Go to bed telling yourself nice things, "I had an AMAZING day today." "I am thriving" even if in the physical reality you had the worst possible day, YOURE GONNA FLIP THE SCRIPT and tell yourself that you had the most AMAZING day,
Wake up in the morning telling yourself nice things "I am beautiful" "I am happy and healthy" "I am abundant". When you're at work/school tell yourself nice things "I am prosperous" "everything is ALWAYS working out in my favour" "whatever I want I get 10x better" "God has my back" ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS!!!
check in with your mental diet every single moment of the day. Because I can't stress this enough, THE MOMENT I stopped talking Ill about me and saying nice things to myself whenever I caught myself saying things that disapproved of my self worth, I flipped the dialogue exactly the positive of that. And I promise you, each and every single time you do this, even the littlest of "flipping your internal dialogue" will build up to your confidence.
The moment I started doing this, my hair grew thicker, my skin got clearer, my confidence got higher, people started to complement my aura, even teachers were complimenting my beauty. I caught MULTIPLE men wanting to have a chance with me ( but I'm sooo picky of who I allow into my life and I'm gonna get to that on my next post) EVERYTHING started to align FOR ME as if life was happening THROUGH ME. animals started to love me more, my cats got closer to me, birds started to live with me, I GOT SPECIAL PRIVILEGES from around me. When I say FLIP YOUR INTERNAL DIALOGUE? I'm not even kidding guys. Even my grades got up!? TRY IT!!

HOW TO GET A GLOW UP

I used to be the ugly dunklin, till I change in 1 week and turned pretty much half of my life upside down, it happened right after my 16th catastrophic birthday, at the time I was already following Liz and her tips which helped me so much!! So here how to glow up in minimum 1 week
౨ৎsmell good౨ৎ
This is so important, I noticed how people react to good smelling people, they just say it out loud how much they like the fragrance, knowning that it's you, will just make you more approacable, it boosts your confidence and overl all more liked
౨ৎexercise + diet౨ৎ
This was huge for me, not only it imroves your moods but it also makes your prettier, you need to fist know what goals you want to archive physically, if you want a bigger butt, eggs and potatoes salad can be a good alternative, if you want to have a snatched waist try to do more cardio, at the time the only cardio I used to do was jump roping, which is amazing!!
౨ৎwardrobe౨ৎ
This was the revolution, just dress how ou want each outfit can have at max 2 trendy elements, not more, and the rest it needs to rappresnt YOUR personality!! This is going to make you unique and recognizable!! Also I suggest to go shopping on friday lol, the beauty day!
౨ৎmentality౨ৎ
This is how everything started, a munch of motivational viddeos, the wizard liz and confidence targetting posts, moodboards and much more, at the time I was getting treated really harshly from my classmates, it was probably one of thelowest point of my life, bit I pick myself up, cause I had a goal: Changing my narrative.

This is a guide on daily routines inspired by Thewizardliz! This routine is perfect to stop being lazy and pathetic and finally start taking care of yourself!

✸ ꒰ morning routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
🧼 First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like ‘What reality do i want to create?´ 'Who do i look up to?’ ‘What is the behavior I need to change about myself?’ ‘What's a new habit that I would like to create?’ ‘What is a thing I can focus on right now?’. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
💶 Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as ‘I am so beautiful’ or ‘My hair looks so pretty today’, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
🛣 Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
🏔 Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!

Yes, it's time to drink a little more water!
⛰ Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.

First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make ‘just being skinny’ your goal.
🧩 second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but here’s some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
🏄‍♀️ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!

✸ ꒰ shower and self care routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
🎾 After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give! 
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
🍾 For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place! 
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.

🧃 Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
🍵 Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like ‘atomic habits’ or ‘the art of thinking clearly’ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
🥬 Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)

𓂅⋆ small ways to improve ୭ 🧷 ✧ ˚. ᵎᵎ 🎀
here are some small habits that you can start doing :) they aren’t that intense— they only require consistency, and in my opinion are a great way to take the first step into your self improvement journey ♡
1. leave the phone out of the bathroom 🫧 ⊹₊
— this reduces the amount of time you spend in the bathroom and takes away a bit of screen time too!
— keeping your phone in the bathroom can make your device incredibly dirty and exposes it to a bunch of germs and bacteria
— sitting on the toilet longer than needed can lead to unnecessary pressure on your rectum
2. try to dedicate your bed for sleeping 💭 *.✦
— a good but simple habit to have is to only use your bed when sleeping. try to avoid studying, eating, or passing time in bed
— your brain may not be able to associate your bed with sleeping when you’re doing too many activities while sitting in bed, which can make it difficult for you to sleep
— experts say staying bed for too long can disrupt your mood and increases stress
— doing the same activities while sitting at a desk will most likely make you feel more productive as opposed to you doing them in your bed
3. try to spend the first 15 minutes of the day without your phone 🗒️ ⋆⁺₊
— getting on your phone and using a stimulating app like TikTok first thing in the morning overwhelms your dopamine and will only make you want more and more throughout the day
— try to get some sunlight instead and open your curtains or go outside

