for breakfast i had a 6 minute egg with sardines, raw goat cheese, butter toasted rye sourdough and black forest pork belly with berries plums and a baby peach, a kefir bowl with bee pollen
yogurt bowl with raw honey and blackberries and yellow watermelon
for dinner i had some whole grain basmati rice with maldon salt, shitaake shrooms, 2 boiled egg with gochujang, one fried egg with evoo sesam seeds and flax, wild caught salmon, black garlic and kimchi!

im just a french girl tryng to feel good, play sports and have a healthy eating tryng to approach her life in an holistic way,
our times are precious on here i want to make the more benefits on my existence,
i love going to the farmer’s market, do shopping in expensive organic grocery stores, shop local, smell flowers bloom and all sort of berries.
my favorite meals are breakfast and dinner,
i eat mostly animal based but i can’t refuse a little warm croissant or fresh sourdough.
I love walking, doing strength training and pilate i really loves how sports make me feel and knows what my body can do and make him stronger.

Eating enough fiber per day is the best prevention against digestive & gut issues (IBS, SIBO, Crohn's, colon cancer, constipation, painful bloating, etc). Fiber is one of the major nutrients which people today are undernourished in. In fact, it's estimated that the average Westerner eats about 80% less fiber than early hunter-gatherers did. When we're spoiled for affordable & accessible choices in this day & age, it's very weird.
