Idk how i NEVER see posts about walden farms, they literally have almost EVERYTHINGG FOR ZERO CALS!!! BUT, be wary bc some of their stuff aren’t that tasty. I’ve tried the honey dijon dressing, which i’ve never even tried the normal ones and it was actually super good! I didn’t like the ranch dressing. I also tried the chipotle ranch one it was also good! Again BUT, one of the ingredients i found in those is titanium dioxide, which can cause cancer. Obviously i feel like that’s in insaneee amounts, so moderation is key🤷‍♀️ i’ve also tried their coffee creamers, chocolate, pumpkin spice, hazelnut, peppermint mocha, vanilla, and lemme just say at first i was kinda like yikes… but then i got used to it and its actually super good! I would recommend to only use a little cuz i accidentally put a lot one time and it was just WAY too much. Again, moderation. I haven’t tried any other products that i can remember so lmk if you guys try any of them!! Btw these only show the categories there are so many varieties.

Syrup, i haven’t used this and it’s just a tad pricey, but looks good and i would like to try for my coffee! If i get this i’ll do a lil review.

I LOVEEEE chai lattes but they are SO calorie dense. This one is 0!!! And it’s honestly pretty sweet for me, for it being sugar free. Like its the perfect amount. Idk, sugar free items taste exactly the same or even better than the original personally, and feels better bc if i eat any sugar i feel so gross. Maybe i’ve just gotten used to it or something but yeah

Last but not least the classic ol’ diet coke. So yummy keeps you full for a while/curbs appetite and tastes the same if not better than the original. Again, i normally prefer sugar free stuff bc it tastes better in my opinion, it doesn’t taste any different or worse. And normal coca cola has like 30g of sugar that is CRAZY. Also way too many cals.
Again, i found all of these items on the walmart WEBSITE, including a lot of the walden farms products. But some may charge shipping so maybe try finding it on amazon but keep scrolling to find the cheapest options. I <3 zero cal foods

76 HOURS
It’s been exactly 76 hours since I last ate. During this period I noticed significant weight loss (6lbs/2.7kg). I also notice after hour 60 it became increasingly difficult to eat, I was hungry but could not stand the idea of food. At the beginning of this fast I wanted to go 60 hours, however my body allowed for longer. Unfortunately I was not able to make it longer for my mother forcing me to eat, when I refused she insisted so I paid my brother (w/ one of my vapes 💀) to eat the half sandwich. Wheat bread with chicken and bbq sauce + mustard for flavor. (90cals) After this my cravings and guilt got the best of me, so I ate one myself. I feel so guilty about the food, yet I’m okay with it. I know it’s either I eat dinner tonight that has 1000+ cals or something with 90cals that’s a lot healthier. I guess I just wish I didn’t have to eat at all.
About 10 minutes after I feel oddly tired, and calm. Oddly so. My weigh in weight is 232.0lbs / 103.2kg.
Make sure to drink water, lots of love 💕

This one kinda depends on what your goal is that day, there’s a seperate case with chocolate vanilla swirl sugar free pudding for 60 cals, same size. They also have a bunch of sugar free pudding mixes with a bunch of flavors! But since i only use almond milk, i don’t think it works :( i’ve tried and it didn’t so😭 if someone knows how to use it with almond milk lmk, the mixes are only like 20 cals per serving

If you guys are a fan of ketchup this is itttt. Lowest cal one i found, the other sugar free ones are 10 cals. And mustard is 0 cals so that’s also a good option if you wanna use condiments.

THIS specific brand & product is the lowest cal mayo i’ve found. The other avocado ones are so much, about 100, and this one isn’t for some reason?? Some olive oil mayos are also low calorie, but usually around 60. This is the lowest mayo of any kind i’ve found
Bro walmart has good low calorie shi bc again these are all on the walmart WEBSITE. You can tell with that great value cream cheese and ice pops😭 :P

✮ 137 Kcal cheesecake!!
The calories might depend on your county since probably you won't going to have same brands as me. But it is generally a low kcal recipe and exactly tastes like cheesecake.
First, mix a spoon of cream cheese with thin, plain oat. I used a spoon and my hands to cover the base of my cup.
Then, I added two teaspoon of cocoa powder inside of a small strawberry yogurt. But if you want it to take even less calories you can do with plain yogurt. But I wouldn't recommend it considering it is a dessert.
Plus, if you want it to be even sweeter, you can add little bit honey on base or the top. I added few drop of honey on yogurt and it was really nice. But next time, I might add it to the base instead.
Once you finish it, let it rest on the fridge for a while. It really helped my sweet cravings, good luck!

Cover with tin foil after about 20mins so it doesn't become too dark on top
