Workouts:
ran my first 5km!!!🌸🍡 (with just two walking breaks)
walked lots as usual
Steps: 24 101
Eating (all carb day bcs I needed it so much!!!):
breakfast - an orange, some quince, some coconut, a bowl of milk noodles (romanian dish I swear it's actually tasty🙏🙏) and like 3 slices of the most fudgy chocolatey brownies I ever had!!
lunch - like 2 carrots, cabbage salad, cheesy pasta with a lot of shrimps and 2 more slices of my brownieeee
dinner - an orange, a whole tub of cottage cheese, a slice of toast with jam, a slice of toast with bananas and honey, 2 pieces of chocolate and A LOT of whipped cream!!!!!
Water intake: 2.5 liters
Sleep: 8 hours
Studying:
spent 4 hours on forest
read 120 pages!!
did some math homework
did some more english homework
studied for my history test (THAT'S ON MONDAY. I CAN'T)
Screen time: really high
Self care:
The whole "All carb day" stuff was literally so good I missed and I love carbs SO MUCH
A lot of recovery videos on youtube
Ofc it was about time for a cozy face mask!!!🌸🌷🍡🎀
Emotion log:
I'M GLAD I RAN 5KM I'VE NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE sjsksjk!!!
Well I've been well even though I get some (a lot) of bad thoughts, I make them go away quickly but they still bother me a lot, I wish everything was quiet for once
I think I am overexercising and that's probably the only form of the ed is still manifesting
Yall got the idea recovery has been hard and I'm hardly pulling through, but I promise to keep going!!!
Thoughts for tomorrow:
finish all my assignaments and prepare my outfit and school bag the night before
Maybe try to journal a bit? I have LOTS of things to get off my mind atp

coffee with oatmilk -> 18
vitamin water (500 ml) -> 40
chips (i ate like 3-5, so assuming like 10 g) -> 50
pepsi max (330 ml) -> 1
ready made salad with cheese cubes and pasta -> 374
total: 483
what i burned off:
work (10 h shift, pretty intense but i also sat while doing some of it so counting 8 h) -> 1257
walk (25-30 min) -> 108
total: 1365
AGAIN rounding it down that feels like a lot lol :’D so 1000
total: 483-1000=-517

regretting those chips sooo much 😭😭 but they were so hard to resist!!! and to be fair eating them helped me to put off the salad for like 4 hours more than without them lol as if that helped anything
also the salad that i eat every shift feels so excessive now?? like 374 cal???? for that??? idk maybe i need to find another one that’s lower lol :’D i can feel the 4n4 getting ”worse”
anyway i feel disgusted with how much i ate today, i feel like i could’ve gone with less but i was also moving and talking the entire day so maybe i need to be realistic and realise that i needed that food to not faint at work ahahah