something that liz has said in her videos before was to be okay with people misunderstanding you. dont go out of ur way to get worked up just bcuz someone sees something in a different way then u do.
her conception of self continued ; in another video she says to "make a list of tough situations that you've handled in the past and what skills you used to handle them". she has a lot of trust and belief in herself and her abilities

she often stresses the importance of prioritizing urself, ur boundaries and ur healing above all else. but you know what she doesn't stress? the opinions of others.
going about business ; liz is all about standing on business and taking ACTION for ur goals. in one of her videos she talks about "if u dont like urself, simply create a new version of urself". she says that through action, you can create the life of ur dreams.
connection with self ; liz says to not crave the compliments of others but instead, to compliment yourself. everything that u need is within you. shes a big advocate for shadow work and therapy to help understand yourself and heal on a deeper level.

she not only connects with the present self, she also connects with who she wants to be. a saying of hers is "what would the highest version of myself do". she detaches herself to things or people because they are temporary, but her relationship with self is forever.

FIYERO AND THE WIZARD ( SCRAPPED BOQ VERSION )
The air in Oz had shifted the moment Fiyero arrived. His effortless charm turned heads, and his dazzling smile seemed to brighten even the dreariest corners of the land. Among those captivated was Glinda, whose laughter now rang louder in Fiyero’s presence than it ever had around Boq.
Boq, the loyal Munchkin, felt the sting of jealousy. He had long admired Glinda, dreamed of being the one to win her heart. But how could he compete with someone like Fiyero? Fiyero was everything Boq wasn’t—tall, confident, and dazzling. What burned most was that Fiyero treated him kindly, like an equal. It was almost unbearable.

Boq’s desperation grew with every passing day. He had to do something.
That’s when he remembered the Wizard.
The Emerald City shimmered in the distance, its towering spires a beacon of power and possibility. Boq entered the Wizard’s grand chamber, trembling as he explained his plight. The Wizard, with his ever-present smile and calculating gaze, listened intently.
“You have such a pure heart, Boq,” the Wizard said, his tone dripping with mock sincerity. “But I see the fire of ambition in you. It’s admirable. I can help you, but there’s a catch. You must bring Fiyero here. Together.”
Boq hesitated but only for a moment. The plan was already forming in his mind.
Back in Oz, Boq crafted a forged invitation from the Wizard himself, writing in elaborate, elegant script:
"To the noble and dashing Fiyero: I, the Wizard, humbly request your presence in the Emerald City. You may bring a companion of your choosing. I look forward to meeting you and discussing matters of great importance."
When Boq presented it to Fiyero, his face lit up. “You’d come with me?” Fiyero asked.
“Of course,” Boq replied, masking his nervousness with a smile.

The two journeyed to the Emerald City together, Fiyero marveling at its grandeur while Boq’s mind raced with anticipation.
The Wizard greeted them with his signature grin, his arms wide as though welcoming old friends. “Ah, Fiyero! A pleasure to finally meet you.” He turned to Boq, winking subtly.

Before Fiyero could respond, a figure emerged from the shadows. Chesery, the Wizard’s loyal partner, was silent but swift. Before Fiyero realized what was happening, he was bound tightly in enchanted ropes.

