**Breathe. You made it.**
And now, as promised—I'm stepping fully into the role of your **Higher Self**.
The version of you who has *already healed*, *already risen*, and *already become everything you were afraid you couldn’t be*.
---
### **Your Story So Far: A Higher Self Analysis**
**Top Negative Patterns Present:**
1. **People-Pleasing for Survival** — You equate love with sacrifice, constantly proving your worth by fixing others.
2. **Emotional Suppression** — You silence your pain, then disguise it as confidence or illness just to be noticed or loved.
3. **Fear of Abandonment** — You cling to roles and relationships out of fear of being alone, not from a place of wholeness.
4. **Self-Worth Based on Achievement** — You lie about your success because you were taught failure makes you unlovable.
5. **Emotional Isolation** — You tell yourself you’re fine alone, but it’s a mask for deep, unmet emotional needs.
**Top Positive Patterns to Embrace and Grow:**
1. **Emotional Honesty** — You are *deeply self-aware* and *capable of brutal truth*. That is rare. That is sacred.
2. **Resilience** — You’ve been knocked down, but you *always* rise again. That’s strength—not weakness.
3. **Love for Authentic Connection** — You don’t want shallow attention. You crave *real, raw intimacy*. That’s a gift.
4. **Inner Child Wisdom** — You haven’t lost your ability to dream. That child in you *still believes*—and that’s your superpower.
5. **Compassionate Self-Talk** — You speak with so much care to your inner child. That love? Start giving it to *yourself* too.
---
### **Daily Affirmations (Say them out loud):**
1. *I do not have to earn love by suffering.*
2. *It is safe for me to be seen, heard, and vulnerable.*
3. *I release the need to be perfect to be loved.*
4. *My voice matters. My needs matter. I matter.*
5. *I am building a life based on truth, not fear.*
6. *I choose authenticity over approval.*
7. *Love flows to me when I am fully myself.*
---
### **Actionable Steps to Change Your Behaviours:**
1. **Create a “No More Masks” Journal**
Every night, write down one thing you faked that day—and one truth you *wished* you had said instead.
2. **Practice Asking for Support—Honestly**
Reach out to someone you trust and say, “I’m not okay. I don’t want advice. I just want to be heard.” Let them show up.
3. **Break the Achievement Trap**
Tell one person the *real story* about your academic journey. Let them see the real you—and notice how your worth doesn’t disappear.
4. **Reparent Yourself Daily**
Each morning, ask your inner child: *“What do you need today?”* Then *give it to her*—even if it’s just rest, music, or gentleness.
5. **Speak One Unfiltered Truth Per Day**
No sugarcoating. No apology. Just one moment of real, radical honesty. It’s a muscle. You’ll strengthen it over time.
---
### **A Message from Your Higher Self:**
You’ve carried wounds that weren’t yours to bear.
You became strong because the world gave you no other choice.
But now, it’s *your* choice.
Not everyone will stay. But *you* will.
You’ve already survived the hardest part—being unseen.
Now it's time to **become visible**.
Not through perfection.
Not through performance.
But through *truth*.
And guess what?
The love you’ve been begging for from others?
It starts with *you* giving it to yourself first.
You are already enough.
You are already healing.
And you are already *becoming her*.
---
If you're ready, I’ll continue walking this path beside you. We can check in daily, rewrite more stories, build rituals, or even draft a letter from your inner child.
This is just the beginning.
Are you ready to live without the mask?

who you follow: follow people who inspire and challenge you to grow.
what you scroll through on social media: avoid negative content and look for something that motivates you or makes you feel good.

Steve and Eddie get paired up for a group project and Eddie makes a snide comment about Steve being too stupid to notice that his best friend is in love with him.
“Carol is not in love with me.”
“Wasn’t talking about her, dipshit.”
Steve rolls his eyes and lets it go until that conversation pops into his head again. He turns to Tommy and asks, “Do you love me?”
And Tommy’s entire soul leaves his body at 3:47PM, October 13th, 1983 in the parking lot of McDonald’s.

MAKING LIFE BEAUTIFUL ༊*·˚
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
beauty is a high value of mine, it makes life worth living, and with that i don't mean conforming to commercial beauty standards, but cultivating a beautiful environment, inner thoughts/mindset, and lifestyle. here are some things i want to do to make my life more beautiful:
avoiding stress by doing tasks and assignments early
feeling refreshed by not staying up late
experiencing the sunrise and sunset by waking up early and being more mindful of my environment/nature
having a clean and tidy room
having an organized digital space
having an athletic and flexible body by regularly exercising and stretching
having an uncluttered mind by journaling my thoughts everyday
having a positive mindset (no self-loathing, ugly thoughts!)
making life meaningful by not only consuming, but also creating beautiful things through creative means
pursuing my hobbies (writing, drawing, singing, dancing, crafting)
eating less processed food & more beautifully prepared healthy food
being hygienic by smelling good, caring for my nails & hair, and wearing stainless clean clothing
avoiding stress by not being forced to hurry
concentrating being in the present moment
minimizing social media usage
creating a nice atmosphere with matching music
basically romanticizing my life
i hope these tips help you cultivate a more beautiful life too! i might make more blog posts if i feel inspired, because they are pretty too ;)

At some point in your life, you just have to realize that your laziness, your lack of goals and ambition, your unhealthy coping mechanisms, the books you're not reading, the people you're not meeting, the healthy food you won't even touch, the effort you won't put in.... it's called disrespecting yourself. Don't know about you, but I'm done with it.

