I often tell my spiritual advising clients that the hallmark of a healthy spiritual path is one that inspires genuine joy, sustainable peace, and compassionate action. Sometimes, we can think of peace as strictly sitting perfectly still, cross-legged on a mountain sipping green iced tea. While that can be an expression of inner peace, I think giving equal space to the more fiery emotions is a crucial piece of the puzzle. I believe peace to be the ability to offer hospitality to every aspect of human nature without spiraling out of control in any direction—be it toxic positivity or abusive anger. This definition provides freedom from labeling any emotion as “good” or “bad.” There is freedom to receive each emotion as part of the fabric of being alive with a brain. There is freedom to allow each emotion to do its job—to communicate internally your experience of being a person.

After all these months of trying, I finally realized something life-changing: you cannot change another person. No matter how much you love them or how hard you try, their growth and choices are their own. But what you can change is yourself—your mindset, your reactions, and your boundaries. And in doing so, you reclaim your power.

True peace comes when you stop trying to control others and focus on your own growth. When you let go of that need, you will find freedom, strength, and a deeper sense of self-worth.

The greatest peace one can have come from within, you don’t need to seek it from somewhere else. Self-motivation is very important, it is the livewire of your drive, that which drive your passion and make you go for it, the only you can make it, is to build on it. Your inner peace is very important, it is your sanity don’t joke with that.

Build comfortability and self-fulfillment around you, don’t seek it elsewhere, you have to start moving yourself internally, that is your peace and motivation. You have problem when you dwell on eternal factors to get yourself going, that is how indispensable your internal motivation and inner peace is, it is the foundation you build your dreams.

Don’t seek to be someone else, you can’t have it all but you can strive to acquire the rudiments of life and live your dreams if you stay true to yourself and the struggle which define you. Give the struggle meaning, allow it to flow from within, allow it to press from within, unless that you will find it difficult to work with peace and happiness, even when the struggle demands you.

Inner peace, is the key which unlock your city. With that you don’t need to seek unnecessary attention and crave for people to recognize you. With that you are at your full potential even when you go through some hard stuff, you can still get over it because the source of inspiration flows from within, it comes from a place where it matters the most.

Start moving yourself internally, peace of mind is a treasure you can’t trade it with anything else, it is priceless. Allow it to take to the next level, stop chasing shadows when you have all it takes to make a difference and inspire the society, you can find that which is missing and complement the ones you have and skyrocket yourself to the top.

Life Lessons You've Taught Me

Stay loyal and true to your heart. If you do something wrong, you betray yourself more than you do for others, as you’ll carry the guilt in your conscience for a lifetime.

Seeking validation from others won’t help if you don’t value yourself. Women who need attention from other people often have weak souls and low self-esteem. You don’t need anyone’s attention if you truly find self-love within.

There are no guys here to help you unless they want something from you. Many intend to use you like a toy. Stop being available to people who see you as something to use.

Understand the difference between needing someone and wanting someone. Needs come from a lack, as if you need someone to complete you. Wanting someone means you desire them in your life without any expectation.

Forgive yourself, but never forget. Learn from your mistakes, correct them, and never make the same mistake again. Keep your soul pure and find peace.

Being insecure and stuck in your comfort zone doesn’t help you grow. You won’t gain anything but depression and self-hatred. Instead, try to overcome your insecurities by turning them into motivation and building yourself into a stronger person.

Don’t blame the past. Though you’ve had many empty days, blaming childhood trauma won’t help you move forward now. Use your time to heal and grow.

Seek peace and calm with God. Believe in God, pray daily, and trust that God has a plan for your life. Letting God into your heart can give you a pure conscience.

Be someone who stays close to your partner only. Cheating isn’t just physical intimacy, it includes texting others with different intentions, sharing things with other men, or thinking they’re attractive. Loyalty is keeping your head high, showing less emotions to other men, and giving your whole heart to your loved one without limitation.

Be invisible to others and available only to your loved one.

Connect with nature.

Attract positivity, and ignore negativity.

Love isn’t just a spark or attraction. Love is selfless, it’s finding one reason to stay when there are a thousand reasons to leave. Love is loyalty, respect, care, sharing, and living for each other until the end, facing challenges together as one.

Your body is like the church. You should maintain it. Take care of it and love it. Also it belongs to only one son of god.

Embracing My Worth: I Was Always More Than Enough

I’ve cried rivers over you. I’ve felt your absence in every part of me, as if a piece of my soul was missing. I missed you with everything I had—my heart, my mind, my body. There were moments when the pain consumed me, and I even hated you for it. I hated how you left, how you made me feel like I wasn’t enough. And for a long time, I wondered if it was all my fault. I questioned everything about myself, every action, every word.

But not anymore.

There came a moment when I finally understood something so powerful that it set me free: it wasn’t that I wasn’t good enough for you—it was that I was too much. I loved with a depth you couldn’t meet. I cared in ways that you couldn’t understand. I brought passion, honesty, and strength to the table, and it wasn’t that those things weren’t valuable. They were simply too big for the space you had in your life.

I used to think that I needed to change, to be smaller, quieter, easier for you. But I’ve learned that the problem was never me trying to be enough—it was you not being able to receive all that I am. I am more than enough, and I deserve someone who sees that, who can meet me at my level and celebrate my fullness.

I am enough. I’ve always been enough. And now, I fully embrace that truth

Hot Days of Fall

Temperature: 40°C

Anyone would expect the fall to be a little settled down, less assignments, less headaches, less people, less work to do and low temperature, at least the kind that doesn't burn you in the morning walks.

But noooo, no one is giving up. It's like everyone and everything has a competition in between.

On these grueling days of more assignments to write and exams to study for, I appreciate the little moments of cool and calm weather, where I feel settled within.

A few things we all can do to feel like we don't have a raging storm within:-

Look more around to the green grass and blue sky

Listen to soft tempo music with loving lyrics that just touches your heart and puts a soft smile on your face.

Make your favourite tea for yourself (bonus points if you appreciate the fragrance)

Fill your tote bag with a journal, your favourite pen, a water bottle and your earphones. Find your cafe where you can get privacy with a view you like and spend time with yourself.

Write. Write. Write. And drink water.

If you want a chocolate cake, don't sweat it, Just get it and eat it. Calories aren't counted when you're this busy loving yourself.
