The first step to manifesting success/financial abundance is to accept where you are and be comfortable with what you have. If you can’t find advantages in your current situation, then you aren’t ready to receive anything more than what you currently have. Stop depending on a spark of luck to find you and start doing what you need to do in order to shift the energy in your favor.

The DRAIN Diaries
Over these past 8 months, I feel like I have made little to no progress. It's not the fault of anyone but my own, and I want to change that. Over and over, I thought, "Damn. I wish I had stuck with it earlier. I wish I had started last week. I would have been in a much better place right now if I had." Until I read this quote:
"The best time to plant that tree was 10 years ago. The second best time is now."
It made me realize that if I just quit beating myself up about not starting earlier, I would have started earlier. But I was also lacking one very important thing, and that is…
Accountability.
I've been using trackers, but that hasn't helped me stay on track. It started to feel like I was a lost cause, and I still feel that way, but I don't want to give it all up without ever really trying. So, that's why I'm going to start publicly documenting my journey so I can stay accountable. I was thinking of doing YouTube, but with the process of editing and all that, it felt like a hassle, so I'm going to do it here (even though I'm not sure about documenting it here either). Maybe someday I'll do YouTube, but I don't want to bite off more than I can chew.
When starting to think of a title for this, I thought of the word "drain," which was my Instagram name. It has a bit of meaning behind it for me: 1) my real name starts with a D, and 2) I love the rain. That was simply it until I decided to make this diary. And it has a nice ring to it.
D - stay Disciplined R - Reflect A - take Action and be consistent I - Improve 1% more every day N - Nurture yourself
These are what I'm striving to live by each day. I know I'm not going to be perfect, and I'm learning to be okay with that.
That concludes this entry.
Time to take action.

Pain, heartache and insecurities is your past self trying to stop you from doing too much. The past self was hurt or exposed to painful stuff .They are just trying to protect you.
All the optimism and faith you have about the future is you future self calling you towards her.Holding your hand so that your dreams, actions can align with your destiny.
Listen to yourself. And choose wisely.Remember...I AM who I AM.You are who you say you are!Not who you think you'll become.

Mindset Shifts to make right now!! <3
•The reason that you want everything which you have planned out is because there's a version of you who already has it. You are born with those dreams, goals, and ambitions. You were meant to be there.
•Visualize your future self vividly every chance you get. Think about it as if it's already happened.
•Failure is a part of your success.
•Align with the energy of your goals, match your energy to the type of life you want to live.
•If everyone is living in a certain way, it does not make it okay for you to live in that way because the rewards that you are about to reap are far greater than everyone else's.
•Don't be on your phone all the time
•Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Always ask, "What does this serve me?". Learn lessons from the past.
•Stop thinking about what everyone else is doing. Everyone's timeline is different.
•Watch yourself talk. Shift your language. No victim mindset, try to find solutions instead. Use affirmations.