"How to Life" Masterlist
Cleaning and Tidying
Make your bed in the morning. It takes seconds, and it's worth it.
Reset to zero each morning.
Use the UFYH 20/10 system for clearing your shit.
Have a 'drop-zone' box where you dump anything and everything. At the beginning/end of the day, clear it out and put that shit away.
Automate your chores. Have a cleaning schedule and assign 15mins daily to do whatever cleaning tasks are set for that day. Set a timer and do it once the timer is up, finish the task you're on and leave it for the day.
Fold your clothes straight out of the tumble dryer (if you use one), whilst they're still warm. This minimises creases and eliminates the need for ironing.
Clean your footwear regularly and you'll feel like a champ.
Organisation and Productivity
Learn from Eisenhower's Importance/Urgency matrix.
Try out the two-minute rule and the Pomodoro technique.
Use. A. Planner. (Or Google Calendar, if that's more your thing.)
Try bullet journalling.
Keep a notebook/journal/commonplace book to dump your brain contents in on the regular.
Set morning alarms at two-minute intervals rather than five, and stick your alarm on the other side of the room. It's brutal, but it works.
Set three main goals each day, with one of them being your #1 priority. Don't overload your to-do list or you'll hit overload paralysis and procrastinate.
If you're in a slump, however, don't be afraid to put things like "shower" on your to do list - that may be a big enough goal in itself, and that's okay.
Have a physical inbox - a tray, a folder, whatever. If you get a piece of paper, stick it in there and sort through it at the end of the week.
Consider utilising the GTD System, or a variation of it.
Try timeboxing.
Have a morning routine, and guard that quiet time ferociously.
Have a folder for all your important documents and letters, organised by topic (e.g. medical, bank, university, work, identification). At the front of this folder, have a sheet of paper with all the key information written on it, such as your GP's details, your passport details, driving licence details, bank account number, insurance number(s), and so on.
Schedule working time and down time alike, in the balance that works for you.
Money
Have. A. God. Damn. Budget.
Use a money tracker like toshl, mint, or splitwise. Enter all expenses asap! (You will forget, otherwise.)
Have a 'money date' each week, where you sort through your finances from the past seven days and then add it to a spreadsheet. This will help you identify your spending patterns and whether your budget is actually working or not.
Pack your own frickin' lunch like a grown-up and stop buying so many takeaway coffees. Keep snacks in your bag.
Food and Cooking
Know how to cook the basics: a starch, a protein, a vegetable, and a sauce.
Simple, one-pot meals ("a grain, a green, and a bean") are a godsend.
Batch cook and freeze. Make your own 'microwave meals'.
Buy dried goods to save money - rice and beans are a pittance.
Consider Meatless Mondays; it's healthier, cheaper, and more environmentally friendly.
Learn which fruits and vegetables are cheapest at your store, and build a standard weekly menu around those. (Also remember that frozen vegetables are cheap and healthy.)
Learn seasoning combinations. Different seasoning, even with the exact same ingredients, can make a dish seem completely new.
Misc
Have a stock email-writing format.
Want to start running, but find it boring? Try Zombies, Run!.
Keep a goddamn first aid kit and learn how to use it.
Update your CV regularly.
Keep a selection of stamps and standard envelopes for unexpected posting needs. (It happens more regularly than you would think!)

Wait, holdup. Are you telling me that modern AU Machete used to smoke? Can we have more information on this, please?
Although a cigarette between his fingers might fit his silhouette, I can't imagine Machete smoking. Isn't he a health and hygiene freak?
He started smoking as a sad and disillusioned teen, mostly because some of his mature and edgy friends smoked and he wanted to seem mature and edgy as well.
First and foremost it was a way to manage stress, it gave him an impression that he was at least somewhat in control of his nerves. He does have a lot of health/hygiene anxiety, but he tried to justify it to himself by claiming that since he's so diligent and careful about everything else, surely he can afford to have this one bad habit that he's already familiar with. He wasn't proud of it, he knew perfectly well how smoking was objectively harmful, but he's fairly skilled in keeping himself in denial about things he's unwilling to contemplate. Also he's an extremely routine oriented person and it really rustles his jimmies when his daily rituals and personal coping mechanisms are tampered with.
I think he finally managed to quit for good some time after getting together with Vasco. Mostly because he had to start thinking about himself and his life in a new light and it made him painfully self-conscious about the whole thing. He was worried about smelling off-putting, tired of not being able to keep up with him physically and just generally guilty and embarrassed about being potentially annoying and unpleasant to be around.

based on the Billstill au by @jellynut! You guys should totally go check it out, it's so cool and angsty and somehow my monkey brain took that idea and made it Stan tormenting Bill forevermore. (This has spiraled rapidly not its own au of an au based on an earlier idea I had once) (might draw more of this au and that one who knows)
Tumblr media
This has been going on for at least 15 hours straight, and Stan is having the time of his goddamn life watching Bill suffer
Tumblr media
And then Bill gave Stan horrendous night terrors
And then Stan bought a giant bag of nachos and ground them up into crumbs and dumped them in the sea or some shit
Transcript and full image under cut
Tumblr media
Bill, floating intangibly: You're a loser, Mac
Stan, looking up from his magazine: Yeah? And you're an interdimensional demon dumb enough to die in my head. You're the biggest idiot I know, and I know me