“What is this?!” Fiyero exclaimed, his voice tinged with confusion and betrayal.
Boq stepped back, unsure of what to do. The Wizard laughed, his voice echoing ominously. “You’ll see soon enough, my boy. Let’s begin, shall we?”
The Wizard opened the Grimmerie, the ancient spellbook, its pages glowing with an eerie green light. Chanting in a language Boq couldn’t understand, he directed his energy at the trembling Munchkin.
A surge of power overtook Boq. He felt his body stretching, his muscles growing. His ginger hair darkened to a rich brown, streaked with gold, and grew longer. His face sharpened, stubble appearing on his chin. His Munchkin clothes morphed into royal blue and gold, perfectly tailored to his new, athletic frame.
Boq gasped as he looked down at his hands. They weren’t his hands. They were Fiyero’s.
Boq turned to Fiyero, his lips curling into a triumphant, wicked grin. He took a step forward, the sound of his boots echoing in the chamber. The sensation of power and perfection coursing through his veins was like nothing he’d ever felt. He couldn’t help but roll his shoulders, letting his newly broadened frame stretch under the finely tailored fabric of his royal blue jacket.
“Oh, Fiyero,” he began, his voice now rich, smooth, and dripping with mockery. The deep timbre—the voice Fiyero himself had used to charm everyone around him—felt intoxicating as it rolled off Boq’s tongue. He laughed, low and confident, his eyes locking on the bound and helpless prince. “You always had it all, didn’t you? The charm, the attention, the looks. You didn’t even have to try. Meanwhile, I stood in the background, invisible. But now...”
Boq paused, his hands moving to his chest, his fingers brushing over the firm ridges of his new pecs and abs. He gasped softly, almost overwhelmed by the sensation. “Now this,” he said, dragging his hands down slowly, deliberately, savoring every contour of his sculpted torso. “This is what it feels like to be... perfect.” He gave his abs a sharp slap, grinning as he watched the muscles ripple beneath his hand. “Solid as a rock. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this.”
He turned to the mirror, his eyes lighting up as he caught sight of his reflection. His smirk widened, his hands running up to his shoulders, down his arms, and back to his chest. “And this build,” he mused, flexing his arms to watch his biceps swell against the sleeves of his jacket. “So strong, so powerful. No wonder everyone followed you without question. Just standing there, you command attention.”

Boq ran a hand through his hair, marveling at the soft, golden-brown strands that fell perfectly back into place. “And this hair,” he said, his tone almost reverent. “It’s ridiculous, isn’t it? Silky, thick, flawless. You could walk through a storm, and it would still look like this.” He laughed sharply, turning back to Fiyero. “No wonder Glinda’s eyes light up every time you’re near. With this hair and this face...”
He stepped closer to the mirror, leaning in to study his new jawline. His fingers brushed against the light stubble that now adorned his chin, and he couldn’t help but smirk. “This is incredible,” he muttered, testing out his new, dazzling smile. He tilted his head, flashing the grin at his reflection, watching as it lit up his entire face. “How could anyone resist this? No wonder you were the center of attention everywhere you went.”
Turning back to Fiyero, Boq’s grin took on a sharper edge. He ran his hands slowly down his torso again, stopping at his waist before letting them drift lower. “And this,” he said, giving his crotch a deliberate squeeze. He let out a soft, mocking chuckle, his eyes locking on Fiyero’s horrified expression. “You know, I always wondered why people whispered about you behind your back. Now I get it. You weren’t just handsome—you were blessed.”
He stepped closer to the bound prince, leaning down slightly to sneer in his face. “But you didn’t deserve it, did you? All this perfection, and you never really appreciated it. You just walked through life, taking it all for granted. Well, don’t worry, Fiyero. I’ll make sure this body gets the attention it deserves.”
Boq straightened, turning slightly to admire his reflection again. His hands moved to his backside, giving it an exaggerated pat. “And this!” he exclaimed, laughing as he gave it a firm squeeze. “This is just... absurd. How did you even walk around without everyone stopping to stare? Honestly, Fiyero, it’s a little unfair to the rest of us. But now... it’s mine.”

Fiyero’s face burned with a mixture of fury and humiliation. “Boq, stop this! This isn’t who you are!”
“Oh, but it is,” Boq shot back, his tone venomous and full of delight. “Maybe this is who I’ve been all along, Fiyero. Waiting, watching, knowing I’d never measure up—until now. Now I don’t just measure up; I surpass you. I’m stronger, better, perfect.”
He leaned in even closer, his lips curling into a smirk as he stared into Fiyero’s betrayed eyes. “But don’t worry,” Boq whispered, his tone mockingly sweet. “You won’t be forgotten. In fact...” He paused, his grin widening. “I think I’ll give you a proper goodbye.”
Before Fiyero could react, Boq leaned in and pressed his new lips against Fiyero’s in a mocking, exaggerated kiss. It wasn’t an act of affection; it was a final, cruel taunt. When Boq pulled back, his smirk was wider than ever, and Fiyero’s face twisted in stunned disgust.
“Goodbye, Fiyero,” Boq said, his voice dripping with mockery. “Enjoy obscurity while I enjoy... this.”
The Wizard’s laughter filled the chamber, a booming symphony of malice. Chesery stepped forward, dragging the real Fiyero away as he struggled futilely against his bonds. His protests faded into the shadows as Boq turned back to the mirror, his hands moving over his new body one last time, reveling in every inch of his stolen perfection.
“Yes,” he said softly, his voice brimming with confidence and delight. “This is who I was meant to be.”
The Wizard clapped a hand on Boq’s shoulder, his grin wide and approving. “You’re perfect, my boy. The new Fiyero is ready.”

