Yesterday I went out to the beach with my family and it was really fun although I fell on my knees and hurt myself but I still walked! Today I found myself lost so I sat down and wrote down all the important and silly tasks that came to mind and things I wanted to do and more and more are still floating around and I won't be able to finish them all in one day but I want to focus on the more important things so I will finish the simple now
So :
1.Looking for a suitable sports schedule for me
2.I agree with my sister to prepare healthy meals for me in exchange for money (I know how to cook but I hate it)
3.Search for a psychological improvement course (I had it but I don't know where I lost it!)
4.Clean the room

🌿 how to heal the relationship with our body 🌿
this post is going to be different because not only am i going to give some tips on how we can heal the relationship we have about our body but we are going to work on this by writing down how we feel so we can identify our emotions and thoughts in a better way and face what might be hurting us.
it's also a way to help us feel better about ourselves, release repressed emotions and feel like we are doing something for ourselves.
i have also done this exercise, in fact, i have created the questions myself and i find it very effective to put on paper what we feel so we can see it more clearly and solve it.
if you really want to improve your relationship with yourself and your body, it is important that you do it, preferably in a notebook. i'd like all of you to write me either in the comments or in the questions section about how you felt or if you noticed a change.
remember this is just an exercise, it will help you to release and feel better, it may cause discomfort, in fact you can repeat it as many times as you want.
in fact if you want i can bring more similar posts as i am healing and improving through this technique and so far i am doing very well so i want to share it with all of you.

what was it that marked me and made me not love my body?
(it could be something a person said to you, a situation...)
what is it that i don't like about myself and would like to change/improve?
(it can be a physical characteristic, but if it is something of your personality you can also add it, write everything you feel)
is what i don't like something that really makes me uncomfortable or is it due to something bad that someone told me or based on a standard of beauty?
what can i do to change that?
(what can you do right now to change that or what would help you feel better?)
what would my best version look like and what would she/he think of herself/himself?
(both internally and externally)
from now on i commit myself to be/do...
(a list of things you are really going to do from now on to get better, e.g., exercise, eat healthy, go to therapy, ignore what other people say about me, etc.)
ways to improve my relationship with my body 🌿
learn to love ourselves as we are at this moment in time
stop judging ourselves and being perfectionists
exercise
eat healthy food and take care of our nutrition.
forgive ourselves for the times we speak to or treat ourselves badly
do things that make us feel good every day.
not compare ourselves to other people
fill our minds with positive thoughts
talk to each other and treat each other with respect
highlight our positive things
keep working on ourselves with exercises similar to this one.
stay away from environments/people that support or perpetuate the obsessive idea of physical beauty or canons of beauty.
spend more time in real life than on social media
read books that support us in our process of growth and healing
the use of positive affirmations

HOW TO START SETTING BOUNDARIES
1. Identify them and the reason why you want this boundary. Usually your boundaries are those that aligns with your needs or values.
e.g my boundary is people constantly swearing, because I’m a Christian and it conflicts with my beliefs
2. You would want to build boundaries in aspects of your life where you feel taken advantage of, tired, bitter etc.
Communicate these boundaries with others. They mean nothing if you fail to tell anyone them.
It is not your fault or responsibility to take care of others feelings if they’ve crossed a boundary. If they don’t accept your boundary, leave them alone.
3. Before you set any boundaries, be aware that the aftermath may not always be expected.
Not everyone is willing to follow your every boundary, even without malicious intentions. Thats okay, you can compromise, or ideally, just leave them alone.
4. There is going to be feelings of guilt after setting a boundary; That is completely normal.
Setting boundaries are uncomfortable, but they are necessary to our well-being. Having said that, not all of your boundaries will remain the same. You may become more hardcore, or more lenient, and that’s okay.

⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ fall back in love with yourself
hey loves! it’s summertime and I’m finished exams so i’m back and happier than ever! i wanted to write this post about falling back in love with ourselves, more importantly our own company. many of us find boredom when our friends are away and can’t be with us, but why be that way? you don’t need others to find enjoyment, instead find that in yourself, summer is the perfect time to do so, go to a café, explore your city (you never know what you could find), go to a library or an art gallery, anything! the world is your oyster and no one can tell you what to do because the person you’re spending time with is you! so fall back in love with you, your strengths, your flaws, fall in love with it all!
take me for an example, none of my amazing friends could hang out today so i went out myself! i went to an art gallery and looked at some art, discovering a new favourite piece! now im sitting here in a gorgeous little cafè that i never would’ve discovered if i hadn’t gone out to explore, with no one saying i couldn’t. though i love spending time with my friends, being alone can be just as fun!
when you hear that belief that “summer is the time to spend time around the people you love”, while that belief true, in the ‘people you love’ demographic should also include you!

