update: i’m down, not even close to what i want but it’s working. yesterday i got the most attention i had all year. it was definitely because i lost weight. it’s more motivation.
remember:eat maximum of 600. have one day a week to eat 1,000 (including things you wouldn’t normally have on your diet to confuse your metabolism) the moment your body catches up with your routine and diet………… you will stop seeing changes.