The Psychological Impact of Bitcoin: How Money 2.0 Can Transform Your Mindset
Tumblr media
In a world where money is constantly losing value due to inflation, where centralized institutions dictate the terms of financial engagement, and where the future of personal wealth seems uncertain, Bitcoin emerges as a beacon of hope. Often referred to as "Money 2.0," Bitcoin is not just another currency—it's a transformative force that can fundamentally alter the way we think about money, value, and our financial future.
The Shift in Mindset
Traditional financial systems are built on a foundation of short-term thinking and consumerism. We are encouraged to spend rather than save, to trust in centralized institutions rather than take control of our financial destiny. This mindset has been ingrained in us for generations, making it difficult to break free from the cycle of dependency on these institutions.
Enter Bitcoin. By its very nature, Bitcoin requires a different approach—one that is rooted in long-term thinking, patience, and a belief in the future. Holding Bitcoin is not just about securing wealth; it’s about cultivating a mindset that values financial independence and personal sovereignty. As you accumulate and hold Bitcoin, you begin to see the world differently. The volatility of its price teaches you to be resilient, to remain calm in the face of uncertainty, and to develop a deeper understanding of the true nature of value.
Bitcoin as Money 2.0
Bitcoin is not just an upgrade to our existing monetary system; it is a complete reinvention. As "Money 2.0," Bitcoin represents the next evolution of money—one that is digital, decentralized, scarce, and immune to inflation. Unlike fiat currency, which can be printed at will by governments, Bitcoin’s supply is capped at 21 million coins. This scarcity is what gives Bitcoin its value, and what makes it an attractive alternative to traditional money.
But Bitcoin’s value goes beyond its scarcity. As a decentralized form of money, Bitcoin is not controlled by any government or institution. This means that it is resistant to censorship, seizure, and manipulation. It is money that belongs to the people, and it empowers individuals to take control of their financial destiny. For the first time in history, we have a form of money that is not just a medium of exchange, but a tool for financial freedom and autonomy.
Changing the Way We Value Things
One of the most profound psychological impacts of adopting Bitcoin is the way it changes our perception of value. In a world where fiat currency is constantly losing value due to inflation, we have become accustomed to thinking in terms of short-term gains. We chase after investments that promise quick returns, often at the expense of long-term stability and security.
Bitcoin, with its limited supply and deflationary nature, flips this mindset on its head. Holding Bitcoin requires patience and a belief in its long-term potential. As you watch its value appreciate over time, you begin to understand the true meaning of wealth preservation. You become more thoughtful and deliberate in your financial decisions, prioritizing long-term gains over short-term gratification. This shift in mindset can have a ripple effect on other areas of your life, encouraging you to think more critically about the value of time, energy, and resources.
The Broader Impact on Society
The psychological transformation that comes with adopting Bitcoin is not limited to individuals—it has the potential to reshape society as a whole. As more people embrace Bitcoin as "Money 2.0," we are witnessing the emergence of a more decentralized and equitable financial system. Bitcoin reduces reliance on traditional banks, which have long been the gatekeepers of financial power. It opens the door to greater financial inclusion, allowing individuals who have been excluded from the traditional financial system to participate in the global economy.
This shift toward decentralization also brings with it greater transparency and accountability. Bitcoin operates on a public ledger, known as the blockchain, where all transactions are recorded and visible to anyone. This level of transparency is unprecedented in the financial world and has the potential to reduce corruption, fraud, and financial crimes. As more people adopt Bitcoin, we move closer to a world where financial systems are fairer, more transparent, and more accessible to all.
Conclusion
Bitcoin is more than just an investment; it is a revolution in the way we think about money and value. As "Money 2.0," it has the power to transform not only our financial systems but also our mindsets. By adopting Bitcoin, we can break free from the constraints of traditional financial systems and embrace a future of financial independence, long-term thinking, and personal sovereignty.
If you haven’t yet considered how Bitcoin could change your life, now is the time. The psychological impact of holding Bitcoin goes beyond wealth accumulation—it’s about cultivating a mindset that values freedom, patience, and responsibility. In a world that often feels out of control, Bitcoin offers a sense of empowerment and the promise of a better future.

2024 is almost over, don’t end the year in purgatory(again).
This isn’t for the girls who “don’t pray” (even though that’s what affirmations are), for those who do: Ask God to what 'work' you need to be doing, aligning your moves to match your higher power always results in instant manifestations.
“Faith without work is dead” is the saying but this also applies if you’re doing the wrong kind of work. If you want God to change how you live, why are you still eating like shit? Why are you not taking little steps to embody the new version of yourself that's being created?
Gods got you, he will provide for you. Stop sacrificing a lifetime of peace because you don’t want to experience temporary discomfort.
XOXO

I'm tired of wanting more.
I want to know more. That's what went through my mind when I was starting to get into self-improvement. I wanted to know the best routines, the best study methods. I wanted to know the best workout routines. I wanted, I wanted, I wanted. I wanted to buy this book and that book, to buy a new journal, clothes, skincare products, decor, workout clothes, equipment, courses. I wanted her makeup, hair, aesthetic. I wanted to be living here and there. I wanted to be happy. But most of all, I wanted more time. I wished I had more time. More time to learn, to read, to lay around in silence while watching my thoughts and feelings as if they were passing clouds in the sky, and more time to waste.
I was listening to a playlist and a song came up—A Burning Hill by Mitski. The line "I'm tired of wanting more. I think I'm finally worn" was a wake-up call for me.
When I first heard it, it made me realize how tired I was of constantly wanting more than I already had. I never fully realized how exhausting it was. I already had all that I needed. All those things are great and all, but I don't need them right now. I have books that are collecting dust, waiting to be read. I still have perfectly good journals that still have empty pages to be filled in. I can work out in my PJs without any equipment. I don't need to know the best routines or courses. I have all that I need at this present moment.
As for time, I still want more of it. I regret the days that were wasted. They were wasted dwelling on "what ifs" and meaningless tasks. I quoted this in my previous entry, but it's a quote that I take everywhere with me: "The best time to plant that tree was 10 years ago. The second best time is now." Instead of wasting away, wanting to go back and start again, wishing I had done things sooner, I turn to this quote. I started to learn a new language after years of wishing I had started earlier. I'm starting to write. I'm starting to learn to cook better. Instead of wishing for more time, I just start. Even if it's hard at first, I try to do a little every day.
I'm now more content with how my life is. All that time wasted on wanting made me blind to all the blessings I have. My life is not perfect, and there's still a lot to be done in other parts of my life, but I'm still grateful.
For the first time ever, I'm content with just being me.
