should i make my bday (27) or thanksgiving (28) a met day?
I really want to be able to eat whatever on my bday but thanksgiving is the next day😭😭 my bf is taking me to dinner on my bday so i guess i could eat lightly/ hardly the whole day and then eat a lot thanksgiving in celebration of my bday??? idk tell me your thoughts :3

Meal prep for tomorrow's lunch (灬º‿º灬)♡
(btw my nails were chipping so I just painted over them 😭 I can't stand when the paint gets all chipped)
Been really craving pepperoni!!! So I decided to make a cucumber and cream cheese pepperoni roll ❤️
Total cals - 126
I used turkey pepperoni instead of regular pepperoni and just pressed them in the cream cheese- 62 cals for 15 slices!!!
Then half of a half of cucumber - 4 cals!
Then two tbsps of low fat cream cheese down the middle - 60 cals!
Looks so yummy to me idk if this is just a weird period craving tho 🤷

Hey besties! I have another lower cal recipe for you all
Low(er) cal pumpkin chai Frappuccino
(61 kcal per drink, makes 2 servings)
1/2 serving (1 scoop) of pumpkin spice protein powder
1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup
1 tbsp chai masala
1 bucket of ice ( I have a mini ice maker so if you don’t I’d say fill it up as much as you’d like with ice)
2 tbsp instant coffee
1 cup water
