable to anything less (meaning, you'll be gone the time they irk you) from the cause of your own detachment to a specific outcome.. baby, your relationships will be much more abundant.

Poor self concept?
Try this
If you struggle with your self concept and you find it hard to believe that you are capable and worthy of all of your desires, if Affirmations sound hollow and meaningless to you and you keep crashing out over your 3d, try this exercise:
Grab a pen and a paper and let's get into it.
Take a deep breath, close your eyes for a second and settle into your body. Once you're relaxed and ready, I want you to write down everything you find beautiful about yourself. Small or big, significant or meaningless, jot it all down. It could be about your body, your intelligence, your personality... Maybe it's a beauty mark on your nose or the way your eyes catch the sunlight. Maybe it's your music taste and how you always have the perfect song recommendation for every situation. Maybe it's the way you greet every dog on your way or how you say "pspspsps" to cats when you see them. Your taste in books, your vivid imagination, the poetry you write or the paintings you spend hours on. Your voice, your words, your kindness, your open mindedness.... Anything you can think of, write it down.
Now, flip the page.
Write down every compliment you have ever received. Anything you remember. Maybe your friend told you how great you were at listing, or that you give amazing advice. Perhaps your teachers told you you were incredibly smart or a stranger said you had a stunning smile. Maybe someone complimented your style or your taste or your eyes or your hair or your voice or your laughter or your creativity or your determination or your laid back attitude. Anything and everything.
Flip the page again.
Write down everything you wish were true about you. Everything you want to manifest. Confidence, beauty, creativity, intelligence, wealth, relationships... Write it all down.
Now take a look at the first two pages, then come back to the last one. If everything on those pages were true, why can't this be ? Why is this so different? What makes this list harder to be than the other two? If you can see such beauty in yourself, and other people can see it too, hence the compliments, why can't you embody whatever it is you're manifesting?
It's not hard, you're just resisting it because you don't think you deserve it.
But you do.
You totally do!
You can pull it off seamlessly.
It's already done!

Yes, you need music for holotropic breathwork.

Since I started sharing about holotropic breathwork, one question keeps coming up over and over:
“Can I do holotropic breathwork without music?”
My honest answer? No.
And i was like "Did didn't explain properly the importance of music in my post? I was genuinely shocked to see how many people recommend doing it in silence or with white noise, pink noise, or theta/alpha waves. Sorry to disappoint you, but music is an integral part of true holotropic breathwork.
If you’re just breathing fast with no intentional soundscape, you are practicing controlled hyperventilation, which can be interesting, but it is not holotropic breathwork since holotropic breathwork has a very particular structure. And no, putting on a random theta track, alpha beats, or brown noise is not enough to recreate what holotropic breathwork was designed to do.
So let’s explain all of this properly, especially in the context of shifting, where you want to reach a powerful altered state which can be really ideal with this breattwork:
1) Why is music so important in holotropic breathwork?
Holotropic breathwork was developed to combine breathing + body awareness + music to create a therapeutic, profound altered state (close to the psychedelic effect). The music acts as a guide, a kind of emotional and symbolic container. It literally shapes the journey of the subconscious, just like a hypnotic script shapes a trance.
Without music, you’re missing one-third of the process (yes you lose that much of that experience!) you lose the emotional stimulation and narrative that helps the subconscious let go. The brain uses rhythm and melody to process, to connect, to build images. That’s why properly chosen music is absolutely vital if you want to trigger the deep surrender needed to reach a void-like or shifting state or even visions or releasing shifting blockages.

2) What body position should you use?
If you want to maximize your chance to shift after doing holotropic breathwork, you need to completely let go physically.
Lay flat on your back
Arms loose
Legs slightly open
Head supported by a pillow
Eyes covered if possible
This posture helps your nervous system relax, even while your breathing is ramping up. It’s way more effective than sitting up, which can cause tension. You want the body to fade into the background so the music + breath can take you further. You can still adjust it slightly, for example by putting a cushion on the lower back if you have too much pain, that's what i personally did because breathing can bring out small pain or corporal blocages.

Typically this kind of position with a possible mask on your eyes and earphones/headphones.
3) What music should you choose?
This is crucial. Holotropic breathwork music is not random:
It starts slow and grounding
Moves into a more intense, tribal, or percussive build-up
Peaks with emotional and powerful beat
Then calms down to integration music
Think of it like a hypnotic induction. If you skip these stages, your subconscious will not process the journey the same way. Shifting needs that progressive arc to pull you deeper.
A curated playlist is far more effective than some endless white noise loop. It gives your mind “permission” to let go and creates a story/a narrative your subconscious can follow, a key for accessing states like the void.

