We’ve been so active outdoors with the nice weather and this learn protein, healthy meal refuels the fam for more fun! By healthymoodsf Potatoes: 1 pound fingerling potatoes 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp dill weed 1 tsp dried Rosemary 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp olive oil Directions: Cut the potatoes in fourths and toss them in oil and all the seasoning. Baked in my convection oven at 425 for 15 minutes. CAPRESE SALAD: Ingredients: 2 small tomatoes 4-5 slices fresh mozzarella Handful of fresh basil Salt+pepper Olive Oil Balsamic glaze or Balsamic Vinegar Directions: Slice tomatoes into rounds, and layer them with fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. I’m curious so let me know in the comments. 😋 I used to be the 2 huge meals a day and no snacks kinda person but recently I’ve also been snacking a lot (due to traveling and changing routines). Everything has advantages and disadvantages so you can’t generalise that snacking is bad for example. Just stick to whole foods (my fav snack are fruits or nuts) and listen to your body. Eat until you’re full and if you crave dessert, eat dessert. My motto is life is too short so eat dessert first. Eating fruit on an empty stomach is still best. 😋 I start the day with fruit and eat all my veggies in a big bowl at dinner.
