Introduction
In today's fast-paced world, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is more important than ever. Many of us strive to stay fit, strong, and energetic, but finding the right protein supplement that aligns with our specific dietary needs can be a challenging task. If you're following a ketogenic diet and looking for a high-quality protein powder, look no further than Orgain Keto Collagen Protein Powder. This revolutionary product offers a perfect blend of essential nutrients, ensuring you stay on track with your fitness goals while enjoying the benefits of collagen.
The Power of Collagen:
Collagen, often hailed as the building block of our body, is a structural protein found in our skin, bones, and connective tissues. As we age, collagen production naturally declines, leading to the appearance of wrinkles, joint pain, and weakened bones. Incorporating collagen into our diet can help counteract these effects, promoting youthful skin, stronger joints, and enhanced overall well-being.
Keto-Friendly Formula:
Orgain Keto Collagen Protein Powder is specifically formulated to cater to those following a ketogenic lifestyle. With minimal carbohydrates and an emphasis on healthy fats and protein, this product supports ketosis, where your body burns fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. The low-carb content makes it an ideal choice for those looking to maintain a state of ketosis while still fulfilling their protein requirements.
Optimal Protein Source:
Protein is a crucial macronutrient for muscle repair, growth, and overall body function. Orgain Keto Collagen Protein Powder combines the power of collagen with high-quality grass-fed collagen peptides. These peptides are derived from pasture-raised cows, ensuring a clean and sustainable protein source that is free from hormones and antibiotics. The result is a superior protein powder that helps build and repair muscles, supports bone health, and boosts overall vitality.
Gut Health Benefits:
Another standout feature of Orgain Keto Collagen Protein Powder is its potential to promote gut health. Collagen contains amino acids like glutamine, which can support the intestinal lining and improve digestion. This can be especially beneficial for those with digestive issues, helping to alleviate discomfort and improve nutrient absorption.
Delicious and Versatile:
Incorporating Orgain Keto Collagen Protein Powder into your daily routine is a breeze. With a smooth and delicious taste, this powder can easily be mixed into water, milk, smoothies, or your favorite beverage. You can also use it in baking or cooking to add an extra protein punch to your favorite recipes.
Conclusion:
Orgain Keto Collagen Protein Powder offers a powerful and convenient solution for individuals on a ketogenic diet who are seeking an effective way to enhance their protein intake while enjoying the numerous benefits of collagen. With its carefully crafted formula, derived from the best-quality ingredients, Orgain has created a product that not only supports muscle growth but also nourishes your body from the inside out. Not that I ever ate collagen, but here I was thinking that it was using up some meat industry byproduct that would otherwise go to waste. Of course it’s amassed enough demand that it’s actually driving new cattle raising and killing. Disgusting.
Yes, it’s on The Guardian so it’s not some clickbaity falsehood.
Collagen craze drives deforestation and rights abuses
For the first time an investigation has linked collagen powder to violence against Indigenous peoples in Brazilian forests
The stench arrives before the lorries do. They are carrying skins that were stripped from cattle carcasses days ago. Flies are everywhere.
The lorries’ destination is Amparo, a small industrial town in São Paulo state, southeastern Brazil. Here, Rousselot, a company owned by the Texan business Darling Ingredients, extracts collagen – the active ingredient in health supplements at the centre of a global wellness craze.
But while collagen’s most evangelical users claim the protein can improve hair, skin, nails and joints, slowing the ageing process, it has a dubious effect on the health of the planet. Collagen can be extracted from fish, pig and cattle skin, but behind the wildly popular “bovine” variety in particular lies an opaque industry driving the destruction of tropical forests and fuelling violence and human rights abuses in the Brazilian Amazon.
An investigation by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, the Guardian, ITV and O Joio e O Trigo has found that tens of thousands of cattle raised on farms damaging tropical forests were processed at abattoirs connected to international collagen supply chains.
Some of this collagen can be traced all the way to Nestlé-owned Vital Proteins, a major producer of collagen supplements championed by the actress Jennifer Aniston. Vital Proteins is sold globally – including online on Amazon, in Walmart stores in the US, in Holland & Barrett and Boots in the UK and in Costco in both countries.
The investigation – the first to connect bovine collagen with tropical forest loss and violence against Indigenous peoples – found at least 2,600 sq km of deforestation linked to the supply chains of two Brazil-based collagen operations with connections to Darling: Rousselot and Gelnex, which is in the process of being acquired by Darling for $1.2bn. It is unclear how much of this deforestation, which was calculated by the Center for Climate Crime Analysis, is linked to Vital Proteins.

