After a long harsh day, where maybe you felt a range of emotions- and maybe some of them were negative, the best thing you can do is return to yourself. Take comfort in yourself, soothe yourself, show up for yourself. Be your own best friend.
First of all, a self care night means actually giving yourself love. Actually taking the time to do what makes you happy and loved and appreciated. People often think that to feel loved and appreciated you need other people to make you feel that way??? That’s so wrong! Why would you put how you feel and your emotions in the hands of others when you could so easily give it to yourself?
So get the space all cozy and comfy with blankets and pillows because this night is the YOU night!
So the number one step to making you feel loved on your self care night is to learn your love languages and try to add in something for each love language. The 5 main love languages:

Try to write down the things that make u feel bad about yourself, it can be in a diary, in your notes, or u can even draw it, this helps leave the bad things on paper and get rid of those negative thoughts
Singing, believe it or not, this can help a lot, listen to your favorite music (even better if you have headphones) and start singing it pls try to make this music with lyrics that you know by heart, this can also relax you
Dancing,ok, if you don't like singing, moving your body definitely helps you relax. It can be with happy music with a rhythm that you like ₍ᐢ › ༝ ‹ ᐢ₎
You girls are not going to like this option... but believe me, it will help you to tell someone you trust what is happening. It will take a weight off your shoulders and without a doubt it will no longer live in your head.
Cry,there is a great need to cry when u feel overloaded and believe me, sometimes it is better to give in, crying helps you release and then relax.
