I'm going to try not to binge tonight, possibly get a workout in and if I'm feeling it I might make an egg white omelette!! been relying a lot on energy drinks today but it's okay because I just got over 1.5 litres of water in as well.
also, my legs have become way more muscled and toned since doing 20k steps a day but if anything they haven't been getting as slim as I've liked so definitely going to work them out some point this week.
yk what's been helping me a lot with not eating? podcasts! emma chamberlain's podcast has been a god send recently

So I had a monster 11 cals (the white one they r the best)
Some soup 27 cals
And some jello 31 cals
I'm a little scared about tmr cause I never successfully finished a fast any tips?

- not a bad day, not much hunger and finished 26h fast n stayed under 200 :)
-had EXTREMELY bad lax pain this morning, gonna have to stop taking as much 😪
-only got 3 more days of the meds that has an appetite loss side effect :(
-I’m also due on my p3riod (🥲) so im bloating badly and my lbs r up I want a hysterectomy
