Dieta Baletnicy 🩰🪷
1-2 dzień: tylko 1 litr wody / kawy bez cukru (maks. 4 filiżanki). Do kawy ewentualnie można dodać odrobinę mleka odtłuszczonego.
3-4 dzień: 2,5 litra wody / kawy bez cukru i odtłuszczony nabiał (np. serek wiejski, biały ser, jogurt) bez żadnych dodatków.
5-6 dzień: 3 litry wody / kawy bez cukru i maks. 11 sztuk gotowanych ziemniaków, czyli około 3 sztuk na jeden posiłek.
7-8 dzień: 2,5 litra wody / kawy bez cukru oraz maks. 0,5 kg gotowanego, drobiowego mięsa bez żadnych dodatków.
9-10 dzień: 3 litry wody / kawy bez cukru i wyłącznie zielone warzywa (np. brokuł, sałata, ogórek, szpinak, brukselka) bez innych dodatków smakowych.
