💧H20: Your Body's Best Friend 🙂
We all know we should drink more water. But let's be real, it's easy to forget amidst the chaos of daily life. So, let's dive deeper into why hydration is actually a big deal:
1. Brain Power Boost:
Focus & Concentration: Dehydration can lead to brain fog, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. Water helps deliver essential nutrients to your brain, keeping you sharp and alert.
Mood Elevator: Studies suggest that dehydration can negatively impact mood, increasing feelings of anxiety and irritability. Staying hydrated can help you feel more emotionally balanced.
2. Physical Performance Peak:
Exercise Efficiency: Water plays a crucial role in regulating body temperature during exercise. Proper hydration helps you perform better, reduces fatigue, and minimizes the risk of heat-related illnesses.
Muscle Recovery: Water aids in muscle recovery and reduces muscle soreness after intense workouts.
3. Skin Nourishment:
Radiance from Within: Adequate hydration keeps your skin plump and hydrated, improving its elasticity and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Clearer Complexion: Staying hydrated helps flush out toxins, which can contribute to breakouts.
4. Digestive Boost:
Smooth Sailing: Water is essential for proper digestion. It helps break down food, move waste through your system, and prevent constipation.
5. Overall Health:
Immune System Support: Proper hydration helps your immune system function optimally, making you less susceptible to illness.
Joint Lubrication: Water acts as a lubricant for your joints, reducing friction and improving flexibility.
Tumblr media
Tips to Stay Hydrated:
Carry a Water Bottle: Keep a reusable water bottle with you throughout the day and refill it regularly.
Infuse Your Water: Add slices of fruit, herbs (like mint or cucumber), or a splash of juice to make it more flavorful.
Track Your Intake: Use a water tracking app or just keep a note of how much you're drinking throughout the day.
Eat Water-Rich Foods: Include plenty of fruits & vegetables (like watermelon, cucumber, and celery) in your diet.

Late Night quick thing (New Age Sillies)
Bad news: That joke post about including Reset + Orchid is definitely not canon. (I legit got sad thinking about Reset being in a universe where Orchid isn't- because their stories are so so intertwined- but Nightmare 100% would NOT risk the whole twins exploding Error's soul thing.)
Good news: This means I COULD include Kane (Reset's older brother who usually dies in timelines where Reset is born) and use it to develope his character a bit more! Also! Perhaps a Blue × Dream kiddo is finally in the stars for me to design?
#new age au#really enjoying the idea of Reaper + Geno having an heir at some point (and them sending that heir over to Night's kingdom for#exposure to other places as well as to hang with his third cool knight dad who's hard at work 🙏)#Kane has little to no development besides being a perfect angel (foil to Reset's eventual turn to poor choices) so I'd love to do#to him what I do to every oc of mine. (Namely: Throw them into the Kingdom and see what they do.)#oh! and I could see Blue and Dream (beloved boys) listening to the warnings of possible complications if they try to have a lil babybones#and Dream deciding he'd take the risk and carry the growing soul#(<- though tbf this is MANY years into the future and they'd be well established knights of the realm)#i'm not evil so they *would* manage to avoid the twins curse and have a singular beautiful babybones#they'd get raised partially on the move but stay behind with Night and Error if the two had a more dangerous mission#and grow up to be an obnoxiously powerful warrior following after their dads#(but they'd probably be hesitant to follow into the footsteps of being a knight and might go on a quest with friends before choosing a#final path for themselves)#<- Most spoiled rotten kid ever. courtesy of Nightmare and Error and all their extended family <3#oh last note. Ancha has me cracking up w/ ideas for Cross potentially meeting someone and I was beamed w/ an old ship request post I saw and#I think it'd be funny to include Lust in here somehow... (probably call him smth else as a nickname but y'know-)#like. He works in the city around the castle as some sort of... idk tailor? and he's been making things for Nightmare for years without#knowing because Ccino always was discreet about the orders and providing measurements + always tipped well so it was none of his business#but one day it's like. before a big announcement ceremony or smth and Ccino drags Cross in by the scruff because no one can get him to get#clothes that actually fit aside from armor (hc he steals the others clothes a lot and wears 1 shirt until it's threadbare)#so Ccino makes him go to Lust and Lust is able to get him fitted for sone new outfits because. well. Lust doesn't do much but he's very very#handsome and Cross is super easily flustered and shy around new people and he's awkward and aughhh.#and then he thinks about the interaction for the next month before deciding he's going to ask Ccino to go back there again.#and Lust likes dressing Cross up in new outfits (everyone thinks it's great Cross is loosening up and meeting new friends cuz Lust introduce#s him to people in town) and it takes forever for Cross to get over his worries and ask Lust out to a ride on his horse (romantic. of course#) and Lust agrees because he's charmed.#and the best part would be Cross *actually* manages to keep it a secret. like. no one finds out until one morning Killer bursts into Cross'#room to wake him for surprise training and it's Cross. the weird Dog. and- holy shit did Cross have someone over???#Cross pulls the cool ones frfr 🙏#it's just a casual thing between them with little plot relevance or drama I think. just a chill lil relationship 🙏

