2024 is almost over, donโ€™t end the year in purgatory(again).
This isnโ€™t for the girls who โ€œdonโ€™t prayโ€ (even though thatโ€™s what affirmations are), for those who do: Ask God to what 'work' you need to be doing, aligning your moves to match your higher power always results in instant manifestations.
โ€œFaith without work is deadโ€ is the saying but this also applies if youโ€™re doing the wrong kind of work. If you want God to change how you live, why are you still eating like shit? Why are you not taking little steps to embody the new version of yourself that's being created?
Gods got you, he will provide for you. Stop sacrificing a lifetime of peace because you donโ€™t want to experience temporary discomfort.

If you've done the 'Reya's 4-Day Reprogramming Your Mind,' you've probably come across the term "the birthday party." On day 4 of her reprogramming, itโ€™s the day of the birthday part, essentially, the day you shift. Just like with a real birthday party, you canโ€™t show up too early or too late; you arrive exactly when you're meant to. So, you know that on this night, you'll be shifting.
Now, imagine it as having a flight booked for a specific time. This flight will take you directly to your desired reality. You have your plane ticket, and your flight is set for tonight. You canโ€™t miss that planeโ€”itโ€™s destined to take you to your DR. Think about it: when you board a plane, you never end up nowhere. You always arrive at your intended destination. So, in a shifterโ€™s perspective, it's like saying, "My flight is scheduled for tonight, taking me straight to my DR." Itโ€™s guaranteed that youโ€™ll reach your destination.

It's okay to set boundaries. It's okay to protect your peace. And you definitely don't need to apologize for it. Setting boundaries doesnโ€™t make you selfish, rude, or cold-hearted. It means you know your limits, and you value your mental and emotional well-being.
For too long, I used to say "sorry" for simply looking after myself. I felt guilty for prioritizing my needs, but Iโ€™ve come to realize that when I donโ€™t set boundaries, Iโ€™m the one who ends up drained. And guess what? You canโ€™t pour from an empty cup.
Boundaries are a form of self-respect and care, and thereโ€™s absolutely no shame in that. Whether itโ€™s stepping away from a draining conversation, saying โ€œnoโ€ to plans, or simply carving out time for yourselfโ€”you deserve that space. So, if you've been apologizing for creating healthy boundaries, stop. Protect your peace unapologetically.
