witam, zostałam zainspirowana jednym z wpisów, aby poruszyć bardzo ważny temat. Widzę, że się wylewa MASA mitów odnośnie postu i ketozy. Skończcie pierdolić, że nie można spożywać ŻADNYCH kalorii podczas postu, bo przerwie to ketozę, ponieważ nawet HERBATA zawiera minimalną ilość kalorii. Przepraszam bardzo, ale słyszeliście kiedyś o czymś takim jak “dieta keto”? Dlaczego ludzie na tej diecie spożywają np. 1800 kcal, a są dalej w ketozie??? No może dlatego, że chodzi tu o spożycie węglowodanów. Czy to oznacza, że nie można ich w ogóle jeść? NIE! Osoby na keto dalej spożywają węglowodany, ale w bardzo umiarkowanej ilości. Aby przerwać stan ketozy, trzeba zjeść od 20g do 50g węglowodanów. Ketoza nie ma nic wspólnego ze spożyciem kalorii!!!!!!! Ile można spożyć kalorii z płynów (herbaty, wody z sokiem z cytryny, napojów zero) podczas postu tak aby go nie przerwać? Najlepiej nie więcej niż 10-15 kcal, przy czym jest to ważne, aby nie zawierały tłuszczów i cukrów.
Czym jest ketoza? Jest to stan metaboliczny, w którym organizm wykorzystuje tłuszcz jako główne źródło energii zamiast glukozy, która pochodzi od węglowodanów. Wątroba przekształca tłuszcze w ketony, które stają się napędem dla naszego ciała. Stan ten występuje podczas postu i bardzo niskiego spożycia węgli.
Czy można pić colę zero podczas postu? Tak, można! Nie przerwie to stanu ketozy i tłuszcz będzie spalany tak samo. Jeżeli zależy ci na obniżeniu insuliny lub na procesach autofagii, wtedy ewentualnie możesz od tego stronić – zmiany mogą być minimalne.
Jak wygląda dieta keto?
• 5%-10% kalorii z węglowodanów (warzywa o bardzo niskiej zawartości skrobi)
• 15%-25% kalorii z białka
• 70%-80% kalorii z tłuszczu
Dla kogo przeznaczona jest dieta keto?
• dla osób z insulinoopornością i cukrzycą typu 2
• dla sportowców wytrzymałościowych
Dlaczego radzę UNIKAĆ ketozy? To po prostu ogłupia. Nasz mózg potrzebuje węglowodanów do prawidłowego funkcjonowania. Błonnik, który jest bardzo ważny dla układu pokarmowego i dobrego trawienia, również jest uważany za węglowodan.
Czy posty są zdrowe? To zależy. Po pierwsze, trzeba je robić Z GŁOWĄ. Po drugie, posty trwające nie więcej niż 48h mogą być dobre dla naszego metabolizmu, regulacji cukru we krwi i redukować stany zapalne. Nie należy robić ich często!! Podczas każdego postu należy uzupełniać minerały, takie jak magnez, potas, witaminę C i żelazo. Należy też dodawać odrobinę soli do napojów – na co dzień spożywamy sól w posiłkach, która zatrzymuje nam wodę w organizmie. W momencie, gdy nie jemy, należy dodać szczyptę do spożywanych płynów. W sytuacji niedoboru tych składników mogą wystąpić zaburzenia elektrolitowe, co jest bardzo niebezpieczne! Mogą pojawić się skurcze mięśni, zaburzenia rytmu serca, osłabienie, nudności, mrowienie kończyn, a w NAJGORSZYM WYPADKU obrzęk mózgu i śpiączka. Do tego trzeba pić MINIMALNIE 2l.
Podsumowując – lepiej zostać w deficycie kalorycznym i dbać o w miarę zbilansowane posiłki, bo głodówka przyspiesza proces minimalnie, a jeżeli jest przeprowadzana nieumiejętnie, to może skończyć się tragicznie.

VERY unpopular opinion : it's so easy to restrict or too fast when you're busy
I for one was doing math and history/geography stuff for I don't know how long and literally forgot to eat for 3 DAYS 3 FUCKING DAYS
Uhhuhm anyway I lost liek 7 FUCKING POUNDS IN 3 FUCKING DAYS

I started seeing titty bone is ghat even a thing like the cell in which the organs are in prisoned (it legit looks like prison bars ) (don't ask how I know)
AND AND GUESS WHAT. I DIDNT LOOSE TITTY FAT WOOOHOOOOOOOO
I HAVE TITTY AND IM SKINNY
YO BITCH IS SLIM THICK AHAHAH
Again I stopped caring about food like 3 months ago and lost approximately 12kg so

Some rules that I have for myself in order to lose weight 🦄
• Don’t watch any type of mukbang video no matter what. This because when I see someone eating, it makes me wanna eat that certain food (usually not healthy food) and ends up in me buying that and binge eating. Mukbangers make the food look really appetizing and it’s been confirmed that watching these types of videos can trigger hunger (at least for me).
• Don’t watch others eat or their food. Kinda like the first one but this is for an irl situation. Make sure to always look at your OWN plate, or if you don’t have a plate, look at your phone or grab a book to read. Watching other people eat makes me wanna ask for their food and it might be uncomfortable for that person being watched.
• Don’t mention food on conversations unless someone else does first. This includes just randomly saying “I’m hungry”, or “What are we gonna eat?” like why are you so obsessed with food? It makes me look like a hungry pig 🐷
• Don’t ask for seconds. You don’t need that much food. If you feel satisfied, that means you ate enough. I think everyone should start this habit, not only because you are eating less, but also saving for later or for someone else that might actually need it. Remember: food is fuel, not entertainment !!
• Don’t ask others for their own food. It’s just annoying. You can always get that yourself. Let that person enjoy their own meal.
• Don’t eat if you don’t feel hungry. If you don’t feel hungry, why eat? I understand some people need to eat at a certain hour for whatever reason. But if you can eat at any time of the day, make sure to eat when you really feel hungry. Food taste even better when you’re actually hungry.
• Don’t eat school food. It’s just nasty and unhealthy. You don’t know where it’s been. Plus, you can always eat at home, why eat there?
• 10k steps daily. No matter what, it’s always good to have a walk. I use StepsApp, really good app.

I don't go to school today, yay. Im so close to graduating from that shitty high-school.. (thank God.)
It's a perfect occasion to avoid food, do some exercises and reading a book I bought yesterday :))

So I was doing some research on liquid d13ts/f4sting and someone said they lost 41 lbs in two weeks!!! This is supposedly what they consumed:
"Water, protein shakes (3 per day), unsweet tea, and Crystal Light. Occasionally I would have a sugar-free Jell-O or a sugar free popsicle. Absolutely nothing else, not even broth or protein powder."
I wanna try it sooo bad. 41 lbs would put me past my first gw and close to my second. We gettin sk1nn1 with this one 😌✨✨

I'm thinking about maybe ending my fast a bit sooner, Friday night instead of Saturday, because Friday night I have a date with my bf and there's this amazing pizza place that's hard to get into that I would honestly love to go to with him