supplements i take every day to support my body!! and what they do :) 💗
Tumblr media Tumblr media
l-glutamine:
an important fuel for your immune system. white blood cells use it to fight off infections and keep you healthy. It also helps repair damaged tissue.
also many white blood cells in your intestines use glutamine. It helps protect and strengthen the gut, keeping it healthy and preventing damage.
l-carnitine:
l-carnitine helps the body make energy by moving fats into tiny parts of cells called mitochondria, where the fats are turned into energy. It also helps get rid of waste to keep cells healthy.
ashawaganda:
can reduce stress, boost energy, improve sleep, enhance focus, strengthen immunity, support heart health, increase muscle strength, and balance hormones.
chromium picolinate:
helps regulate blood sugar, reduces cravings, supports weight loss, and improves insulin sensitivity.
omega 3 fish oil:
supports heart health, reduces inflammation, improves brain function, promotes healthy skin, and supports joint health.
creatine:
boosts muscle strength, enhances exercise performance, supports muscle growth, and improves recovery after workouts.
after every meal - betaine HCI pepsin:
helps improve digestion, supports stomach acid production, aids in breaking down proteins, and enhances nutrient absorption.
*side note - I have taken a blood test that shows my body does not produce as much pepsin as needed. I would recommend getting a test done to see which vitamins your body needs!! but I do not recommend taking pepsin unless you know your body does not supply as much as your body needs.

✨🌸Natural Beauty Boosters Guide🌸✨
🌊 Mood: Embrace the Ocean's Negative Ions Embrace the uplifting energy of ocean air to elevate your mood and reduce stress. You can also enjoy negative ions from natural sunshine and beeswax candles. 🌱 Skin: Soothe with Aloe Vera Gel Take advantage of the calming benefits of aloe to hydrate and heal, giving your skin a natural glow. You can find fresh aloe leaves at Whole Foods or Sprouts! 🥥 Hair: Nourish with Coconut Oil Deeply moisturize your strands, tame frizz, and bring out your hair's natural shine. You can also use heatless curlers/flexi rods for healthy waves and curls. 💤 Sleep: Drift into Rest with Lavender Essential Oil Use the calming scent of lavender to promote restful sleep. If you don't have a diffuser, add a few drops on your bed and pillow. ☕ Digestion: Sip on Fresh Peppermint Tea Support your digestion and alleviate bloating for a lighter feel to your body. Drinking it after meals also supports reduced cravings and overeating. 🥑 Glow: Refresh with Green Smoothies Fuel your body with nutrient-packed smoothies to nourish your skin and body from the inside out. Try adding avocado for healthy fats or your favorite leafy greens for micronutrients and vitamins. Adding protein powder or liquid egg whites (you can't really taste them if you also have fruit or honey in your smoothie) can also add a major protein boost. 🍫 Energy: Indulge in Raw Cacao Treat yourself to the antioxidant-rich delight of raw cacao (it is a super-food!) for a natural energy lift. Look for chocolate brands that aren't ultra-processed and have no added sugars with high percentages of cacao, or get pure powdered cacao and add it to your protein shakes or baked goods. 💦 Hydration: Infuse Your Water with Herbs Enhance your hydration with herbal-infused water for glowing skin and a refreshing twist. It can make drinking water fun and fresh. 🧼 Detox: Relax with Epsom Salt Baths Unwind and detoxify with Epsom salt baths to be rejuvenated. The salts draw out toxins from the body. 🥩 Nourishment: Choose Whole Foods Commit to a whole foods diet to support your overall health, skin clarity, inner beauty, and mental health. If you can't identify something on the ingredient label or it's ultra processed, look for a healthier, less processed version or enjoy the art of cooking at home. Choose real, whole (organic is best) foods like fruits, vegetables, and meats.

