Strawberry Glaze Smoothie Recipe
This is totally inspired by Hailey Bieber's strawberry glaze skin smoothie but made for us girlies who definitely can't afford a $19 smoothie daily lol. I've noticed a difference in my skin since I started having this smoothie (almost) every day and I'm not one to gatekeep!
Ingredients
250ml almond or coconut milk (adjust for desired consistency)
1 ripe banana
80g strawberries (about 5-6 medium-sized strawberries)
1/4 avocado
2-3 dates, pitted
teaspoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 serving of vanilla collagen powder (mine is from bulk - 15g)
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla flavoring
1 tablespoon coconut cream
spoonful of strawberry syrup or glaze (optional, to taste)
Method
Peel the banana, pit the dates, and remove the stems from the strawberries.
In a blender, combine almond or coconut milk, banana, strawberries, avocado, dates, maple syrup, vanilla collagen powder, natural vanilla flavoring, and coconut cream.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond or coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
If you would like, drizzle in a spoonful of strawberry syrup at the bottom of your cup / glass before serving for extra strawberry flavour.

Wednesday, September 4th, 8:30 am
Ana’s POV
I woke to the blaring noise of my alarm - I needed to get up for school. Even though I changed it to another tone so it’s not the basic one, it isn’t better. I open my eyes and see a small streak of sunlight peeking through the curtains. Five more minutes, I tell myself. I lay in bed, stretched, grabbed my water bottle, and scrolled through my social media to wake myself up.��
Once the clock read 8:35, I had to get up. I rolled out of bed, went over to my curtains, and opened them to let the light in. There’s something about natural light that is so peaceful to me. I wish I could take my classes outside, but they are in lecture halls inside, with barely any windows, unfortunately. However, I can do my homework in the courtyard! That is something to look forward to. Luckily, class ends for me at 2 pm today. I am only taking three this semester, so I can have time to be with my horse instead of being drowned by homework all the time. 
After I made my bed, I walked over to my desk chair, where I put my clothes for the day. It’s an off-white baby T-shirt, black jeans with small rips, and white high-tops. I quickly put my outfit on and got started on my morning routine. Sitting down on my desk chair, I put on my LED mirror (I use my desk as both a workspace and a vanity) and started my skincare. Once done, I brushed my hair and put it back into a loose braid. Rummaging through my makeup drawer, I eventually find which products I want to use and put a small amount on. I don’t put on a lot of makeup in general, but I put an even smaller amount on if I know I’m going to the barn after my classes end. After grabbing my jewelry and school bag, I leave my room and head downstairs for breakfast. 
“Buenos dias, hija!” my mami said to me when I walked into the kitchen. “Hola mami!” I replied as I gave her a kiss on the cheek, and headed to the fridge. I wanted to make a strawberry banana smoothie before I left for school. I grabbed all the things I needed to make it and headed over to the corner of the kitchen counter where the blender was. After putting all the ingredients in there, I clicked the smoothie button and watched all the fruit flow together. While waiting for it to be done, I reached into my back pocket and put on my horseshoe necklace. 
“You know your papi wanted to give that to you on your 16th birthday, right? He was so happy when you fell in love with horses, he wanted you to have something to wear to remind you of them.” mami said as she walked to stand next to me. He wanted to give it to me but never had a chance to. “Of course I know, mami, how could I forget? It was such a special moment for me. It actually reminds me more of him than it does horses.” I reply with a sad smile. “Oh, he loved you so much, hija. I hope you know that.” she replied with a sigh. “Yes, mami, I know.” I say with a sigh as I turn off the blender and open the lid. 
“What’s wrong Ana? I can see it in your face.” My mami says as she opens the cabinet to hand me a glass. “I don’t know. Sometimes it’s hard for me to talk about my love for Papi, when Alexia loved him so much.” I say as I pour the smoothie in my glass. “Hija, we all loved him so much. Just because Papi introduced Ale to futbol, doesn’t mean you or Alba’s love for him is any less.” Mami replies as she kisses my cheek. I smile and sit down at the kitchen island and drink my smoothie as I scroll through social media. Of course I see the videos of the Barcelona girls training and prepping for the match against Deportivo this Saturday. It’s an away match, so I don’t think I will go. I’m not sure that I will come to any of her matches in the near future. Our sisterly bond hasn’t been the greatest as of late, she’s been very cold towards me, and I don’t know why. However, Alba and I are good as can be. 
Once I finished my smoothie, I went to the sink to wash the glass. I gathered my things together and kissed my mami goodbye. I walked down the porch steps, got in my car, and drove to another day of university.

