hello, i'm equinox, im a disabled intersex trans artist and activist who is currently in need of money to save up for rent. i am currently recovering from years of housing instability and it is getting very cold where i'm at. my apartment complex is doing their yearly recertification for my housing program and january and i need to make enough money to still quality for the program.

I have to ask for help in worst possible circumstances.

My mom is dead. She died from a heart attack while working abroad. She was sole breadwinner of our family.

I am a trans woman too disabled to work due to mental illness (I'm constantly tired and sleep 18-20 hours a day) while my dad is also disabled to leg injury.

We just got hit with a foreclosure of total 1,352 PLN on our bank account for unpaid bills and taxes.

Help me avoid becoming homeless

Hi, I'm a very mentally ill trans woman who is about to get kicked out of their apartment. I have no irl support network, nowhere else I can crash, I will be out on the streets. I have to come up with the rest of the rent in about 10 days (they are not giving me till the 1st). In total I need about $800 to stay here, which I know is a lot to ask and I don't feel great about it but I'm fully out of options. I've been doing sex work for months and searching everyday for a stable job but it's not working. Countless job applications and interviews and I'm still out of luck. I really don't know what else to do anymore and I'm scared. If anyone can help out, even just a little, it would mean a lot. Thank you.

"I’m Lola, a Black transfemme living in Nigeria, where my existence is illegal with two decades of jail time. I got kicked out by my parents after I was forcefully outed and am currently in a homeless shelter.

I’ve been harassed multiple times, and recently, I was followed and harassed by four men near the shelter who threatened to kill me and split my head open. my friend harmony is a disabled trans lesbian who has been homeless for almost two months now , relying solely on the kindness of strangers to make ends meet . after all this time , she’s finally caught a break – her cousin has extended an invitation to live with her and has offered to help her get a job at her place of work . this is absolutely fantastic news and i’m so so excited for harmony to get back on her feet !! 

the only issue is that her cousin lives roughly 2000 miles across the country . harmony is ready to go whenever , she just needs a little more help: she’s disabled and cannot drive for super long periods of time , so she will need to stop and stay at a hotel a few times along the way ( ~$200 ) . she also needs gas to fill up her tank ( ~$250 ) and food to eat ( ~$50 ) .

all together , she only needs about $500 to make this trip . if you can spare anything at all , please send a few dollars her way ! i know we’re all struggling , so if you can’t afford to help monetarily , please boost this post !! harmony is so so close to finally being in a stable situation again . thank you for reading !!!

hi im trans & disabled and need help

my rent is due at the first of the month and i dont have enough money for it

we've been working towards finding a job we can manage, but my mental health & executive dysfunction has made it rough, and its also been dependent on getting meds that help my adhd. im finally starting a new medication that should hopefully help, but even in the best case scenario im not going to be able to make enough money in time

i still need at least $250 canadian (~$180 usd) for rent and bills, anything past that would get put toward groceries and medication, which i'm both low on too.

Heyyyy Besties! One of my long term Facebook friends is an unhoused Black trans woman who does mutual aid organizing for Black trans women. She raises funds and redistributes them to a list of people she helps who are all Black and transfemme. She's done this every month for 3 years! Last month she hit a record in terms of redistributing and hit 1470 dollars, but she has a bunch of recipients so it doesn't go as far as people expect. Please reblog, I see a lot of people talk about supporting Black trans women but I wanna see action.

Homeless LGBT Couple Needs Help!

Hello everyone.

My partner and I have been homeless for a bit and we recently had to move cities after losing employment. We have been struggling to keep sheltered as the weather gets colder and wetter and, with me being increasingly ill, we need all the help we can get to meet our basic needs. We have no food and we are struggling day to day to cover bills and shelter costs while we look for work. I can't do this without help and my mental health is crashing in a big way so any help is greatly appreciated. I'm really running out of steam here.

I'm a disabled trans woman. My dad is temporarily unable to work and so my mom is our family's only breadwinner.

And her employer stole her entire last paycheck.

And things have gotten worse since. After a mental health crisis caused by this situation, mom spent three weeks sitting and lying in the same position - and had to be hospitalized for infected bedsores.

I'm about to be homeless...

Mentally ill, out of work, struggling trans girl here. Things have taken a turn for the worse and I am about to be kicked out of my apartment. I was short on rent again, and my housemates had been helping cover me but they have nothing left. We're trying to get an extension on the rent but I'm not sure that's even an option. They're doing what they can but it's going to be extremely tight. They've given me the ultimatum of coming up with the rest of my portion of rent by the end of the week or I'm on the street. It's a lot to ask and I know all of you are paying rent right now too but I'm out of options.

I have 1 week to raise $600 or I'm homeless.

Please please help if you can or just spread this post around so more people can see it. I'm very scared right now, I don't want to go back to living outside..