I really like the music of Into the Deep. I invite you to go see their YouTube channel and choose according to the atmosphere you want. Their music follows the three essential phases.You can also make a playlist (without lyrics) that follows the three phases.
4) What is controlled hyperventilation, actually?
Let’s clear this up. When you do “holotropic breathwork” without the proper music, what you’re actually doing is controlled hyperventilation:
You increase your oxygen intake
You lower CO2
You activate your nervous system
You might get tingling, visuals, body distortions
That all can be powerful, yes. But it lacks the emotional and narrative structure of holotropic breathwork. Think of it like the difference between random deep breathing vs. a proper hypnotic induction script: it is not the same.
5) How to use music as an anchor (and why white/pink noise isn’t enough)?
Music is a powerful anchor. Your subconscious reacts to rhythm, melody, harmonics etc.... these are millennia-old tools humans have used for trance and altered states.
White noise, pink noise, even theta waves are too static and lack a narrative arc. They do not “tell a story” to the subconscious, and so they cannot guide you as deeply. If you want to use your breathwork as a doorway to shifting or void states, you need a proper musical structure to build trust and openness.

6) What precautions should you take for real holotropic breathwork?
Preparation: no heavy meals, no drugs, no alcohol
Space: safe, quiet, comfortable, ideally lying down
Supervision is adviced if you have trauma or mental health issues
Intention: know what you want to explore, don’t go in “empty”
Aftercare: journal, hydrate, rest, meditate
If you skip these, you raise your risk of panic, dissociation, or overwhelm. And yes, that can block shifting instead of helping it, because you’ll be too destabilized to transition smoothly.
7) What are the true advantages of music you can’t get with random sounds?
Emotional release (catharsis)
symbolic journey
Anchoring safety during intense breathwork
Supporting your subconscious with a coherent storyline
Allowing proper integration after the peak
That’s why holotropic breathwork is so powerful: it uses music as medicine. In the shifting community, this can be the missing link that helps you push beyond your comfort zone and reach states you never thought possible.
8) Why holotropic breathwork is ideal for preparing for the void or shifting, but not for directly entering it(even if you can do it technically)
Holotropic breathwork can absolutely be a powerful preparation for accessing the void or shifting. It helps:
-open your subconscious
- loosen rigid beliefs
- release pent-up emotional blocks
- activate altered states of awareness
All of these are perfect for priming yourself before a shifting attempt or for strengthening your confidence.
However, I do not recommend trying to jump straight from holotropic breathwork directly into the void. The reason? After intense breathwork, your nervous system is still adapting to the oxygen and CO2 shifts, you might feel lightheaded or too physically stimulated, and it can actually disrupt the deep stillness the void requires.
It is far wiser to see holotropic breathwork as a powerful warm-up, to release tension and expand your mind, then let your body rest, ground yourself, and approach the void or shifting attempt afterward with a calm, centered state.
In short, let the breathwork do its clearing job, then give yourself time to stabilize before moving toward entering the void directly. That way, you’ll be working with your subconscious instead of overwhelming it.

In short, yes you need music for holotropic breathwork. Without it, you are just hyperventilating, which might still help in some ways, but it will not deliver the same layered, deep subconscious processing that makes holotropic breathwork so effective for altered states like the void or advanced shifting.

there is no plan B when manifesting
If you’re thinking about Plan B, then you’ve already decided Plan A might not work.
And that right there is the problem.
When you’re manifesting something there is no need for a backup. Why would there be? Plan B only exists when you don’t fully believe in Plan A. It’s a soft cushion for failure, a silent admission that "maybe this won’t happen," and the moment you entertain that thought, you’re already out of alignment.
Manifestation is not about hoping or trying or "seeing how it goes." It’s about knowing. It’s about choosing your reality and refusing to entertain anything that contradicts it.
The universe doesn’t respond to hesitation. It doesn’t respond to your fallback plans or your doubts or your inner negotiations. It responds to certainty — unwavering, grounded, undeniable knowing. The kind of knowing that says: This is mine. It’s done. There’s nothing more to figure out.
Neville Goddard said it best:
“Do not condition your desire. Just accept it as it comes to you. Give it all your faith. Do not ask how it will come about.”
You don’t need to know the how. You don’t need to prepare for what might go wrong. Your only job is to live in the end -> to mentally dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled so deeply that it becomes your only truth.
If you’re constantly checking for proof or creating alternate routes "just in case," you’re signaling that you don’t actually have it — that you’re still waiting for it, hoping for it, doubting it.
Drop the fear, drop the second-guessing, and fully commit to your desired reality as if it’s already here.
The 3D will begin to bend. Reality starts catching up. And suddenly you’re not chasing anything anymore — because it’s already yours.
Creation is finished. It was always finished. The only thing that ever needed to change was your mind.
So no, there is no Plan B. Because when you believe in Plan A with your whole being, Plan B becomes irrelevant.

