fun fact !!! the greatest dangers of extremely low calorie diets are vitamin deficiencies! pls pls pls take a multivitamin every day it is so beneficial to your health
and this is directed towards EVERYONE even if you’re eating more than you think you “should" (also there is no such thing as "not starving enough") bc studies show that eating even 1200-1300 calories can make it extremely difficult to get enough vitamins and minerals from your food so TAKE YOUR VITAMINS !!!!!!