reasons to work out that aren't for the way you look🌷🎧🧘🏽♀️🎀
working out has so many benefits, but can quickly become unhealthy if you don’t have the right mindset about moving your body. here’s some reasons to work out that aren’t about changing your body:
to improve your self-discipline
to help your mental health
to make yourself stronger
to sleep better
to feel good
to improve your heart health
to improve your consistency
your body does so much for you, and it deserves to be treated well! you most likely will have heart the phrase “your body is a temple”, but it’s true! move your body in different ways, whether it be walking, pilates, home workouts, running, gym workouts or dance, it will do you good!
if you don’t like exercising, my biggest piece of advice is to try new things! for example, i’ve always been good at 100m sprint, so last summer i decided to try running longer distances. i found it really hard and i didn’t enjoy it, so i was unmotivated to do it. so instead of forcing myself to continue, i found other ways to do my cardio, my favourite being dance, whether it’s a just dance workout or dancing in my room to my favourite songs.
finding something you enjoy doing makes it easier to start exercising and to be consistent! hope this helps <3

I'm already in the middle of the day but I wanted to share my schedule with you and also maybe you'll be interested in the things I follow
Exercising (I've made a schedule to measure my progress instead of relying on motivation and a scale and the most important thing is that it's reasonable and doable)
.Searching for a program or plan to improve my English (I really need that)
Walking 1000 steps (it's the most enjoyable thing in my day)
Watching videos about the law of attraction (I need to know it if I want to achieve faster results)
Watching my series (Love next to you and DNA lover and another series I forgot the name of and if I don't find any new episodes I will message one of my friends because the social aspect is almost abandoned)
Yesterday I watched an video about there are people who put in a lot of effort but their reality doesn't change and the reason is that the effort is scattered and not measurable and does not serve the change you want so before you start anything ask yourself
Why do I want to change it?
How do I measure it?
And what are the ways that will help me change it?
When you come across a paid course or educational video, ask yourself if it will serve your goal or is it a waste of your time that you can do later?
Know what you want to change! The most important thing is to believe that you can change it. Get out of the victim mentality and the image of a failure in your head because you are not like that and do it for yourself.
Let me tell you the purpose of the goal is more important than the goal itself.
Do you want to become a doctor for money or to help others?
Do you want to become a businessman for money? Or to improve something in a country and provide a service?
Do you want to lose weight so that people say you are beautiful? Or because you care about your health and fitness?
Someone might say I have the right to want money! Yes, this is true, you have the right, but do you think that the second option from all the examples I mentioned does not bring money?
The difference is that a Purpose paves the way for the goal , and it is beneficial to others. Why are there those who work hard but do not succeed? Because they only want to take, while a successful person takes and gives, whether it is a financial contribution or a word that changes a person's life or they builds a house for their parents, regardless of whether he/she is a bad or good person thay are gives!(I know some will say that there are corrupt successful people).
I wanted to share what I learned maybe it will light someone his /her light bulb and if you don't believe me have you good day.

Wowza, NGL, I wasn't expecting so many viewers for the silly lil updates I post when it comes to Bill being around.

if i’m being honest i’m not super proud of myself this week. i barely went to school since monday and when i did it’s been for half the day only. i know that it’s just gonna take increasing the dosage of my pills and a bit of self care to get back on track, but that’s not always as easy as it seems. i know i’ll be okay, i’m gonna post my daily routine goals so i can get myself to where i want to be.
when in situations like this it’s okay to tell yourself that everything is going to be okay, i know i’m gonna be fine, i’m just in a slump, and that’s okay.

⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ how to have the best summer ever! ˚୨୧⋆。˚ ⋆
hey loves, so i have been on summer break for just over two weeks and done next to nothing but now it’s time for me to get up and start having the summer i dreamed of during english class and you can too! so i’m going to share four tips on how we can have the best summer ever!
୨୧ get out ୨୧ even though you may not want to get out of your comfy bed, text one of your girlfriends and go literally anywhere! go shopping, to the beach, out for brunch, to the pool etc. getting out is so much fun and this is how memories are made!
୨୧ make a bucket list ୨୧ a bucket list is a list of things you want to do by the end of the summer. bucket lists are great as they outline your goals and encourage you to get out and to be productive! you can make this on a piece of paper and make it colourful to get you into the summer mood!
୨୧ build a new skill/hobby ୨୧ it’s important to utilise the time you have during the summer, try something new that you’ve always wanted to do but never had the time because now you do have time! you can learn to do just about anything on youtube or tumblr for example, you could learn how to sew or how to bake! these are both fun things and you can use them not just in the summer but whenever!
୨୧ go out of your comfort zone ୨୧ going out of your comfort zone means doing things you usually wouldn’t be comfortable doing like maybe you don’t like swimming because the water is too cold or maybe you don’t like going away because your scared of planes. this summer we want to make memories and have fun, so this summer let’s learn to say yes more! take risks and make mistakes that’s how lessons are learnt and memories are made!
that’s all my tips for today loves! i might make this a mini series for summer as i enjoy it! it’s time for us to make memories love, let’s get out there and make summer 2023 our best yet!