Yes, I refuse to change my bio weight.
*because it's not real* ✨️👀👌🤣🙌
I did make it thru my reading assignment. Woo! Got my quiz and stuff done yesterday. This week they are more assignments so I plan to start today.
Start today and actually study. Get the reading done today and then review review review. Actually study, not just cram the reading and slam the quiz like a pre-concert shot.
My friend wants to make plans to go for a drink the day of the election. I said no. I will not make plans for that. "Oh, are you sure?" Yes mf. I am sure. "C'mon, we should go for a margarita." Dude, WTF. I have had 1 shot in the last almost 3 years. I will not be drinking. I will not be making plans to go out on a weekday. I will also stop talking to anyone who pushes booze on me, that is your problem, not mine. Is it forever? Fucking maybe! And who gives a shit if it is! Maybe it is just for the weight loss portion of my life, but fucking A- NOOOOOO. No no no.
I did go to the UC about my shoulder, and verified it is not broken, it is just a joint injury. Rest it and ibuprofen. I miss working out already.
But it does makes me want some autophagy. 👀
I remember how awesome that was.
It has been so long and I have a metric shitton of loose skin or so I perceive.
I am working today but don't want to be. I am currently on lunch and obviously procrastinating going back to work.
I want to be sitting in my recumbent bike, watching Castle. Reading books for pleasure.
I am at 120 oz water for the day so far.

★ thinking about nanami who, contrary to popular belief, is completely oblivious to just how big his dick is.
because this is a man who rarely ever watches porn due to him finding the performances highly overdramatized, so he hasn’t really had the chance to compare his size to other men. and while he’s by no means a virgin, he’s always assumed that the women who have told him he’s ‘big’ were just aiming to flatter him — his mother raised him to be humble, after all.
but it’s not until he gets you (the sweet girl he’s been seeing for the past few months) into his bed that it dawns on him that he might be a little… larger than average, to say the least.
“k-kento— ‘s not gonna fit,” you whine pitifully beneath him, fat tears beading along your lower lashes as you squirm against the mattress. “‘m sorry but... i-i don’t think i can take it all.”
and nanami can do nothing but gape at how giant his cock suddenly seems in comparison to your little fluttering hole, his angry reddened tip trying (and failing) to slowly push past the first ring of resistance inside your spongy walls.
“o-oh, sweetheart,” he rasps out, adam’s apple bobbing harshly as he swallows down the thick lump that seems to have arisen in his throat. “i’m sure we can make it fit, no? just… just try ‘n relax a little more for me.”
“i’ve been trying to relax this whole time,” you hiccup, trembling hands pawing at his bulky arms positioned either side of your head as he peers down at you sympathetically. “you’re just too b-big, ken.”
he exhales deeply, leaning down to press a tender kiss to the corner of your mouth as a form of apology for what he’s about to do— before swiftly using all of the strength in his lower body to thrust every inch of him inside in one go.
and you’re squealing, nails no doubt leaving crescent-shaped indents in the skin of his muscular biceps as you thrash against the sheets, desperately trying to adjust to the feeling of being so completely and utterly full, your poor cunt practically being split in two to accommodate the sheer size of him.
“christ— ah, there we go,” he grunts, sweaty strands of blonde hair falling over his forehead as he forces himself to stay completely still above you, allowing you ample time to get as comfortable as possible. “see, darling? i told you we’d make it fit.”
but nanami can’t bear the idea of you struggling this much every time the two of you are intimate, so he comes to the conclusion that he’ll just have to make sure that by the end of the night, your insides are moulded to the exact shape of his cock.
that way it won’t be such a difficult fit next time, right?
