You can start your day in a healthy and tasty way with this fruity beer smoothie bowl. It has a lot of protein, antioxidants, and fillers.
Ingredients: 1 reife Banane. 1 Tasse gemischte Beeren z.B. Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Blaubeeren. 1/2 Tasse Griechischer Joghurt. 1 Esslffel Honig. 1/4 Tasse Haferflocken. 1 Teelffel Chiasamen. Frische Beeren und gehackte Nsse zum Garnieren.
Instructions: Cut the smooth bananas in half and then into squares. All the ingredients except the toppings should be put into a mixer. Mix everything together well until you get a smooth consistency. The smoothie mixture went into a squirt machine. You can decorate with fresh beers and smashed nuts. So quickly enjoy yourself and start the day healthy!