How Many Times Do You Need To Be Told It Already Happened To Know It's Done Now?
Make it simple because it is. Remember it already happened because it did. When we manifest something, WE LITERALLY BEGIN TO TALK ABOUT HOW IT MANIFESTED SO DO THAT SHIT NOW!!!  When something happens, we all naturally recount it. We explain it to ourselves afterwards in whatever way we can. If you want something to happen, tell yourself that it did.  I want a new job. Omg I love my new job. I want to receive tons of money. No way I just received so much money wow. I want a new apartment. Omg I love my new space.  The physicality of a thing isn’t what makes it real. It’s your perception that does. I don’t need to know what device you are reading this on to know you are reading. I don’t need to know when you started, how you pronounce the words, I don’t need to know anything but I know you are. It’s the same with everything else.

Your mind’s eye sees EVERYTHING FIRST. That doesn’t mean it “takes long.” If you just saw something in your mind, IT HAPPENED. If you just thought of something you would like to experience, YOU ARE EXPERIENCING IT NOW. The only reason you “aren’t” is because you say so. Literally.  Again, when you think about memories, you experience them within you. You can feel like you are experiencing past feelings or thoughts by thinking about them yet you don’t question it. Now when it comes to things you do want, you act all weird about it??? Make it make fucking sense.  This whole entire thing is just about whether or not you trust yourself. Whether or not you believe in yourself. To believe in you is to believe in everything because you are everything. There is nothing outside of you. No power or being dictating whether or not you are worthy of something. The power is you.   I wanted to hear from someone I hadn’t heard from in years last night and then I had to remember “umm?? I’m pretty sure we just got off the phone what the heck.” They called me and we spoke as if there hadn’t been any time that passed at all between us. It had been over 3 years but should I have let that determine if I’d hear from them? NO. It doesn’t matter. The story you tell about yourself is the experience you live. Think back to before you found out about the law (you). You can literally see how your thinking and who you thought yourself to be created situations you were in as a result. There’s no need to sit and beat yourself up about the past because it’s also now just what you say it is.   Give yourself that peace you want. Give yourself the stress free space to enjoy life. There is nothing you can’t achieve as long as you have an open mind.  The world is constantly showing you who you say you are and what you believe about it. Whatever you say you are, you are.  You’ve accepted the fact that you can read and understand the words on this post so what’s stopping you from accepting the fact that you now have what you previously wanted. Be still and fucking know. It’s yours already damn.

How to make the ego stop when it says "no that's not how it works?"

Don’t argue. Don’t explain. Don’t fix. Don’t even answer. The ego only survives through debate. It throws a thought like a bait. “No, that’s not how it works” and watches to see if you bite. The moment you try to reason with it, you’ve already stepped into it's frame, a trap. You're trying to convince what was never real to begin with.
Instead, treat it like background noise. Not because you're avoiding it, but because you see it has no authority. Just how a passing car doesn’t need your attention. Neither does a thought.
You don’t stop ego by suppressing it. You stop feeding it by not being interested. It can yell “that’s not how it works!” all day long and so what? Who is it talking to? Who believes it? It's a screaming child begging for attention.
When you know it’s not you, it loses its grip. Silence is the only reply it can’t survive. Not forced silence just indifference. No hook, no story, no identity claimed.

one of my struggles is overthinking "letting go" (which is literally the opposite of it? lol???)
i'll be thinking abt my manifestation, knowing im in the new story. then i'll get a thought, "nah you're thinking too much about it. all manifestations come when you stop thinking about it. where you just decide once, forget abt it, and leave it alone. you thinking about it means you don't really know." then i'll start trying to force myself to let go, when i wasn't even holding on in the first place, and it ends in me spiraling...

BUT, in these moments i always remember when i manifested my test. i knowww i keep bringing it up, but truly it was my most illogical manifestation. literally the worst circumstances, me guessing on over half of the questions. but i still passed.
and i didn't forget abt it. it wasn't a one and done. no, i thought abt it constantly every single day. in the middle of me taking it, with ego screaming at me, i still thought abt it. letting go doesn't mean forgetting, it's just knowing!!!
bcs when i was thinking about it during the test, repeatedly saying, "i'm going to pass my test. the end result is me passing the test," this wasn't from a place of desperation or a place of hoping it would work. no, it was me reminding myself of the truth i already knew!!
was i insanely worried abt the physical? yeah. was i feeling crazy anxious and scared? YEAH. but i recognized that all of that didn't matter. feelings, thoughts, all that, it's just ego, and it's not me! so i ignored it. i pushed through, not caring about any of them. i knew the real truth, and i stayed on the new story.
i was honestly 100% prepared to see a failing grade, that's how much i didn't believe. but i still knew i passed. so i was also prepared, even if i did see a fail, to continue to persist and know that i passed. THAT is knowing
