I am the primary provider of two disabled people, one of whom has cancer and is at home recovering from a major surgery. The other is currently hospitalized with acute mono, which has been going on for a month now. We are in the negatives right now. A lot has been going wrong, and things have piled up. Now we need about 1.8k to just catch up and survive the month.

Personally, as the caretaker running shit, I have been at my limits. My mental health is worse than it's been in a long time. I don't want to freak out any friends that see this but also..I really cannot handle things continuing to go as they are, and I am desperately asking for help.

to wit; i need help. My disabilities make my ability to work unpredictable and incompatible with most jobs, so I rely entirely on your generosity to survive while I put my remaining energy into building up my artistic endeavors where and when I can.

Having done the math for February, I'm in need of $1,100 to stave off financial disaster for a few more weeks. my friend harmony is a disabled trans lesbian who has been homeless for almost two months now , relying solely on the kindness of strangers to make ends meet . after all this time , she’s finally caught a break – her cousin has extended an invitation to live with her and has offered to help her get a job at her place of work . this is absolutely fantastic news and i’m so so excited for harmony to get back on her feet !! 

the only issue is that her cousin lives roughly 2000 miles across the country . harmony is ready to go whenever , she just needs a little more help: she’s disabled and cannot drive for super long periods of time , so she will need to stop and stay at a hotel a few times along the way ( ~$200 ) . she also needs gas to fill up her tank ( ~$250 ) and food to eat ( ~$50 ) .

So we haven't gotten any help via Tumblr, just help from a singular friend, but we're desperate. My daughter has a disability hearing in downtown San Diego in May that we need to be able to drive too since it would be, like, $200 for an Uber round trip. We also need to get a Uhaul a few times to run errands and bring things to the apartment/take our recycling to the recycling center/transfer stuff from one storage unit to another. That won't be as expensive, but it's just as important. We also have loans to pays that I would like to pay off early.

I'm setting the goal for $3000, as I'm currently overdrawn about $400 and need to cover that before I can start saving for anything, and I think the car is going to be $2000 for all the stuff that's wrong with it. Any help would be much appreciated.

For those not aware, we currently do not have a working car, my mother was hospitalized for a week in December and still has lingering health issues, my daughter has just started HRT and I got second-degree burns on my neck and chest a few weeks ago that needs to heal. TL;DR, my family really needs groceries

we made it through january by the skin of our teeth and i let myself have the slightest hope that we might get through february without having to make a post like this, but autodraft bills decided to come early for some damn reason and dug our bank account into the negatives right before payday. we had basically our entire food budget for this check eaten up by overdraft fees for bills that would have had covered just fine if they'd posted when they were supposed to. all we have in the cabinets now is plain rice and noodles.

Here’s the situation: On December 23rd last year my father became physically violent against me and assaulted me. I decided then I wasn’t safe around him and had to get out. I was lucky enough to get a place and move out quickly.

I was planning on surviving the test of my school term on my student loan, however for whatever reason the second half of my loan has not been given to me and I’ve been unable to secure it.

I’ve paid up my rent for this month. And have just enough for next month assuming I buy literally nothing. I don’t know how long the food I have will last.

My rent is 1,000$ a month. Food on average 150$ a month. Plus I have medication. I’ve tried seeking financial assistance but haven’t gotten far.
