3. You won't look cheap, desperate, or attention seeking in pretty things. You ascend normal judgement when you tick off the bmi points.
4. Embrace your femininity. Not a burrito torso in sight.
Finally, be the picture of elegance and grace. Heads turn as you enter and eyes follow as you leave. You're all missing out.

the holidays are coming, start mentally preparing yourself now and come up with a plan to navigate events.
if you’re choosing to ⭐️ve now so you can enjoy holiday m3@ls then go ahead and enjoy, then start the new year off right.
if you’re worried about how to handle the f00d at holiday gatherings just remember this:
if i skip it this year, i’ll be $k!nny enough for it next year. there will always be next year.*
*unless it’s like your really old grandma’s super amazing dish that you only get once a year bc there may not be a next year for that one. just like use your best judgment on if it’s something you can actually have again next year lmao
if you’re attending bigger events like holiday parties, make sure you stay moving around! grab some snacks on a small plate and wander from room to room with it so no one can tell if you are or are not 3ating it, but regardless you’re always seen with f00d.
if you have smaller functions like family dinners just do your best. cut your f00d really small, 3@t really slow, use all the tools you’ve practiced using every day. you’ve got this.
that’s just my advice for this situations, obviously one size does not fit all (we all know that pretty well). start analyzing your yearly traditions/events that will be coming up and make a game plan far enough ahead that way you’re confident going into it and not stressed out. the goal is to alleviate as much anxiety from the situation as possible. being well prepared and confident will help keep your mind clear and focused on your goals. dont worry, you’ve got this!

-count to 10 and take big breaths. you really want that? imagine how would it feel after - the guilt, the shame...
-RUIN. THE. FOOD. you open the cabinet and grab a bag of chips? open them and put water on them, or something like that.
-go for a walk instead. or work out.
-watch movies ans tv shows that talk about EDs! actually they keep me so motivated and give tips!!
-same with youtube, tumblr, twitter or any social that talk about EDs. i scroll through some thinspo here and that reminds me my goal!
-this might sound controversial, but allow yourself to satisfy your cravings once a week. you're craving pizza? you can have just a slice on a saturday night.
-find a hobby that takes lot of time. painting, reading,... they're great cause you also burn some calories while doing it!
-ice baths!!!! life saviours, and they burn lots of calories so great to prevent a binge, but also super great after!
-cigarettes! i combine going on a walk with smoking a cig and it works! also if i smoke too much i get dizzy and it suppresses my urge to eat/binge

this is sooooo yummy but high carb and high sodium. i knew if i didn’t have noodles tonight i wasn’t gonna be able to stop thinking about them and the meal was well within my c@I limit so it’s chill
also so proud of myself?? normally if i made that meal there would be no chicken and i’d make 2x the amount of noodles. this time i actually did proper portions and made sure i got protein, i am actively showing self control with problem f00ds in my life! and it was actually really easy!!! this whole week has been easy! 4n4 is working for me!!! it is actively becoming my new mindset and i could not be happier or prouder of myself
