So my 4 day fast turned into a 5 day fast 😁
And after 5 days my weight has gone from 282 down to 274.6 this is the lowest i have seen since before i had my son almost 2 years ago. This makes me want to just keep fasting cuz the refeed will make it go up 😓 but hopefully wont be too much and get right back on track, i will be breaking the fast this afternoon. Just 6 more hours to complete a full 5 days which is when i'll be breaking later today

3 Day Water Fasting 
3 Day water fasting.I usually do an extended fast 2 to 3 times a year and in between I do intermittent fasting with a limited eating window.I am documenting my 3 days of #waterfasting. Ive been fasting for years and did my first extended fast about 6 years ago before I went fully plant based. 
If you are healthy with no medical conditions you can fast on your own but if you have other issues there’s various places that have medical doctors where you can fast to help treat certain illnesses and medical conditions.  Theres also retreats where you can go to to fast. Theres so many benefits to doing prolonged fasting. I found fasting improved my  skin, hyperpigmentation, baobab powder African baobab is very high in Vitamin C which is great at reducing hyperpigmentation, hydrates, and brightens the skin. #Fasting  also helps with weight, slowing the ageing process and boosts brain performance. 
asting helps to burn fat through #ketosis. This is when your body burns stored fat as its primary power source.  Tis is great for weight loss and balancing blood sugar levels. Fasting puts the body under mild stress, which makes our cells adapt by enhancing their ability to cope. Fasting increases #autophagy, your body's cellular recycling system.When you are fasting your immune system also gets rid of the immune cells that are damaged and old and those get recycled and your stem cells get activated during the fast. Other research shows that fasting certain immune system markers that fight cancers actually increase when we are fasting Dr. Valter Longo, an NIH-funded longevity researcher at the University of Southern California research found that doing chemotherapy alongside fasting gives greater benefit in many cases than just doing chemotherapy alone All of the fasting health benefits I’ve mentioned are backed by science. Silly question....
Say if Nathan Ciro is transported into Harry's body after Voldemort Avadas him in DH..... and of course Harry ends up 8n his body...
How would that turn out ?
How would Nathan navigate his new identity and relationships? Who would he end up with ?
I don't think Nathan would cope very well being in Harry's shoes at all. This is a boy who was at the end of his rope both mentally and emotionally - and his last memories are of a horrific violation.
Suddenly waking up in someone else's body, embroiled in a horrible war in a time he has no concept of, surrounded by people he doesn't know but who all seem to want a piece of him?
Yeah...no. I don't see him dealing with it well at all.
I suppose the only way it could possibly work out for him would be if ybtm was a more traditional time travel, and Harry actually went back, successfully avoided detection, and lived his life as Nathan up until the Battle of Hogwarts. He'd only just be brushing his 70s, which is pretty young for a wizard still.
I could see an older 'Nathan Ciro' absolutely bursting onto the scene just as Harry's body hits the forest floor and whisking him away.
Everyone is confused - Voldemort is confused. It's chaos and no one knows who that old dude was nor what he wanted with Potter's body but you can bet that Voldemort wasn't going to let that stand. He saw the curse hit Harry but the killing curse didn't stick the last time so he has to be sure.
Queue the Death Eaters trying to hunt down this random old dude body-snatcher, and Voldemort eventually figuring out that this was an old school mate of his who - last he heard - had tried to take his own life when they were in their fourth or fifth year.
'Nathan Ciro' never returned to Hogwarts after he woke from his accident, so Tom Riddle never paid him much thought.
But now he's playing catch-up, and the more he delves into what 'Nathan Ciro' has been up to in the past six decades, the more bewildered he grows because how the hell did he ever miss how insanely competent this guy was?
Meanwhile Nathan wakes up in a body that's not his own, and the first thing he sees is an older version of himself staring back at him.

I did have a walk yesterday but didnt have my phone, so i did complete my 5 walks for the week 🥳

I did make it thru my reading assignment. Woo! Got my quiz and stuff done yesterday. This week they are more assignments so I plan to start today.
Start today and actually study. Get the reading done today and then review review review. Actually study, not just cram the reading and slam the quiz like a pre-concert shot.
My friend wants to make plans to go for a drink the day of the election. I said no. I will not make plans for that. "Oh, are you sure?" Yes mf. I am sure. "C'mon, we should go for a margarita." Dude, WTF. I have had 1 shot in the last almost 3 years. I will not be drinking. I will not be making plans to go out on a weekday. I will also stop talking to anyone who pushes booze on me, that is your problem, not mine. Is it forever? Fucking maybe! And who gives a shit if it is! Maybe it is just for the weight loss portion of my life, but fucking A- NOOOOOO. No no no.
I did go to the UC about my shoulder, and verified it is not broken, it is just a joint injury. Rest it and ibuprofen. I miss working out already.
But it does makes me want some autophagy. 👀
I remember how awesome that was.
It has been so long and I have a metric shitton of loose skin or so I perceive.
I am working today but don't want to be. I am currently on lunch and obviously procrastinating going back to work.
I want to be sitting in my recumbent bike, watching Castle. Reading books for pleasure.
I am at 120 oz water for the day so far.

Given the chance I will not shut up about hedgehogs when asked about them. Everyone who knows me knows I adore hedgehogs and always give me hedgehog stuff as presents or tell me they saw some cute hedgehog décor at a store. I love to educate people on these cute little friends. It was so bad my brother in law one day walked into my old apartment, looked around at my hedgehog collection and sighed saying, "Wow, you really do like hedgehogs."

Hey so I just fed my boy and he's been huffing a LOT since. I may be overreacting because I can't find anything on this online but he rarely huffs (he's only done it when I move him when he doesn't want to be even though it's necessary.) And he's huffing LOUD too; he's really quiet about it. I'm on the other side of my room and I can hear him. Is he okay ???
Adding on a few minutes after this was posted: he's opening his mouth too like he's hissing, but it's not that. I don't know what he's doing but this worries me more.