The first thing he does is ask you what made you start doing this or when you first started. If you’re purging because you think you’re overweight then he’ll start coming up with solutions for you and him to work together
Everyday he’ll try to remember to tell you haw much he loves you and that you’re perfect the way you are
Reader and aizawa make ramen together or cook together so that aizawa can help the reader and make sure they’re eating healthy and at least getting something in them
Aizawa makes sure the reader eats at least something small. He reassures you that you’re perfectly healthy and he doesn’t get upset when you purge, he knows that it has become a habit and he wants to help you
Maybe he goes with reader to the grocery store and gets ingredients for smoothies. The smoothies are healthy and are made with fruit. He buys Aguve or other natural sweeteners like honey or stevia, that way the reader can sweeten things without using processed sugars
Aizawa helps the reader come up with simple yet fun exercises like dancing, that way, the exercises are fun and the reader isn’t focused on the workout
He might play Just Dance with his kid and see who can get a better score. If the kid wins then he’ll get them a prize like a pack of Pokémon cards or a plushy, a new video game, something they like that isn’t food related
Aizawa tries to help the reader understand portion size and calories that way they can calculate how much calories something is so they know how much they need to loose
If the reader is purging their food then Aizawa will set goals that start small like, eat 1 banana without purging and you get a gold star. The more stars the reader gets, the bigger the prize. Basically each star is 1 point and the points can be used to buy things like video games or such. Just an extra incentive to try when they’re really struggling
If they fail once then they don’t lose any stars and there isn’t any punishment because Aizawa knows that bulimia is like smoking, you can’t just quit once it’s become a habit
He cheers you on and gives you lots of praise, reminding you that you’re prefect to him and that he loves you

Yandere "Perfect" Househusband loves when you scold him when you come home from work. Despite what many would want, W3zley delights in your annoyance. Which is great because the things he loves doing the most seems to incite that response. You’re such a gorgeous stone-faced character it excites him to get a response from you at all. 
“You released a deadly gas at a block party!?”
“Don’t be such a prude (Y/n), it was only a small neighborhood anyway.”
Yandere "Perfect" Househusband loves when you fall for old tricks. Long before his semi-forced commitment to the househusband role he’s been at odds with you for the longest time; usually ending with you winning in the grand scheme of things. But when you’re at home your especially vulnerable. You so easily fall into the nuance of domesticity forgetting his true nature. Which leads you susceptible to spiked drinks, hidden aphrodisiacs, flowers with nefarious purposes, the list goes on. He won’t do anything too wild or too often , you’d notice too fast but he can indulge in his deeper fantasies. The ones you don’t always let him get away with. It’s not usually on the level of his worst habits: health-code violation calls, assault, battery, framing people genocide, inter-dimensional destruction, or mass-vaporizing blasts so you’re not going to stop him for this. That is if you ever find out. Usually his little excursions are nothing but little things that result in lapses of your judgement; which make unforced affection all the more possible.
“Ah~you’re so soft, you’d never let me touch you this way if you were lucid.”
Yandere "Perfect" Househusband loves when he can successfully carry out his underground “smoothie” business. You’ve caught him before and he got quite the lashing but he just can’t stop. When you’re locking him down for whatever punishable offense he’s committed, he feels unfullfilled. He has an itch. He’s got to scratch it. And it has do with the gorey ingredients and the magic that has him having a growing consumer base in the underground market. Even those outside the underground community have heard of his business. Which truly becomes his outlet for his violent tendencies. 
“These humans are so easy! This will surely keep me entertained.”
Yandere "Perfect" Househusband loves when he catches you off-guard. Similar to when you’re angry, any break in your tolerable mask makes his heart flutter. He often uses being a house-husband to do just that. He’s doing his job as your husband so well you’re supposed to praise him right? Look he’s made you, your favorite dish! Now won’t you let him feed it to you, say ‘ah’! Oh now look he’s cooking for you with the apron you got him! Ooops, I meant to say ‘only’ the apron on! 
“Now don’t overheat, (Y/n)! Your husband asked you for a kiss and you’ll give it to me right? Right?”

Did a natural oil mask on my hair and took a nice hot shower with my husband then went to the grocery store and got all our fav and some new nice ingredients like salt roasted pumpkin seeds + a new big jar of cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil - came home and had apple cider vinegar shots and smoothies with frozen banana + mango, cacao powder, raw wildflower honey, ginger, cinnamon, red bartlett pear, real salt, and local whole milk - then I dry brushed my whole body for the first time in a long time and used my fav anti inflammatory herbal body oil! Feels good!
I stopped dry brushing even though it was helping my circulation and pain so much cause I splurged on a nice new brush and it ended up never breaking in and was so harsh and stiff and hurt to use and it totally burst my bubble so I just didn't do it for a while but decided to take my old cheap one out of retirement because even though I'd like to find something with nice soft natural bristols, doing what I can for now is good too! Always reminding myself perfect is the enemy of the good!
I love taking care of my body and I love having a husband who's just as interested and passionate about it who I can go to the gym with and who doesn't ever roll his eyes at expensive nice groceries and butcher trips - he just really gets me and understands quality living is worth it and I feel so fulfilled when we take care of ourselves together!!!!

— She likes brown noise, she could probably even fall asleep to banana splat noises
— She likes cuddling up to you when sleeping, wouldn't mind being the little or big spoon, but most of the time is the big spoon
— She take her glasses off and if you wear glasses, she puts them next to yours

— Doesn’t have much to open up about, except when she just starts to think about reality
— But it isn’t that bad, because in this reality it’s Roblox, not the real world.

— As she is a snail, she isn’t really good with remembering
— And has short-term memory, for two minutes(because she’s a dog)

— Isn’t too protective, she really will try her best when protecting you
— I feel like she’d get pretty serious too, she can run pretty fast
— With her four legs, and also with her being a dog
— But the fact that she’s also a snail slows her down a little, because of her very big shell
— She HAS to know some type of martial arts

— So if a fight is initiated, she immediately goes into fighting stance
— She would love if you protected her, but would try to get you to not fight

— She likes decorating when it comes to dates, but having to figure it out can be hard
