Reminder for people, especially people with mood disorders.
It's important when you're getting too angry to stop, drop, and roll!
Stop yapping
Drop what you're doing
And roll out of there until your ready to come back
It's not a bad thing to realize that you're getting too mad or might be blowing things out of proportion. You can tell the other person that you need so time to reevaluate. Reevaluation has helped me a lot from saying things I'll regret.

a moment of silence for all us disabled ones who had to watch each of their friends move on with their lives without you and get jobs, go to school, have partners come and go, get engaged and move house etc.
shout out to my fellow struggling people who are still sitting in the same bedroom they grew up in. the ones who can't get a job, can't make new friends, can't find a partner or partners, can't move house and can't go to school.
I hope one day we can all find someone to at least sit with us in our rooms. I see you and I understand... and I'm sorry we can't be that person for each other

Neurodivergent reminder: Overstimulation feels a lot like anxiety, and understimulation feels a lot like depression.
More importantly, you don't need to know which it is to practice self-care.
Self-caring anxiety and overstimulation looks the same:
Recognize you're feeling big feelings
Take as many deep breaths as your need to slow your mind
Identify what’s causing the feeling, whether sensory, environmental, or situational
Minimize that cause as much as possible immediately
Self-caring depression and understimulation looks the same:
Recognize you’re in need of stimulation
Turn on an interesting long-form video of some kind
Do some quick exercise like a walk or jumping jacks
Call a friend that'll let you infodump
If you're neurodivergent and easily get stuck on labelling things — I see you.
I'm here to remind you that you don't need to know what it is to take care of it in the meantime.
You can — will — figure it out later.

Shout out to all the autistic peeps who weren't diagnosed as kids even though they were very stereotypically autistic because they were afab and their families didn't know anything about autism so they just thought they were weird and lazy, but other kids could tell that they weren't like them so they got bullied into learning how to mask constantly (which put the diagnosis off for even longer) and then they kept on getting burnt out from masking all the time and they had to go to noiser more overwhelming environments as they got older until eventually it became very obvious that they were autistic again and they finally got a diagnosis (which is a whole other story on its own).

Note: I am by no means a professional in health or otherwise. This is personal experience. I made this as a metaphor to help my parents understand me better.
Edit:
yeah I can see why some people aren’t comfortable with the this metaphor. No I’m not saying we are not human. We are very much human. I just wanted an excuse to draw the tbh creature. Also it’s only a way of saying how extroverted neurotypicals “adopt” people like me. Also I tried to make it clear that they aren’t pets, and it’s just their form that’s different. ADHD creature sitting and talking to the other person on the couch as an example