Nourish Your Beauty: The Ultimate Fall Vegetable Guide
As the seasons shift, so do our nutritional needs—and the vegetables that thrive in the cooler months are packed with vitamins and minerals perfect for keeping your skin glowing and your health strong. For the Feminine Woman, integrating seasonal produce into your diet not only nourishes your body but also radiates beauty from within. Here are the best fall veggies to stock up on and their incredible benefits for both your health and your skin.
1. Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, which your body converts into Vitamin A—a key nutrient for maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin A helps prevent dry skin, keeps it soft, and promotes a youthful appearance by encouraging cell turnover.
Beauty Benefits:
• Glowing Skin: Beta-carotene protects your skin from UV damage and gives it a natural, radiant glow.
• Anti-aging: The high antioxidant content fights free radicals, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
• Hydration: The Vitamin C in sweet potatoes aids in collagen production, helping to keep skin plump and moisturized.
How to Use: Roast sweet potato slices with olive oil, rosemary, and a pinch of sea salt for a simple yet delicious side dish.
2. Kale
Kale, the queen of greens, is one of the most nutrient-dense vegetables you can add to your diet in fall. It’s loaded with Vitamins C, E, and K, which are crucial for skin health, elasticity, and wound healing.
Beauty Benefits:
• Cleanses Your Skin: Kale’s high fiber helps to detoxify the body, leading to clearer, more even-toned skin.
• Fight Acne: The Vitamin C in kale reduces inflammation, making it a perfect addition to combat blemishes.
• Skin Elasticity: Vitamin K helps with skin elasticity, reducing dark circles and puffiness under the eyes.
How to Use: Add kale to a smoothie for a nutrient boost or sauté it with garlic for a quick, nutrient-packed side.
3. Butternut Squash
Butternut squash is high in Vitamin E, beta-carotene, and potassium, which help your skin stay hydrated, soft, and smooth. It’s perfect for preventing signs of aging while keeping your skin firm.
Beauty Benefits:
• Hydrated Skin: Butternut squash helps retain moisture in your skin due to its rich potassium content.
• Even Skin Tone: Its Vitamin E helps even out your complexion and reduces hyperpigmentation.
• Firmness: The collagen-boosting properties of Vitamin C in this squash keep your skin looking firm and youthful.
How to Use: Roast butternut squash and blend it into a creamy soup or cube it for a hearty salad.
4. Brussels Sprouts
Brussels sprouts are often underrated but are a powerhouse when it comes to skin health. Rich in Vitamin C, Brussels sprouts promote collagen production, which helps maintain your skin’s firmness and elasticity.
Beauty Benefits:
• Brighter Skin: Vitamin C boosts your skin’s radiance, making it look brighter and more youthful.
• Collagen Boost: Collagen production is essential for skin structure and elasticity, reducing sagging and fine lines.
• Detox: Brussels sprouts help detoxify the skin, flushing out harmful toxins and leaving your complexion clear.
How to Use: Roast Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar for a tangy, crunchy side dish that’s perfect for fall.
5. Beets
Beets are known for their blood-purifying properties, which lead to clearer, healthier skin. They’re also loaded with antioxidants that prevent signs of premature aging.
Beauty Benefits:
• Glowing Skin: Beets help boost blood circulation, resulting in a natural flush and radiant complexion.
• Detox Power: The high iron content in beets helps detoxify the body, keeping skin clear and blemish-free.
• Anti-Inflammatory: Beets’ anti-inflammatory properties reduce puffiness and redness.
How to Use: Add roasted beets to salads or blend them into smoothies for a pop of vibrant color and nutrients.
Incorporating these seasonal veggies into your fall diet will not only boost your health but also enhance your beauty from the inside out. These nutrient-packed powerhouses will keep your skin hydrated, youthful, and glowing as the temperatures drop.
So, head to your local farmer’s market, stock up on these fall essentials, and let your natural beauty shine!

HONEYS IT GIRL MAGAZINE june edition⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🎀
welcome back to honeys it girl magazine, this is the june catalog. get ready for the inside scoop on data that i've collected, things i've learned/started doing, and just general info like that organized in kind of a teen-magazine inspired fashion. a magazine for it girls ✨ and now please enjoy, the it girl magazine.
