something that i realised is that before, shifting was just so magical and so fun and something that didn’t tire us out. but over time, it did. my BIGGEST advice for someone who feels this way is to take a break. forget about shifting for a month, then come back. that’s what i’m doing cause it does indeed work !! take all the time you need to focus on yourself, and redirect ur mind elsewhere, rather than thinking about shifting. read a book, focus on ur studies, start meditating, focus on ur self, or get a new hobby!

something ive learned that really helped my journey is to ONLY SHIFT WHEN U HAVE MOTIVATION. cause if u don’t then you won’t even feel like shifting and ur gonna go back to sleep. so girl watch ur edits, re read ur script AND GO SHIFT !!

okay so i thought of something (but please tell me if someone else already thought of this and ill take this down)
SO you know how when we attempt shifting normally we visualize our bed and surroundings etc etc. So why don’t we try to “shift” to our CR and like visualize and act like this is where we want to shift to cause then you will wake up in ur CR and be like “omg!! i shifted!! and i reached where i wanted to! so now it’s so easy to reach my dr!!” you know? like get yourself excited cause you DID visualize and you DID get to the place you wanted technically. (idk if this makes sense but it made a lot more sense in my head😭)
ALSO like if u do want to shift to an alternative CR like change one thing but like not necessarily a physical change but maybe something with people like “Im shifting to a similar reality but instead, people at school smile at me more” or “im shifting to a reality where im nicer/my siblings are nicer” like idk, it could be anything even simple, to get you into a better mindset and into really believing in yourself that you can shift !
(Reya said something similar to the last point, so credits go to her for the idea, but I feel like scripting something like the example I gave, is better than scripting “my wall will change color” cause as someone who tried that before, i was consistently checking in the middle of the method whether it worked 😭. so I wanted to help people like me who probably struggled with the same thing)

believe me when i tell you that i know failed attempts suck. i know the sinking feeling you get in your stomach when you hear your alarm instead of your best friends in your dr coming to wake you up. i know the feeling of dread that quickly comes in, knowing you have to live another day in this reality

but do you want to know the most beautiful part about being human? we persist. we will always persist. we are hardwired to keep going until we get what we want, for better or for worse. you have a fire deep in your belly that, no matter how dim, is always lit. the fire that keeps you going. so what you had another failed attempt? do it again. keep going, keep persisting, keep affirming, keep meditating, keep doing WHATEVER IT TAKES until you shift.

has anyone else noticed that back in 2020 and 2021, we may have overcomplicated shifting, but we didn’t overthink every little detail? tiktok has filled our heads with things like “blockages,” which aren’t real, and it’s made everything feel so much more stressful. this is your sign to just relax, and literally like i always say, DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND ABANDON SHIFTTOK.

it’s okay to not want to shift tonight, don’t stress yourself out. shifting can sometimes take a toll on you, especially if ur thinking “maybe tonight’s the night!” i can guarantee you, if you don’t feel like shifting, it probably isn’t the night. so take a deep breath, and take a break until you feel up to it.

sharing a method i use (you don’t need to do this shift but i find that it helps me !)
it’s helped me shift 3 times
-set an alarm 2 hours from when you have to wake up
-put on a shifting subliminal, and affirm
“i’m in my dr”
-focus on one sensation that you can feel in your dr, whether it be s/o next to you, or visualise the light coming into your room, literally just anything that’s in ur dr and that u can feel or see FOCUS ON IT
-you will probably fall asleep and you WILL wake up in your dr
if this method doesn’t work for you that’s okay ! different things work for different people
