Starting my journey to lose weight again. Focusing on 2 workouts a day + eating high protein meals. I have 45 days to look good for a wedding I’m going to. Still can’t fit in the dress I bought for it so hoping that will change soon.

Okay but frozen berries is literally the best thing I’ve discovered during weight loss.
And I really suggest trying black currant. It’s a tiny bit sour but I like it, and it makes me feel very full!(perfect for when you feel like binging.)
Plus, it’s only 31 kcal/100g :)