LIFE UPDATE ;
as you may or may not have noticed, i've been hiatus for most of the month now. and i disappeared because of personal reasons, and one of those reasons being that i felt i needed to reflect. here are some things that i've learned and realized during my reflection time.
in that post i go into things that i went thru during the month of june and the reason behind my absence. something that i mentioned but failed to elaborate on in that post was what i plan to manifest next and i'll talk about it later on in the post.
FOR THE WELLNESS GIRLIES ;
this summer is a hot one, and one way that i've been getting my vegetable and fruit intake is through smoothies. smoothies and juices are perfect for the summer because they're SO refreshing so im going to talk about some smoothie recipes.
adriana limas smoothie recipe ; (1 cup cold water + 1/2 avocado + honey). candice swanepoels smoothie recipe ; (1 frozen banana + 1 cup blueberries + 1 tsp protein powder + 1 scoop collagen powder + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 2 tbsp almond butter + 1 tbsp spirulina + 1 1/2 cup coconut water)
smoothies make amazing breakfasts or just amazing drinks to have when ur craving a sweet drink. for me, i like to keep my smoothies simple and use ingredients like strawberry and banana, but lately i've been loving mango in my smoothies.
LETS TALK MANIFESTATION ;
because of my period of reflection i had time to focus on what i wanted to manifest next and i wanna manifest a trip to italy for the summer + other mini things within that trip.
i've already created a script for it, and im gonna start affirming for it on the first of july. im so so excited to go and share this with you guys...💬🎀 furthermore i wanted to share some manifestation reminders and posts that have been helping me so far.
ABOUT WAVERING
YOUR NOT A VICTIM, YOU NEVER WERE
HOW TO IGNORE THE 3D AND BE UNBOTHERED
PATRICIA NAVIDAD STYLE DISSECTION ;
patricia navidad in “la fea más bella” is an over the top, feminine queen who i absolutely adore. she was easily one of my favorite characters so ofc i wanted to make this editions style dissection about her.
she has beautiful blondish hair that is similar to and complements her skintone, making her look super put together and gorgeous. she wears jewelry that she coordinates together. but my favorite outfit of hers HAS to be the one shown above on the left.
if theres one thing patricia knows how to do is to make her outfits work for HER which is why i thought she'd be the perfect candidate for this months style dissection...💬🎀
in this outfit shes wearing a matching pink set, the shade of pink is very soft and matches beautifully with the white (what looks like a corset-ish top) underneath. the color coordination is superb and she makes the shirt pop more by only using one button beneath her bust which draws attention to her figure and the top underneath.
THE CRINGE STIGMA ;
to be a victim to the cringe stigma is to be caged in ur own mind bcuz ur so scared of what others may or may not think of you. lets talk about it. the way others perceive u isnt ur business. lets think about how many times that you've stopped urself from doing something that u rly wanted to do, or something that you've really loved because u were scared of what others might say? imagine all that wasted time and energy worrying?
its not ur responsibility to keep urself small or digestible for someone. u can't grow where ur comfortable so to grow u have to get uncomfortable even if that means being called cringe by others. bcuz when others call u cringe thats their own projection onto you and it rly doesnt matter. dont take someone else's judgement too personally and just enjoy yourself no matter what...💬🎀

Strawberry Glaze Smoothie Recipe
This is totally inspired by Hailey Bieber's strawberry glaze skin smoothie but made for us girlies who definitely can't afford a $19 smoothie daily lol. I've noticed a difference in my skin since I started having this smoothie (almost) every day and I'm not one to gatekeep!
Ingredients
250ml almond or coconut milk (adjust for desired consistency)
1 ripe banana
80g strawberries (about 5-6 medium-sized strawberries)
1/4 avocado
2-3 dates, pitted
teaspoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 serving of vanilla collagen powder (mine is from bulk - 15g)
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla flavoring
1 tablespoon coconut cream
spoonful of strawberry syrup or glaze (optional, to taste)
Method
Peel the banana, pit the dates, and remove the stems from the strawberries.
In a blender, combine almond or coconut milk, banana, strawberries, avocado, dates, maple syrup, vanilla collagen powder, natural vanilla flavoring, and coconut cream.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond or coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
If you would like, drizzle in a spoonful of strawberry syrup at the bottom of your cup / glass before serving for extra strawberry flavour.
