20 day challenge ♡
Saw @ros3ybabe post about her 20 day challenge, so I decided to participate! 💗
I’ve been feeling unproductive these couple of days, so let’s switch that 🫡
I feel like 20 days is a manageable amount of days. Hopefully after these 20 days, I should already be in the habit of productivity! 🤭

☀️ Morning routine non-negotiables:
Wake up at around 8:30 am
Movement for a minimum of 15 minutes (stretching or walking)
Hygiene (shower, brushing my teeth, moisturizer, lotion, deodorant, and brushing my hair)
Morning journaling
Breakfast
⛅️ Daily non-negotiables:
Study Spanish for a minimum of 15 minutes
Engage in my hobbies for a minimum of 30 minutes
Doing tasks in my planner
Pre-lunch (if needed)
Lunch
⭐️ Night routine non-negotiables:
Going to sleep at around 11:30 pm
Night journaling
Hygiene (shower (if needed), brushing my teeth, lotion, and acne treatments)
Review my planner
Dinner
🌈 Rules:
Post an update every day
I don’t have to do everything
No energy drinks
Be honest
Have fun
It’s 2 pm right now, so I’ll start my full day tomorrow! But I’ll do my daily and night non-negotiables today! ✨

𝓦aking up and telling yourself you can do it looking into a mirror and writing down a few things you’re grateful for will definitely make your day feel a lot better and i stand by that
cuz why choose to wake up every morning telling yourself ughhh today is going to be as shitty as every day of my life or i can’t do this i just wanna stay in bed all day
the mindset you start your day with really changes a lot
and if you wanna be extra like me listen to a hype playlist that makes you feel confident while getting ready and dance infront of a mirror (and if you wanna be a lil more extra than that: do it in your underwear)
while getting ready tell urself affirmations
just start ur day positively that’s what i’m trying to say
don’t let yesterday, last week, or really anything that happened in the past or will happen in the future affect today
this is a brand new day which you didn’t experience yet. brand new things you’re gonna learn. brand new things that are gonna happen.
that’s the great thing about a new day: you don’t KNOW what’s gonna happen. you never do
maybe that’s gonna be a negative thing for some, but that just means you shouldn’t try to control the things you can’t control anyways but try to control what you can.
me personally i think the goal of every day is just to experience it with a positive mindset and have fun and end it excited for what the next day is gonna bring. and I do that starting the day with a positive mindset excited for what today brings
honestly life is just a LONG tv series and every day is a new episode. sometimes episodes are so boring. sometimes they’re dramatic as shit
your job is to make the best of it. make yourself feel good, you deserve it
