My Fitbit told me I didn��t sleep worth a damn last night. I was confused because I felt pretty good today. I figured I would wait until the afternoon. Still felt good so here I am. 💪
I have also had days lately where the same Fitbit said- Wow you slept real good, and I felt like shit all day. Anybody else out there run into this?
All I can do is hit it on the days I feel good. Listen to your body, they say. 🤨