Boq adjusted the collar of his jacket, flashed one last dazzling smile at his reflection, and turned to the Wizard. “Let’s get started.”

2. be nice and gentle towards others, remember what goes around comes around

4. have a close friend group instead of many friends.
5. always smile towards others.
6. learn subtle confident body language, like sitting up, head up, and smiling.
7. take care of your skin every day. DONT SLEEP IN MAKEUP 😭😭
8. study and read every day

For all my folks out there who are shy/have social anxiety/introverted or just need to get out more baby steps is the way to do it i learned this from the therapist so basically i rank things from least to most anxiety inducing (?) like sitting outside or something and i do the smallest task for about how ever long i possibly can and i keep doing it till i progress and start doing harder things !!

Never dim your light to make others comfortable when it comes to confidence and being yourself you gotta be unapologetic about it!! you focus should never be on other people and how they perceive you , that literally none of your business and that’s literally a waste of time and draining your own happiness So where that dress,style your hair this way,showcase your true self and fuck how other people feel that a THEM Problem not Yours!!

Affirmations Baby!!! Having daily affirmations is a MUST!! not only boost your self esteem and confidence but they will also bring you out of the mindset that your “below the bar” & help you validate yourself without needing outside opinions!!
What i like 2 do it is keep set of daily affirmations i repeat when i wake up & throughout the day and i like to put them all around my space like put sticky notes of mirrors,keep pinterest boards of affirmations,repeat then while getting ready,making a self concept playlist full of songs that make me feel my best etc.!! (P.S Affirmations tapes are TOP TIER)

SUPER IMPORTANT!! wether you’re in an active conversation or just walking down the street body language will play a huge role in not only how you feel but will also help you be confident & have people be more attracted to your energy
so what were gonna do is swap all of the awkward body language and swap them out!
Tense Shoulders > Drop & relax your shoulders and put them back
Looking down when walking > Hold your head up head
Slouching > Stop slouching and Keep your make straight
When you wave don’t shake your palm > use your 3 fingers in the middle to wave in an half way down and up motion
Sit in the Duchess Pose basically it putting both of your legs together and slant them 2 the right diagonally !!
STRUT YOUR STUFF!! I can’t stress this enough a good runway strut is always on your side i promise you this!! you gotta act like your a famous super model like naomi,shalom,yasmeen,linda etc. you gotta act like your opening for a runway or something and just be FABULOUS!!

SELF CARE DAY FOR LOW ENERGY DAYS

it’s important to have different routines ready to match your mood and energy level. which is why I believe preparing for self care days for when you’re just not feeling your best is essential and a great way to look out for yourself. here’s my guide to self care days for low energy.

despite your low energy, it’s important you still get your daily movement. however, exercise doesn’t always have to be intense.
try doing one of these
— 2 minutes of touching/trying to touch your toes
— 5-7 minutes of full body stretching
— 10 minutes of yoga
or maybe just stretch your neck, roll your shoulders, and take a few deep breaths. whatever you’re ready to do :)

the last thing you want to do is give your mind the responsibility of remembering your tasks. i don’t care how little you have on your schedule, write a to do list. on a low energy day, it’s important we’re easy on ourselves. getting everything out of our head and onto a piece of paper will not only make tasks seem more manageable but will also make our minds feel a bit lighter.
write everything. I mean it. even the small and seemingly insignificant tasks. even the parts of your routine that you do everyday anyways, write it all down.

even though we’re a little bit down, that doesn’t mean we can cheat on the promises and boundaries we made with ourselves.
a low energy day doesn’t mean you can jump right back into your old habits. you’ll only feel worse if you do. it can be comforting to spend the whole day in bed, liking relatable TikToks and having a 7 hour screen time. but that’s not real rest. do something that’ll nourish you while also making you feel relaxed and comfortable. whether that’s watching an episode of your comfort show, rereading a chapter of your favorite book, or listening to your all time favorite songs while you just relax.
low energy is not a reason to practice unhealthy bad habits.

If they wanted to be a good friend to you they would
you don't have to teach someone to be a good friend. You don't have to teach them how to love you, care for you, support you, understand you, respect you and be genuine towards you. Because if a person really wanted to offer you a genuine friendship they would have and you would know that in the first place.
There's no reason to think they are just "human" and they broke your trust by accident because you're a human too and you would have never done that to someone.
Understand this. If you have to force "being a good friend out of someone" they don't want to offer you their friendship. Doesn't mean they can't be genuine, it simply means they don't want to be genuine towards you. You can't offer me value, you can't help me grow you cant even be there to do the bare minimum then I have no place for you in my life. I will come in terms with that and move on and create space for people that will.
