INGREDIENTS:
• 3 green apples, diced
• 3 red apples, diced
• 3 Ib grapes
• 6 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 3 lb strawberries, halved
• 18 oz raspberries
• 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
• 3/4 cup honey
• 6 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• zest of 6 limes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all of your fruit to a large bowl.
2. Whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest in small bowl.
3. Pour over fruit just before serving and toss to evenly coat.

found a really good video series on the maya classical period and thinking about the merkingdom again tbh. mostly because, one, oh its VERY validating to see a real life example of having kings that rule over other kings and are vassals of other kings in an overlapping system of concentric circles, but also, because looking at this history and drama in their city-states is EXACTLY how i imagined the middle royals to be and what they're getting up to.

Cinnamon Apple

Buttery and fragrant, a Cinnamon Apple is so versatile it makes a wonderful topping to porridge or thick yoghurt, and a delicious side to pork or poultry. It is also very good on its own! Happy Tuesday!
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 apple, rinsed
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a small frying pan or dish, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Halve and core apple, and cut it into slices.
Once the butter is just foaming, add apple slices, and cook stirring often to coat in butter, until just golden brown and tender, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and cook, a couple of minutes more.
Enjoy Cinnamon Apple on its own, serve as a side to Schnitzel or on top of Ice Cream!
